God and Me, a GUEST POST by Lynn

June 1st, 2008 by Rose Rosetree

Aura readings, empathic merges and face readings can change a person’s experience of God. Lynn’s post adds to our ongoing series about that relationship and how it changes as perception grows.

My perception of and relationship with God is certainly one in transition.  I grew up comfortably in the Lutheran Church going to church every Sunday.  God was in heaven, paternal, watchful, and somehow separate from all of us.

Mine has been a struggle with what I knew in my head vs what I did not know in my heart.  I knew in my head that God loves me but to have a personal relationship with God?  This has been my journey of discovery!

I set aside my “definition” of God to let myself be open to learning anything new yet allowing myself to filter out what didn’t “feel” right.  Still in the early stages of this process, I find that as I allow myself to be open to a broader concept of God and take him/her “out of the box”  God sneaks up and touches  me with things like experiencing moments of pure joy, “aha” moments when I am practicing a technique from your intensive and it worked (!), or my puppy-like mind quiets just long enough to feel love instead of think about it.

For a long time I have started each day with “this is the day the Lord has given us, rejoice in it” but it has more meaning when I see God as loving, accepting, and more universal instead of judgmental, score-keeping (remember they had to check “the book” to see if you could get into heaven!), and a little like Santa Claus - your head knows he couldn’t get to everyone’s house on Christmas Eve with all those presents, but your heart just has to believe he could be everywhere at once.  Well, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!

All the honor and credit is given to G-d. If you want to expand your experience and understanding of G-d, I recommend the movie “Soul Masters.”

If you want to be transported to a wise and wonderful world where bodies and souls are transformed with the wave of a hand … “Soul Masters” is a movie that chronicles the personal journeys and amazing capabilities of Doctor and Master Zhi Chen Guo and Doctor and Master Zhi Gang Sha. It is a very interesting and well done film that transports you into their very special world. Master Guo has been credited with containing the SARS epidemic in China. Master Sha travels worldwide to enlighten, heal and transform bodies and souls. Their healings are profound and come from Love. I highly recommend everyone view “Soul Masters” to learn more and experience a glimpse of the lives of these two remarkable healers.
