In this issue: BATTLE OF THE NOSES
INTRODUCTION The fall of Wall Street happens to coincide with a national election. Perhaps the rumors may have reached you – that small request of President Bush to immediately and unquestioningly hand over $700 billion to one man, Henry Paulson, the US Treasury Secretary, a man of spectacular financial vision except that, oops, he never saw the current crisis coming. So far I've written many articles on the presidential and vice presidential candidates on my blog, Deeper Perception Made Practical. Still, I always like to keep the best for this zine. So I'm going to use categories about Money, Saving and Spending from my latest how-to, Read People Deeper: Body Language + Face Reading + Auras. Get ready for some nose shockers! Our October zine will focus on reading the top political choices as intently as if we all had dollar signs in our eyes. We'll pursue the in-depth approach that I reserve especially for you readers. Whenever you do a Face Reading about money, you must focus on nose tips and nostrils. These items of face data reveal a great deal about personal style with saving and spending. Let's go forth bravely, eyeballing one nose at a time.
SENATOR BaraCk Obama Nose tip characteristics: Barack's nose tip is huge. What may surprise you is that although Barack has the largest nose tip of any of the four candidates, he comes in third regarding nose padding, the overall nose width above the tip. Nostril characteristics: Obama's nostrils are small and rectangular. To help you see that unusual shape, click here. This photo provides an excellent angle for nostril gazing. Should you look at your own nose in the mirror, tilting your head at this angle, it is highly unlikely that you will see such a straight-edge shape. My Face Reading summary: Obama values saving money, accumulating a good nest egg. In addition, he is keenly self-aware while spending, with far more financial discipline than most individuals. His potential challenge is remaining patient, explaining his perspective, when he is more fiscally conservative than other people pressure him to be. SENATOR JOHN McCain This photo, although unflattering, is excellent for displaying the right nostril and, in general, the right side of McCain's nose tip. It's fascinating, so be sure to take a look. Nose tip characteristics: Ever hear the stereotype that says nose tips "always become larger with age"? If that were the case, McCain's nose tip would have ballooned with the years. Well, as you know, if elected, McCain would be the oldest first-term president in American history. Maybe you'd expect him to have the largest of the four nose tips. But no. Actually, his nose tip hasn't been growing significantly. (And given recent reversals on his "Straight Talk Express," there goes the Pinocchio theory of nose tips, as well.) McCain sports a rather small nose tip.
What really matters about it is the highly unusual characteristic of hardness.
You could practically bounce gold coins off that rubbery nose. Consider this to
be Nostril Shocker #1.
Nostril characteristics: Clearly McCain's right nostril is large in size and flared in shape. Again, experienced face readers will note the unusual hardness to the texture of this part of his face. So I'll have to coin a second new term for this in his honor, hard nostril definition. My Face Reading summary: McCain's relationship to money has been shaped with some of that bitterness and rage that characterizes so much about the former P.O.W. John's views about money are hard, rigid, and unlikely to change. I doubt you'll ever see a tougher nose tip and nostril combo than what he has developed. For those who prize steadfastness, this intention is extremely comforting. And yes, I'm quite keenly aware that McCain has contradicted himself like crazy over the past years. Faces don't whoosh in and out to accommodate political convenience or whim, any more than a weathervane loses its defining characteristics just because it blows in the wind. My interpretation, as a face reader, is that apart from random campaign utterances, McCain believes in the financial status quo, where people who have money deserve it and poor people must just muddle through and, besides, if they weren't so lazy, they would be richer. Spending style also reflects a hard heart about money, and a mind that already has been made up. For those who "deserve," McCain is willing to spend with a ready hand. But for those who "do not deserve," there's no convincing him. Incidentally, I found something rather similar when reading his wife Cindy's noblesse oblige characteristics in this blog post. SENATOR JOE BIDEN Most notable about Joe Biden is the umbrella-like structure of his nose. And, no, I don't think it's because he played Simon Says so often as a child that he got to take a whole lot of "umbrella steps." When not smiling, Biden's nose tip looks like what you see in the photo link above. Smiling expands his nose tip dramatically as you'll see when you click here. Nose tip characteristics: Although he presents himself publicly (i.e., when smiling) as having a large nose tip, really it is VERY small (i.e., the real Joe). Nostril characteristics: Very much like Obama, Biden's nostrils are small and rectangular. So here we have Nose Shocker #2: Who would have thought these two men would be Nostril Twins? My interpretation does find financial style differences, though, due to the nose tip characteristics. Also, keep in mind that Obama has a VERY version of those nostril characteristics whereas Biden is merely "in the category." My Face Reading summary: Biden would like to present himself as someone who values saving, balancing budgets, etc. And he is a disciplined spender. However, his personal life has created conscious and subconscious habits that help to shape his financial behavior. Like many a long-time multi-millionaire (including George W. Bush and John McCain), Biden doesn't really understand what it means to worry about money. Habit tells him that "there will always be enough." If he were to become not only vice-president but president, this could be a serious problem for the U.S…. Though not as big a problem as if we were to have Sarah Palin in charge of the nation's economy, as you'll soon see. GOVERNOR SARAH PALIN Reading this nose, think about her being in the White House to fill in for the oldest elected president, and then weep your nose out. But wait! Before your eyes fill up, possibly distorting your vision, use our photo to see the data. Nose tip characteristics: Here we have the smallest nose tip in our collection of four. Like McCain's, it's crooked. Extreme asymmetry on a nose tip is rare so, gee, shall we consider that to be Nose Shocker #3? Two candidates on a presidential ticket and they both have the same, rare, face data. More nose twins! Besides having a strangely crooked nose tip, like McCain's, Palin nose flaunts additional rare data. More than any of the other candidates, she has a VERY right leaning nose, culminating in that unusual nose tip. (That drifting of her nose far over toward the right side of her face may be easier to spot in this photo. Nostril characteristics: To delve into Sara's face data about nostril size and shape, I do recommend reading the first of our two photos. You'll find large, flared nostrils. If you count McCain's right one, that makes three out of four as part of the Republican ticket. Oboy, could that become Nose Shocker #4? And here's where we get into the truly wild side of nose reading. Remember that rare characteristic of hard nostril definition on McCain? Well, guess who has it too? Look again at the second photo of Palin as described previously and you will see it clearly. My Face Reading summary: Palin has unusually firm notions about public spending, and her mind is not open to contrary notions. Money can be spent freely, but only where she believes it is needed, and nobody's hard luck stories can move her. Spending seems to be a matter of principle for her, as is saving, and the distribution of saving and spending may definitely be skewed toward her choice of worthy recipients. Being nosey about faces is a start, if you want to read character, and it's especially important if you fear that a candidate has been coached within an inch of her life. But there's more… and not just what can be claimed or lied about in a political ad. There's more because in a later article, we can add some highly specific aura reading. But first... Unless that cord had been cut, the message would have continued, moving through that cord 24/7 until the last minutes of Alice's life. Yet, by permanently cutting that cord, Alice could be freed up once and for all. Last night, that happened. But, gee, what do you think would have occurred if, rather than using 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment® , I just imagined the outside of that vile cord turning a lovely shade of green. Think that would do much? Please, when you encounter misinformation about cutting cords of attachment, set people straight. This form of healing is still emerging from the underground mind-body-spirit culture; therefore, the degree of misinformation is just about what one would expect. THE CANDIDATES' AURAS -- FINANCIAL DATA THAT CAN'T BE FAKED
Let's use the following four candid photos for the political candidates as a basis for exploring auras. Specifically, we'll research the databanks suggested for reading saving and spending styles as found in my latest book, Read People Deeper.
PHOTOS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DATABANK AT THE ROOT CHAKRA John McCain: The soul-level gift is high principle, caring deeply about making the world a better place through wise financial stewardship. With the overlay of STUFF, read him as deeply scarred, sometimes confused, and consistently rigid. McCain functions better in many of his other chakras, but the story for most of his root chakra databanks is a sad one. Frankly, I find him to be incapable of consistent, thoughtful evaluation about any survival issue. Chronic anger, especially, causes him to be unpredictable. Barack Obama: The soul-level gift is knowing and feeling -- in a very visceral way -- the primal importance of money, With the overlay of STUFF, read him as aware (with the vivid awareness of a black man in today's America) that authority figures can make or break life for average people. Barack really wants to make a difference. More than he lets on publically, though, Obama is aware of how hard it can be to make a difference for people financially. Sarah Palin: The soul-level gift involves being fiercely protective of "her kids." There's a maternal quality, and I'm not just saying this because she's a female politician. None of the guys running for president or vice-president could be considered "paternal" in this databank. With Sarah's overlay of STUFF, however, read her as highly influenced by emotions. To her, at this time in her development, money is loaded with passion. She feels "right" vs. "wrong" and "ours" vs. "theirs" about many issues. Even when "thinking about financial issues," strong feelings make up her mind. Most ominous for a political leader though, Palin needs to keep decisions about money very, very simple… to a degree that is stunning. Alas, her tendency to favor quick-'n-easy closure is quite prevalent in her other root chakra databanks at this time. I find this reminiscent of a tendency of George W. Bush, his now well-recognized need to simplify. However, this need, as I read him, springs from the damage to his thought process from drugs (I suspect both damage from alcohol and cocaine use, in his distant past, and powerful medications used now to control him and keep him functioning as told). Palin is far healthier, but her emotions still run riot over judgment, and her nomination seems to have put her over the top in terms of feeling that she has been "coronated." As I read her, popping inside for an Empath-Merge, she considers her nomination a kind of "evidence" that her personal feelings must be true and important for the entire country. It's part "Queen for a Day" and part horror movie. Joe Biden: The soul-level gift is an extremely analytical way of thinking about money. To Joe, money is a system with many interlocking components. He has a knack for figuring these out, appreciating their interrelationship. With the overlay of STUFF, read Biden as having a huge passion about making a difference in this area of life. Deeply offended by the status quo, he wants to blaze a trail in a different direction. SPENDING MONEY DATABANK AT THE ROOT CHAKRA John McCain: The soul-level gift is that the Arizona senator thinks big. He wants to spend money in a grand way that will make a big difference. With the overlay of STUFF, read him as being the truest believer in all of America (especially at this point) that John McCain really is a maverick. John wants to spend in ways that proclaim his being beholden to nobody, and living in a role where nobody can stop him. Get the Wild West vibe here? John's courage is unquestionable, whether or not one might agree with his judgment in particular situations. Barack Obama: The soul-level gift is fairness, with the kind of analytical mind that helped him to become the head of Harvard Law Review. With his overlay of STUFF, read the Illinois senator as emotionally involved in the decision-making process. This is not being emotionally RULED, as we'll see next with Palin, but more having mind and heart involved together. Because of this combination, Barack comes way closer to being a compassionate conservative than George W. Bush. Okay, neither is a conservative in the classical, honorable sense. But at least Obama is compassionate. Sarah Palin: The soul-level gift is her decisiveness. Palin can make any decision quickly and forcefully, no blinking. With the overlay of STUFF, read her as very ruled by her personal likes and dislikes. This would determine whom she chooses to help when she spends. There is also, at present, an extraordinary degree of self-confidence. This increases her tendency to be impetuous, incurious, imperious, and immoveable. Joe Biden: The soul-level gift is a deep sense of responsibility about spending. With the overlay of STUFF, he bears the traces of having been educated by nuns: Biden was formed to believe in the importance of Christian charity, giving to the poor, stewardship, etc. Based on belief structures that I read here in these vice-presidential root chakras:
VERBAL INTEGRITY IN PUBLIC SPEECH DATABANK AT THE THROAT CHAKRA John McCain: The soul-level gift is a solemn commitment to truth, saying what is right and then following through. With the overlay of STUFF, I'm sorry, but he is by now completely corrupted regarding integrity. "I will say whatever it takes" has become his motto. Barack Obama: The soul-level gift is his famous charisma. Barack appears to have verbal integrity and can move audiences on that basis. Here's what else shows. When speaking in public, Obama is linked up with spiritual Source, inspired as he co-creates. It is the sacred flow of his words, while he mostly gets out of the way, which enables passion to flow in the spectacular oratorical way that it does. With the overlay of STUFF, read him as someone who worries privately about doing justice to his source of inspiration. From doing an Empath-Merge, I notice that he's feeling a great deal of performance pressure now, and has moments of fighting the urge to doubt himself. But these aren't doubts about having integrity. Instead, these are doubts about his ability to express his inspiration, with its integrity, and do honor to That. Sarah Palin: The soul-level gift is persuasiveness in service to her ideas. With the overlay of STUFF, read her as a very simple person, at a very entry-level stage of soul development. At this level, her guiding moral principle is "Whatever it takes to win, that's what I'll say." In voicing her ideas, she is utterly committed, as only a person can be when untroubled by having too many ideas rattling 'round in her head. Sarah's fans rightly feel the authenticity and single-mindedness. The good news is, Palin has less STUFF in this aura databank than the three other contenders. Mostly it involves the kind of arrogance of someone who feels personally favored and, up until now, has been quite successful. Compared to McCain's personal drive for power or Biden's or Obama's (listed in descending order of intensity), Palin could nearly pass for normal. Yet the big Alaska executive is limited by childlike moral development, nearly total lack of intellectual curiosity, and rigidity. Am I the only voter who considers this a troubling combination: Sarah's self-confidence reminds me of what you might find in a pampered five-year-old. Joe Biden: The soul-level gift is having clarity about what he wants to say and believing in what he says. Unfortunately, I find a huge overlay of STUFF, causing him to try really, really hard to be a fabulous orator. This causes him to stumble over himself sometimes. Because personal ego has become such a huge factor in how he speaks, Biden can project an off-putting self-consciousness that makes him appear to possess more integrity than he really has. This dynamic is strongly related to his crooked smile, as well. If only the Delaware senator could lose the need to please when he speaks! If only he could stop pushing himself to add some mysterious, unattainable, missing quality to his oratory. Cutting cords of attachment is NOT like brain surgery. But there is way more to it than simply asking Archangel Michael to "cut all my cords." Why? Healing sessions often aim to process destructive patterns. These can circulate 24/7 in a cord, and stay as long as that cord of attachment continues to function. To be blunt, until the underlying cord dynamics are removed, you could be spending countless hours (or dollars) on coping. Why not heal the cause of distress? I have encountered many skilled and talented healers who think they know "all about cutting cords" but, regarding this particular specialty, they actually know far less than they think. This Intensive would be an opportunity to bring skill level at cutting cords up to the rest of the healer's training. Of course, some people would just prefer having an expert do the work.
