Anger — How Cutting Cords of Attachment Can Help
September 29th, 2008 by Rose Rosetree
Whether you do Face Reading or Aura Reading on John McCain, his most significant problem shows clearly: Anger. He’s hardly the only one to have this problem.
Let’s devote a two-part post to exploring how anger can be helped by cutting cords of attachment.
Sophisticated readers, get ready for information that didn’t make it into my how-to book, Cut Cords of Attachment but instead is part of what I’ve been reserving for a sequel.
WHY IS AURA READING THE BEST WAY TO SPOT ANGER?
Aura Reading is the best way I know to learn about someone carrying a load of anger, whether short-term or chronic. Reading Body Language is too late. The person you’re ready has already become angry.’
Certainly reading Body Language is better than nothing, especially if you learn to spot micro-expressions. But the problem is that you’ll have no help for anticipating the anger. Aura Reading tells you when someone has hidden dynamics of anger, even if at present it is being kept under control.
What about doing an Empath-Merge? For vividness, of course, this is an excellent way to make contract with rage. Similarly, you could notice a bucket full of vomit from a distance, which would be Aura Reading. Unquestionably you could have a fuller experience by sticking your head in the bucket. Wow, talk about immersion experiences!
Remember that bucket idea if you’re still considering whether or not to become a skilled empath.
Unskilled empaths will constantly do a weak Empath-Merge with anyone in the room. Quick and not-conscious though this kind of oneness experience is, immersion brings you the full consequences of making intimate contact with somebody’s anger.
Unskilled empaths regularly bring back STUFF from those weak but frequent Empath-Merges. You import some of the other person’s anger, etc., into your aura.
Seems like a pretty random way to messing oneself up, doesn’t it?
Since techniques are now available for becoming a skilled empath — and doing it quite easily — it is not necessary to suffer in this way. (See the LINKS section below.)
Therefore, if you are a Skilled Empath, here’s what to NOT do. For the sake of self-protection, please make it your business to do Aura Reading first. Then, if you find the equivalent of a Bucket O’ Anger, do NOT choose any Empath-Merge on that person right now, thank you very much.
Spotting anger is an emotional diagnosis you might make with Energy Spirituality (Emotional and Spiritual Healing techniques that has a client’s aura as the point of entry for perception and healing.)
You might spot anger with Aura Reading and tell your client what you find… only because you are in a position to facilitate healing, as with the skill set called 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment(R).
WHY IS FACE READING A SOLID RUNNER UP?
When you do Face Reading — reading the physical face for character — you can find indications of anger but they will be potential challenges only. To find out if the challenge is really a problem for that individual, either observe behavior or supplement your Face Reading with Aura Reading.
As a last resort, study Body Language. Again, by the time you notice an angry expression, it could be too close for comfort… and too late as well.
On McCain, for instance, a VERY extreme characteristic is the fullness of his cheeks beneath the cheekbone. This goes with a power style that emphasizes getting along with others. What’s the potential challenge? It’s having an explosive temper.
DON’T BE AFRAID TO READ ANGER
What’s the worst thing that could happen? If you find anger in everyone, you’ll find out (indirectly) that right now you have a lot of anger yourself.
“Projection” is the technical term for having one’s own subconscious anger spill over onto others. If you find it, at least you learn something useful. (And keep reading for tomorrow’s post about anger and what a help it can be to cut cords of attachment.)
As long as you do either Face Reading or Aura Reading, and have a reasonable level of skill — plus you’re either a skilled empath or a non-empath –you’re perfectly safe reading anger. In fact, making contact with anger can only make you safer. Knowledge is power.
Or, as we might say, knowledge keeps you away from the bucket.
Still, I do need to emphasize the importance of skill if you are one of the 1 in 20 people born as an empath. If you’re merely talented, not yet a skilled empath, every time you read people deeper you are putting yourself at deeper risk for picking up their STUFF.
Aura Reading, in particular, is such a wonderfully subtle activity that it can dump you deeply into the person’s energy field, if you’re an unskilled empath.
I’ll put in a word for the techniques that I make available for Aura Reading. They include better protection than many techniques you’ll encounter — including that one sweetly proposed as a comment recently by a Blog-Buddy: Watch political debates with the sound turned off and the intention to do Aura Reading.
Assuming that you DO keep yourself safe, using Aura Reading techniques with in-built protection and being skilled as you’re well positioned to use the 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment to help someone to release chronic anger, just what we’ll discuss tomorrow.
For today, perhaps you might want to consider how willing YOU are to find out that another person carries a lot of anger.

Back at the difference between face reading and expression reading, context matters a great deal. My most sophisticated face reading book so far was published just last April.
Read People Deeper: Body Language + Face Reading + Auras goes category by category. (You’re invited to preview these categories; they’re the most useful ones I could find in the field of Deeper Perception.)
Depending on the specific category you choose, you may find it most useful to start with Body Language or Face Reading or Aura Reading, and I show you which approach to use where. So this is the book I recommend most strongly if you’re still sorting out the difference between face reading and expression reading.
If you’re unconvinced that face reading really is different from expression reading, this book will prove it to you as well as anything could.
Book two about how to read faces: The Power of Face Reading. This has line drawings to train your eye as a face reader, examples of more than 500 famous faces, and goes chapter by chapter, taking you on a romp through the human face. This lighthearted face reading book has been translated into many foreign languages.
Book three about how to read faces: Wrinkles Are God’s Makeup: How You Can Find Meaning in Your Evolving Face. A more advanced approach to Face Reading, this still can be your first book for learning the art. Choose it when you are ready to become a spiritual talent scout as well as do Face Reading.
My face reading correspondence course is available, whether you start with just one lesson or commit to the full program.
Low-cost face reports are a popular way to prove to yourself the validity of Face Reading Secrets(R), and they also make a great gift. Ordering a face reading is easy.
Then you might wish to turn to FAQs about becoming a skilled empath.

Awesome! I am looking forward to the next post on this. One of the things that I would say have help me the most at being an empath who can be of help to others and not suffer while doing it (lol) is cord cutting. Oh there have been times when I was a cord cutting fool! lol. For an empath I feel it is a HUGE sanity saver.
Sherry
Rose, I love your “bucket full of vomit” analogy for unskilled empathy at times. And by “love” I mean that it cracks me up.
I have often tried to think of analogies for what I pick up with unskilled empathy. Usually my problem is that when I have my head in it, it’s hard for me to do anything but panic and not even know what’s going on. Gross!
Thanks, SHERRY and DANA.
Dana, it’s all my training as an English Major that enabled me to come up with the elegant “bucket full of vomit” analogy.
Glad it made you laugh, too.
