READING LIFE DEEPER Face Readings and Aura Readings of People in the News March 2008, Issue 67
by ROSE ROSETREE In this issue:
WHY SENILITY DOESN'T SHOW IN A FACE Think it would change you, being dictator of your small country for 49 years? Not if you're Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz. You know why, right? At least if you have been doing face reading, you know a lot about when and why faces change. Basically, the more you evolve on the inside, the more you change physically. Natural changes, both inner and outer, are very specific. I read them as part of a sacred, spiritual alphabet, my update of the 5,000-year-old art of physiognomy, the system that I call Face Reading Secrets® Who decides if a particular face is going to change? The owner chooses, at the soul level. This expresses in day-to-day choices.
Cumulative choices then out-picture into changes to the physical face, as in the case of compatible spouses who come to look alike. How do you feel about personal change, Zine reader? If you embrace it enthusiastically, your face may be barely recognizable, compared to the face you had at age 18. That's when physiognomists consider that it's okay to start reading a face for character. By then your adult identity has started to jell. For the sake of ethics, also accuracy, a face starts to become readable for character. Some people change a great deal facially, others change only slightly. Writing Wrinkles Are God's Makeup, my advanced face reading book, I worked for 9 ½ years to explore these facial changes. The whole book is organized in order of what changes quickly, and what takes longer to change. There you'll find an in-depth comparison reading of one American politician who barely changed in 49 years, Ronald Reagan. Of course, he wasn't in political power all that time, as Castro was. What does it mean, in either case, when a person's face changes so little? Not changing much on the outside, a person wins social points, as in, "Isn't it marvelous? He has hardly aged at all. He looks just the same as he did when I first saw him." Not changing on the outside is easy, if you don't want to grow on the inside. Even Reagan's greatest fans admit that he didn't have much of an inner life. Strength and constancy were his virtues, not introspection. Was Castro tender, sweet, and reflective? Maybe not in this lifetime. He was what he was and chose to stay that way. Consistency makes an interesting way to have a lifetime. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? Before reading him, I want to address a question that may have personal meaning for you, why senility doesn't show in a face. VACANT EYES "Wait a minute," some of you may be saying. "One look at my Aunt Gwendolyn and I could tell she was losing it." First, my condolences. Offhand, I can't think of anything more frightening than having someone die inside right before your eyes. But what are you really seeing? Expression is a big clue. The eyes turn vacant. Or the mouth goes slack. Speech and behavior tell you more of what you really don't want to know. But the biggest shock comes if you're born as an empath. If not skilled yet, you slide in and out of people's way of being. So you experience some of the horror directly. You may feel that "Nobody's home." You may also feel the terror of a person when re-entering the human identity. That's the scary part, not the slipping away. If you have followed the news, you know that Castro recently retired, that he hasn't been seen in public for over a year, that mental health has deteriorated to the point where he can hardly speak in full sentences. Reading him here, I used a photo taken five years ago. Doing this zine, I had the choice of using more recent photos but Castro hasn't changed much physically since the photo that I did use. So why didn't I choose a more recent picture? As an empath, reading faces I always fight a tendency to slip in and out of merging with pictures I study closely. Yes, true confession! Being a skilled empath doesn't mean there's never a slip-up. And I don't want to put either myself or you zine readers at risk for merging with the extremely damaged old man that he has become. I didn't even want to empathically merge with him as a healthy young whippersnapper. It's great having more types of deeper perception available. You can read the soul's hologram very comfortably just through the face, thank you very much. Sure, if you're worried about a person drifting into senility, you would need to read auras or do an empathic merge. Why doesn't the face change a lot to reflect the loss of marbles? The person is still the same person he was before, only he no longer owns the house. He's visiting, drifting in and out of his human embodiment as if it were a vacation home. Emphasis shifts from earth to out-of-body, out-of-human dimension. Since you are interested in Deeper Perception, you can draw a very practical conclusion. If you suspect someone may be moving into senility or insanity, read faces only. Don't read auras or do empathic merges unless you are very skilled. Even then, you had better have very good reason for doing the exercise. Otherwise, only read faces. THE DISTINCTIVE FACE OF FIDEL CASTRO (Part 1) Let's start by exploring the most distinctive characteristics on Fidel Castro's face. To read along, use these pictures: To enlarge these photos, you can copy them onto a word document, then click on the picture and pull out the edges. With these fine quality photos, you can make Sr. Castro really, really big. Summarizing these physical characteristics, I hope to give insight into a man who has been off-limits to Americans for years… along with visiting rights to his country. For a more in-depth look at these characteristics, use Index II, "Face Data," in The Power of Face Reading. The more spiritually oriented sequel, Wrinkles Are God's Makeup, also contains a second index about "Face Data" for helping you learn about even more amazing face characteristics. As in changes to a human face, wrinkles amount to a very small fraction of face changes. (And if you read this book, you'll understand why another "triumph" of Castro's face is that he didn't develop significant wrinkles.) Remember to cross over to tell left from right in Castro's face. Or in anyone else's photo, for that matter. Pretend you're shaking hands with the person. It may help. To this face reader, the stamp of Castro's visage shows most in these five characteristics: Down-angled right eye (only) On his right eye only, the outer corner is lower than the inner. Meaning: Politically, Castro sees problems more than solutions. He'll be more articulate when describing problems than when talking about what works. As a leader, his greatest strength may be his ability to discuss problems in a way that seems compassionate. Close-set right eye (only) His right eye, alone, is located very close to the nose. Meaning: As a leader (though not in his personal life), Fidel doesn't miss a trick. Nothing important escapes notice. No eyelid thickness Although the Cuban leader has double eyelids (the structure that folds over beneath the brow bone), no eyelids shows in these photographs. Meaning: Fidel has the intimacy style of a loner. He doesn't expend a lot of attention on other people's needs. Actually, if you look carefully you will see an unusual, rigid, puff of flesh outlining the upper lid on each eye. This suggests an ultra-intense boundary kept around himself, where he won't let others in emotionally. And if your destiny were to lead a Third World nation for 49 years, maybe you would sleep better at night by doing the very same thing. Whole left side of face higher Eyebrow, eye, nose, mouth and chin are all higher on the left side of his face. That's a pretty major asymmetry to maintain for nearly 50 years. Meaning: Much like Richard Nixon at his most distorted, Castro places his personal needs before his political duties. (Nixon,
however, changed a great deal. In
Ambition area predominates The face length from eyebrows to nose tip is by far the longest of the Cuban leader's three Priority Areas. (The other two are hairline-to-eyebrow and nose-tip-to-chin.) Meaning: Gaining and keeping power matter more to this man than anything else. So how is that distinctive face shaping up so far? Castro is an ambitious fellow who shows talent for speaking about problems in a way that stirs people's emotions. His personal needs in life come first and, emotionally, he doesn't truly get close to the people he serves. Ambition is central to his personality. In the last part of this article, we'll explore other unchanging face data, plus the one part of Castro's face that did change. LEARN TO CUT CORDS OF ATTACHMENT Any relationship that engages your strong emotions for more than a day will generate a cord of attachment. These energy structures are shaped like tubes, connecting some part of your aura to another person’s. Without active intervention, all cords of attachment will be with you until the day you die -- even if the person at the other end crosses over to the other side. Energy patterns in a cord repeat 24/7, like an MP3 file run amok, and the sound is always bad. Beyond that particular relationship, the dynamics in a cord can affect all your relationships, exerting a huge subconscious influence on how you feel even when alone. Cords can even cause chronic health problems. It's good to remove a cord to someone you love, like a spouse or child, because you'll be more yourself in that precious relationship. According to some, one of the great things about cutting cords of attachment is that "It’s so easy. All you do is ask Archangel Michael." Sigh! If someone has told you this or given you similar advice for cutting cords… with all respect, that advice is probably unsound. LASTING RESULTS Cutting a cord properly is easy to do but not simple. It’s a highly sophisticated skill that requires all of this: A considerable level of spiritual awakeness; specific kinds of spiritual and psychological discernment; technical training. I’ve taught this skill to some groups of very advanced students. All learned a lot. But ask any one of them how simple it is to deal with cords in a responsible manner! When cord cutting is done properly, you’re permanently healed. The cord won’t come back and you’ll keep all the unconditional love involved in the relationship (if any). Freedom increases, too, because cutting a cord of attachment doesn’t necessarily end a relationship. For example, spouses often have them cut so they can have a better marriage. Without their cords, partners are free to reinvent how they relate to each other. No longer are they pulled and tugged energetically by old karma. CUT CORDS OF ATTACHMENT: THE INTENSIVE
Yes, I will be offering my Intensive to Cut Cords of Attachment this month, March 14-16, 2008. CUT CORDS OF ATTACHMENT: PERSONAL MENTORING Personal instruction is the most effective way to grow quickly in your skill level. Want to come but you're not free this time? I offer this Intensive once or twice a year at most. But Personal Mentoring is available year round. Click here to read about these phone consultations: Personal Mentoring. CUT CORDS OF ATTACHMENT: THE BOOK Another option can teach you how to cut cords with professional-caliber skill. It takes a bit more work from your side, but you can get the whole 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment® in book form. Read about my book Cut Cords of Attachment. Go through it, one chapter at a time, and you'll gain the full skill set. It won't be instant, but it won't take a really long time either. Many readers have done this and you can, too. Incidentally, that book refers to an Online Supplement that hasn't been posted yet. It will be. I'll announce when in this zine. The problems have been technical things that have taken way more time than I ever anticipated. But these items are a supplement, so are not required for you to learn the 12-step method. I encourage you to become an expert at this form of aura surgery. One reason why is discussed in the following article. HATE ANY POLITICIANS? Plenty of angry ex-Cubans live in Florida. In their rage, they are hardly alone. Many otherwise peaceable people today have cords of attachment to politicians. How these political cords operate might surprise you. While I’ve been cutting cords professionally since 1986, the widespread presence of political cords is relatively recent. What if you suspect that you might have a political cord of attachment, whether to an individual politician or an entire administration? You’d be wise to get help from someone with the training to find out for sure, then remove any cords that drain you. Another thing you can do is use Deeper Perception on politicians, corporate leaders, relatives -- anyone in a position of seeming power over you. You’re more apt to be sucker punched by someone who seems benevolent but isn’t. Tilting at windmills may have worked in fiction, at least if you were that loveable romantic, Don Quixote. For those of us today, it may make more sense to use idealism in ways that produce real benefits. What about prayer? How about transforming people? Your volunteer work can help enormously, politically and energetically. Just remember to avoid sending out your own light 24/7, otherwise you may deplete your own life force energy. If you suspect that you have a cord of attachment to a politician, it's just like any other cord, major or minor. Don't just pray for it to go away. Find someone with skills to help you remove it permanently. Or make yourself into that person. Then your prayers and other volunteer work will work much better. You deserve to go free. 12 WAYS CASTRO DIDN'T CHANGE (PART 2) Let's continue to use these photographs as a basis for our comparison face reading: Long Nose The length of that nose dominates in his face overall, doesn't it? Meaning: As a politician, Castro is big on strategy and planning. Whether moving into a position of power or maintaining it, he has a grand design. The Fame Trait Notice how Castro's nose angles toward the right side of his face? In Wrinkles Are God's Makeup, my advanced face reading book, I go into a lot of detail about the significance of this particular asymmetry. Meaning: More than any other face data, this particular attribute correlates with fame and success. Castro cares about having power. He attracts it. He'll give it up only when absolutely necessary. (Hold on, that just happened! But you could have read it from his face just as well, and I would have done so years ago if he had been in the news then.) In-Angled Left Ear Only one ear shows clearly in both photos, that left one. It's positioned close to the head. Meaning: In personal life, Castro has pretty conventional values about what's expected of him with family and friends. Based on that ear alone, I'm not very surprised that Fidel give his blessing to having his "little" brother Raul become the next leader of Cuba. Mustache Hides His Upper Lip Meaning: Castro has chosen to grow, and maintain, the "strong, silent type" of mustache. Don't expect Castro to tell you much about his innermost feelings, not even if you're little brother Raul. Could lack of self-disclosure be useful for a dictator who aims to stay in power for life? I haven't followed press coverage of the man, but I'm willing to bet that he never did the equivalent of a Playboy Magazine interview, answering the question, "Do you prefer boxers or briefs?" Passion Power Style The forehead is the widest part of his face, so it's shaped like a top-heavy triangle. Meaning: This dynamic power style is common to leaders, American presidents not just this politician of exceptional staying power. He accomplishes more than most people do, refusing to be stopped by obstacles that would discourage others. Very Full Eyebrows These are some eyebrows, super-full all the way from nose toward the ear. Meaning: I call them "Wheeler-Dealer Eyebrows." They go with a talent for being highly effective at managing details from start of a project to the end. Another talent is for juggling many such detailed projects. WHAT PROBABLY DIDN'T CHANGE One thing I really like about the older photo of Castro is the fine view of his underbite. See how the lower row of teeth show? With my overbite, I couldn't duplicate this way of holding a mouth, at least without self-inflicting considerable pain. Try it. Gently. Now try talking that way, as Castro is doing in this candid photo. Richard Nixon
had an underbite, too, incidentally. (You'll see it beautifully pictured
in
It was hard enough to find a youthful picture of Fidel, let alone finding another toothy portrait that could help us to verify whether or not he had an underbite back in the day. Probably he did. It's the ultimate facial sign of tenacity. Whatever else a person's lips might say, an underbite proclaims, "I will not quit. I will not be pushed around. I am going to get my way." CASTRO'S ONE BIG FACIAL CHANGE "Nose tips grow
larger through time." That's one of society's clichés about faces and age.
Only problem, it isn't true, not invariably. In fact, speaking of Ronald
Reagan, it wasn't true of him, as you can see from his contrasting photos in
But Castro's nose tip couldn't have grown much larger if he had been Pinocchio. So, what does this face change mean? Nose tips relate to valuing financial security. Evidently, money didn't matter much to the young communist. But over the years, to judge by that nose tip, financial security became very important indeed. He wasn't alone. Think of the seniors you know. How many of them care more than ever before about creature comforts? Who worries more about having money in the bank, someone who's 18 or someone who's 80? Now can you appreciate why most people develop larger nose tips over time, most but not all. What will be said about you, as you near the final days of this lifetime? What will you see in the mirror? Consider yourself warned. It matters, what you decide day by day, whether or not you wish to evolve as a person. All those choices will be cumulative. They will out-picture on your face. Whatever you decide, I hope you'll have more to show for your growth in this life than a more sizeable nose tip. WHAT'S NEW ON THE BLOG The redesign is installed, friends, but we're having some problems still. Your comments are being received but I haven't been to enable them yet. Please be patient and I will enable them as soon as we can. Meanwhile, with our Three Loveables contest, I am extending the end date from March 1 to March 15. I'll extend it again if necessary, to add time for you all to nominate and to see others who have been nominated. ZINE ARCHIVE Have you missed a recent issue of "Reading Life Deeper"?
