Baby Names, Grownup Improvements, and Aura Readings.
August 9th, 2008 by Rose Rosetree
Yesterday, I did aura readings to help my client change her middle name. “Calliope” already loved her first name, but that middle name, “Clytemnestra,” definitely stank.
Okay, I can divulge this much about our confidential session. “Ann” was that client’s real middle name. A perfectly fine name it was… and is … for some, but not for my client.
She knew about my Thrill My Soul readings, where I research life choices directly from your aura. She wanted to have that kind of research done on her middle name and, wow!, was it fascinating.
THOSE 50 DATABANKS
You’ve got your physical body. Around that, you have additional bodies, made of electro-magnetic energy, and full of information about you. That’s what energy fields are, folks!
You’ve got chakras, places in your aura that correspond to physical locations. Those chakras are full of information in a very concentrated form.
About five years ago, I began to discover something important about that information. Every chakra contains 50 databanks of information, both a gift of your soul — as permanent as a fingerprint — and “stuff” — accumulated fear, pain, short- and long-term problems, problems due to cords of attachment and frozen blocks of energy (which can be removed very efficiently with Energy Release Regression Therapy).
If you’re interested in learning more about this discovery for reading auras, I recommend:
- My new book, Read People Deeper: Body Language + Face Reading + Auras
- and my how-to book about healing and being a better consumer of energy work, Cut Cords of Attachment: Heal Yourself and Others with Energy Spirituality.
Knowing about databanks makes it wonderfully informative to research the effects of choices. As you’ll soon see.
RESEARCHING CHOICES ABOUT YOUR NAME
Like my client, you might want to reconsider your first or last or middle name. If you’re having a baby, you definitely will find it important to do an in-depth analysis. A baby’s chakra databanks can be read, accurately and in detail, from regular photos. That includes photos of pregnant women. Or a phone session with that pregnant mother won’t even require a photograph.
I can teach you how to do that kind of research with a session of Personal Mentoring, or you might prefer to just have me do that research for you. Already skilled aura readers — and I know that some of you Blog-Buddies are just that, here’s a new way that you can really help yourself and others, whether you’re choosing baby names or helping a so-called “adult.”
With all the problems people have in life, this one about having a mismatched name is relatively easy to solve. And the problem doesn’t necessarily arise because you don’t like a name. Certain vibrations may actually be incompatible with who you are now. (Something I’ll be explaining in more detail later in this article.)
Researching choices through aura consequences is always seriously informative. The name research from last night was a first for Calliope and me. Usually I research choices like these:
- Colleges to apply for
- College courses and the professors who give them
- College majors or degree programs
- Types of healing to study
- Career choices
- The effects of different men or women as possible life partners
- Lifestyle choices so that my client can live in a way that thrills his/her soul (and do this without requiring dramatic change)
- Heal anxiety about not doing “What I’m supposed to be doing on my life path.”
Yes, this was the first session where I was invited to investigate names. To appreciate why Calliope and I both went “Wow!” I’ll give examples of research on her of two names, Ann and Anne.
SPELLING COUNTS
Numerology is sometimes used to change the spelling of a name. For instance, you may know a ”Diane” who changed her name to “Dianne.” I know three of them, which makes for really interesting math
My friend Chrissie Blaze has written a book using astrology as a basis for choosing baby names.
Other intuitive arts can be used as well, tweaking a problematic name into something more reasonable. But what gives our kind of research an advantage is that it shows very personal nuances at this time in your life, the good and the bad and the why.
YOUR DISTINCTIVE VIBRATION
As you read the following, please keep in mind that the research is being done for a particular individual. Everyone has a unique set of abilities, likes and dislikes, hard-wired into your soul. Being right handed or left handed, heterosexual or homosexual or bisexual — these aren’t mere whims.
Similarly, on a very visceral level, you have a response to names based on this soulful quality of your mind-body-spirit system.
In addition, you carry the complete sent of memories you have had here at Earth School. Every human incarnation you’ve had, you have been given a name, even if it was something like “Oogh,” back from the cave days. Some of those lives were happier than others. Therefore, you have been imprinted with very personal associations for different names.
You’ve also had heroes and villains associated with your various present and past lives. And most of them had names you knew, right? So add another bunch of strong name associations and, even, frozen blocks of energy, stored at the level of your cells.
Also, in this lifetime, you’ve been exposed to a large cast of characters from TV, movies, books, music, and newspapers. Consciously you may not remember those names, but you can bet that your subconscious mind does. So this adds to the response and consequences that any name — any spelling of that name — triggers within your aura.
Most important, you carry a distinctive vibration as a soul in this lifetime. Doing research for Calliope, we found that her favorite name woke up a huge set of high-level frequencies. So far, those frequencies weren’t expressed in her personality, but as soon as she added this very appropriate middle name, “Hepzibah,” bam! (Okay, just joking that this name was really Hepzibah.)
Those frequencies opened up as if Calliope had put the right key in the lock, so the door to her full soul expression could finally swing open.
In general, there are many sacred choices of name that would thrill your soul. Other names would be merely okay, while others are absolutely duds. I don’t care how great the name was for your great-grandfather; for you it could represent a chain to lifelong frustration.
In olden days, it might have been more important for you to uphold a family tradition than to have a decent life. But today? You get to choose.
Specifically, keep in mind that this reading, done for Calliope, might be quite different from the reading YOU would have, choosing a middle name of Ann or Anne.
1. Athletic Ability Databank at the Root Chakra
- Effects of Ann: Playing by the rules. Disciplined and dependable.
- Effects of Anne: Confidence increases, and you find it easier to be a good sport if you don’t win a game.
2 Ability to Earn and Keep $Money$ Databank at the Root Chakra
- Effects of Ann: You tend to establish a good reputation that strengthens over time.
- Effects of Anne: Money problems develop because the work that appeals to you tends to pay poorly. Over and again, you’ll make choices that, for you, counteract your financial success.
3. Your Sex Life Databank at the Belly Chakra
- Effects of Ann: You become more aggressive and driven, sexually, compared to normal.
- Effects of Anne: The artistic aspect of your personality is accentuated with this name but, unfortunately, this overbalances you toward being even farther out than you otherwise are, decreasing the pool of men who would be attracted to you. Loneliness seems almost inevitable, given your vibration as a person, when you carry this name.
4. Receiving Respect at Work, for a Career in the Arts, Databank at the Solar Plexus Chakra
- Effects of Ann: Oops, you’re sending out a mixed message, between your aura, your aspirations, and your name. People don’t initially feel that you have credibility, and you must turn that around one business relationship at a time.
- Effects of Anne: Professional respect isn’t great with this name spelling, either. Your sweetness and sunny personality are accentuated, but not your originality, sophistication, or finesse.
5. Emotional Courage Databank at the Heart Chakra
- Effects of Ann: Loyalty is great but the desire to risk changing things — i.e., emotional courage — is a real growth area, at least when you have this name.
- Effects of Anne: You become an even greater appreciator of people than you already are. This represents a wonderful spiritual opening. However, it doesn’t help you to have courage on your own behalf.
6. Living with Freedom Databank at the High Heart Chakra
- Effects of Ann: You’ll feel free keeping things exactly as they are. Risk taking through lifestyle is not your strength.
- Effects of Anne: Inwardly you have great independence and seek freedom, but this name clashes so badly with your vibration as soul that you’d find even the simplest choices could cause disharmony in relationships. So, bottom line, you’ll feel that you live “My way” but you’ll also tend to be lonely… and not out of choice.
7. Spiritual Growth Databank at the Root Chakra
- Effects of Ann: Normally this databank is huge on Calliope, but this name choice causes it to shrink. Life priorities shape up quite differently. As Ann, there is little calling to grow and a loud inner invitation to become connected to familiar friends, routine activities, and the sensuous pleasures of life.
- Effects of Anne: This normally huge databank on you also tends to be in balance with other chakra databanks. But, if you were to choose the name Anne, forget that! You would become way more interested in spirituality than anything else, to the detriment of your overall quality of life.
8. Ability to Attract Spiritual Compatibility in a Love Relationship Databank at the Root Chakra
- Effects of Ann: To be blunt, it’s not gonna happen. No long-term love relationship for you, not with that middle name. Gulp. Really!
- Effects of Anne: Attract, yes, you can attract partners who are spiritually compatible (and also partners who go a bit overboard on this one aspect of life) but whether or not you can have such a relationship turn into an ongoing romance — very questionable. You’re more likely to find yourself alone, celibate, and admiring the romances of others.
9. Moving Forward on Your Life Path Databank at the Right Foot Sub-Chakra
- Effects of Ann: You finish what you start. You don’t question much, compared to your life right now. Duty matters much more than improving your everyday experience or shaping a better future.
- Effects of Anne: This name severely throws you off your life path. Although normally you are a balanced, stable person psychologically, you might have serious mental health challenges with Anne as a middle name. With Anne as a first name, it would be even worse.
10. Thrill Your Soul Databank at the High Heart Chakra
- Effects of Ann: No, this choice of name definitely does not thrill your soul. It’s more like being buried alive, adding more topsoil day by day.
- Effects of Anne: This choice is even worse. It is actually dangerous for your psychological and social self wellbeing.
CONCLUSION
With Deeper Perception you’ll find that names are far more important that you might have thought. Don’t take yours for granted, any more than you take any major life choice for granted.
And it is a choice, living today. Maybe certain family members have a lot invested in your carrying a particular name. But maybe they care more about your being happy, healthy, and successful. You can, anyway.
Just for fun, please email a link to this article to anyone you know named Ann or Anne. They, and you, are cordially invited to comment below.

ANONYMOUS, what a riot. These are certainly detailed readings.
I can’t comment on the accuracy of the one about Ann, but on the one for me I would give it about 5%. For instance, no love affairs outside of marriage (thank God). And I don’t think anyone who knows me would characterize me as “dreamy.”
Did it find it was accurate for you and your name?
In America, it is very easy to legally change one’s name. I do recommend doing this, rather than unofficially using a variation on the legal name. This sends a mixed message to the universe.
Rose,
Oh yes, my middle name is Ann!
The name Ann adds up to 11, a master number.
In the name book I have on my bookshelf, it says one meaning of Ann is ‘grace’.
The Runic interpretation of the letter ‘n’ is constraint. When I feel the name of Ann I do feel the constraint, like I’m boxed in. I never associated that feeling with the name. Putting an A on the end seems to release some of the constraint, Anna.
hmmm… I’ll feel (instead of think) on it some more.
The interpretation of my first name from the Kabalarians is the following, and they find a grain of salt in most names:
* Although your name creates the urge to be creative, independent, and self-sufficient, we point out that it causes a materialistic, somewhat self-opinionated approach that frustrates higher humanitarian qualities.
* This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses in the reproductive organs, and tension or accidents to the head.
* Your name creates a very independent, practical, analytical nature with skillful business abilities.
* You desire freedom from restrictions and authority in order that you can pursue your own ambitions.
* This name gives you leadership qualities and you are seldom happy in positions where you must direction from others.
* Material and financial success are the focus of your interests, but sacrificing much for material ambition will result in a lack of harmony and balance in your personal life, particularly a lack of appreciation for social courtesies and things of a more inspirational nature.
I have been asked if someone’s aura just contains the correct name.
Not to my perception.
Instead, you would prepare for research by listing names that appeal to you, for any reason. You might also consider variations on the spelling.
What appeals to you — that’s under-rated usually, compared to “Meant to be.” But maybe what appeals matters more. Ideas and hunches that appeal to you ought to count for something, and that’s just what Thrill Your Soul research explores.
Besides, the great thing about this type of research is that you receive details about the consequences for aspects of life that matter to you. And you know who’s in the details, right?
