Empath Empowerment Skills Can Now Be Learned from an E-Book
October 19th, 2008 by Rose Rosetree“Empaths of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your pains.”
Okay, that’s a semi-serious parody of “Workers of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your chains.” If you were born as an empath, you need humor. You need skill, besides. Otherwise, every day of your life, pain is likely.
Why? When you have the circuits of an empath, but are not yet a SKILLED empath, you will take on pain from other people. It will land right into your aura.
Maybe it helps that I’m an aura reader, giving me the ability to observe this directly. But you don’t have to read auras (yet) to know that something unsettling is going on, not if you’re unskilled as an empath.
Even if you don’t know exactly what that something is, you will often feel anxious, troubled, depressed, tired, easily hurt or way too vulnerable… as though your skin doesn’t quite work right.
Actually, it isn’t terribly uncommon for an unskilled empath to feel a whole sequence of moods like this, one after another.
The degree to which you notice yourself taking on other people’s pain depends on three things:
- How skilled you are,
- Whether your empath gift(s) include Emotional Oneness or Emotional Intuition,
- And how empathically talented you are.
Specifically, it may be useful to know that:
All empaths don’t have the same gifts. Being an empath isn’t necessarily emotional at all. This book can help you to accurately identify your gift(s), which might be intellectual, spiritual, physical, environmental, animal, plant, crystal, even molecular.
YOUR DESTINY AS AN EMPATH
Whether you have one empath gift or many, there are degrees of talent. The more talented you are, the more you will suffer until you become a skilled empath, rather than just a talented empath.
According to my research, 1 in 20 Westerners was born as an empath, 1 in 5 in Japan. That number includes empaths who have any degree of talent at all. Because even a smidge of talent will cause you to take on other people’s pain if you’re unskilled.
That’s a lot of empaths, isn’t it? I base these statistics on reading auras, doing healing sessions, and teaching in many parts of America, also England, Ireland and Japan. I’ve done phone mentoring and personal sessions in other countries, too, but still await invitations to be sponsored to teach.
But look on the bright side, you lucky empath. With the techniques that I offer to turn you into a skilled empath, when you learn to turn your gift(s) on with skill, even a relatively modest degree of talent will enable you to win the prize:
As a skilled empath you can have a clear, direct experience of being another person.
And yes, you can do it at will.
Not only is this huge, as a way to gain information about people. If you care about doing service to others, you will be overjoyed at the power your empath gift(s) can bring you to do a better job of that service.
UNIQUE, EFFECTIVE HELP FOR EMPATHS
I’m honored to have written the first book to help empaths develop skill. More books for empaths have been published with each passing year, but they still don’t teach this method. Instead, you’ll find two different approaches.
First, there’s emphasis on shielding and protecting yourself.
The second approach involves social skills, like trying to have “firm boundaries,” and avoiding difficult people, such as narcissists, psychic vampires, and people accused of doing psychic attack.
Tomorrow, I’ll post an article that explains more specifically how my approach is different. But the quick version is that I help you to wake up from inside and claim more fully who you are as a person.
How would you know you aren’t doing that yet? Just compare how you feel about yourself as a skilled empath. Do your own before-and-after. Students of mine report feeling way more alive once they get skills as an empath.
Hey, that’s why I call the book “Empowered” by empathy.
MY ONE REGRET ABOUT THIS EMPATH EMPOWERMENT BOOK
One word: Empath. Between you and me, I wish I had named it “Empowered Empath.” I wish that, throughout the book, I had always used the word “empath.” Instead, I often used the word “empathy.”
But this was the first book published in the English language for empaths. You’re not the only person on earth still learning every day. Me, too. At least the full method was there, even if I wasn’t consistent in my use of the technical term “empath.” Back in the day, that term was new.
It’s exciting how humanity is catching on to this “skilled empath” business. Maybe it helps that I’ve been traveling back and forth to different countries and parts of America, leaving skilled empaths through my classes and books. Gee, could I be like Johnny Appleseed, only without the need to pluck fruit?
The practical point is this. Will I go through the entire book, completely re-typesetting and changing the cover, correcting all three foreign editions, just so that I can always use the word “empath”?
Probably not. Please accept my apology here, and then go on to become a fabulously happy person, well adjusted to having an empath’s gifts, serving humanity beautifully as a skilled empath.
TO SUPPLEMENT THIS NEW EBOOK FOR EMPATHS
Besides the Kindle, E-book edition of this first book for empaths, you might enjoy the Kindle edition of my novel for empaths, An Empath Among the Righteous.
As a print book, Empowered by Empathy has been published in some foreign editions as well, in Japan, Turkey, and Spain.
The audiobook edition of Empowered by Empathy can help you if you enjoy hearing the knowledge of this book spoken by the author plus another skilled empath, Marilyn Cooley. We recorded this sound edition together. You can sample it at my website, using the link above.
The best place to order any of my books for empaths, for best service and quality articles that you can read for free, is at the author’s website. We even have a toll-free number that you can call 24/7 from the U.S. and Canada. Imagine, real customer service from a real human being! That’s 800-345-6665.
Radio interviews for you to enjoy are also available off the home page. I’m constantly doing new media interviews, and the best place to keep up with these is either at this blog or at the home page of my regular website.
Finally, you might choose to supplement this book with, or replace it by, studying personally with me. To do that, you’d just need a session of personal mentoring. I can’t promise to teach everyone everything in 55 minutes, but I can promise to teach you as much as you, personally, can learn. And one session might do it for you.
