Protect Yourself from Swine Flu Fear

June 2nd, 2009 by Rose Rosetree

As a newcomer to Tokyo, bringing the fresh (if bleary) eyes of a passenger straight off a 13-hour flight, I could quickly tell that something was different this time. It’s my ninth trip to Tokyo, so I bring that kind of perspective, too. Within minutes I began to notice that, energetically, something here was very wrong.

True, I haven’t read the latest statistics of how many Japanese have been infected so far with swine flu, but you don’t have to be an epidemiologist to find the real epidemic here in Tokyo right now: Fear.

Fear is real. Fear is contagious. And fear isn’t helping a thing.

Honestly, if you wanted to have a strong immune system, which do you think would help you more?

    • Being in a resourceful state of vibrant health, with your mind-body-spirit all working at their best.
    • Staying at home, scared to death, and imprinting the fear more deeply every time you watched TV reports with the message “Be very afraid.”

This Friday, I’ll be giving an evening talk at VOICE, introducing Aura Reading, Empath Empowerment, Spiritual Cleansing and Protection — the workshops and sessions I’ll be making available for the entire month of June. Normally the theme is variations on “Don’t worry, be happy, because you can have less STUFF in your aura.” But this time I think I’ll speak on ways to release fear of contagious illness.

Here are ways that you can avoid falling prey to this totally unnecessary form of mind-body-spirit infirmity.

    SPIRITUAL CLEANSING AND PROTECTION

On the psychic level, people are more connected than they think. Right now, Tokyo is awash in thought forms of terror, psychic coercion, and other forms of astral debris.

I’m so glad that I will be doing my first two-part workshop here on techniques for detecting and moving out these toxic patterns that influence the subconscious mind.

At each Guest Event, I’ll do one of those healings for the group so they can experience the shift. It’s like taking a shower, and, man, hose thought forms of fear are quite the horrible grime!

Last night I flicked on TV, part of getting oriented here, and during the seven minutes I watched, I saw:

    • Part of a news show where, clearly, the topic under discussion was swine flu.
    • A commercial for a household cleanser (which seemed like America’sFormula 409) showed blown-up graphics about sinister-looking germs lurking on home surfaces. Think stuck bubble gum! Think Oobleck! Think “Run for your life.”
    • A commercial for a product to clean the bathtub water — omigod, talk about preying on fear! The visuals showed an adorable little boy starting to bathe when the most revoluting graphics imaginable came out of the water and attacked him. Supposedly the product being sold would neutralize all that.

By the end of the commercial, the water was so clean, that Mom was happily in the tub bathing with the child. (Of course, I couldn’t resist doing a tiny bit of Aura Reading as I watched this advertisement. The actress who played “Mom” wasn’t particularly comfortable, but I don’t think it was on account of germs. I think she felt queasy being photographed in the tub, bare armed and so close to the half-naked little stranger playing her son. She hid her modestly well, however. The discomfort didn’t show on her face, just her aura.)

Even without being able to understand the words of that last commercial, I found these graphics of fear so compelling that, temporarily, I forgot that my son is now a hairy, muscular 18 year-old runner, with a 6-pack well known to all who watch him jogging bare-chested in the neighborhood.

No, Matt had suddenly become a precious, vulnerable little child, and I’d have to think long and hard before allowing him to bathe ever again!

    A SANITY MESSAGE

Please, let’s hear it for turning off the TV and turning up the volume on some sanity. When needed, I may also be including some healing of collective astral debris in the personal sessions I give here, both Cutting Cords of Attachment and Energy Release Regression Therapy.

Also at my Guest Events for VOICE, I’ll explain why it is especially vital right now for empaths to learn skills of Empath Empowerment. Unskilled empaths always pick up STUFF from other people. With the mass epidemic of fear, empaths are at risk to suffer more than most — not from flu but from taking on fear belonging to other people.

What about worrying parents, kids, or the most scared person at your place of business? Now is the time to cut every one of those cords of attachment. Otherwise, on the subconscious level and at the level of auras, you could be imprinted 24/7 with other people’s fear.

Finally, some in the community may be suffering anxiety related to deaths in other lifetimes from pandemics. I will be offering sessions of Energy Release Regression Therapy to remove frozen blocks that linger. Otherwise, panic from past incarnations could be activated right now by the social messages of fear. Better to release that fear, once and for all!

My last trip to Japan, I did a session of Energy Release Regression Therapy who had done seven previous regressions with different practitioners. He was extremely impressed with the healing power of this particular method, developed by Dr. Coletta Long. It can be very important to systematically release stuck energies, not just remember previous stories.

In so many ways, the skill sets I offer while in Tokyo can help my Japanese friends to take responsibility for their own health in mind, body and spirit and say “No” to the epidemic of fear.

Will there really be a pandemic, or is what’s happening now just a scare? Nobody really knows. But you can be certain right now that fear decreases immunity and fear is a choice. I would love to help you to claim your natural, God-given immunity from unnecessary fear.

Hmm, Rosie, I’ve heard you talk about Matt a few times.. his GPA, Eagle Scouts, etc.. but I’ve never been as impressed as I was by this description! Lol, oh dear.. :blushes:

If your ever searching for an article topic, hearing about the energy of different cities would be really interesting. I’m assuming that cities are like people, with distinct energies that can change but largely remain the same?

And LOL to you, too, Jordan.

It’s an interesting topic, but I’m hardly a big traveler. Mostly for me it’s metro D.C. and Tokyo. Maybe you and other Blog-Buddies could add your perspectives.

How would you describe the energies of your favorite part of Ohio, Jordan?

P.S. About the shameless bragging about my boy, oh, I do apologize. Especially being here in Japan, where boasting is considered shameful.

The bragging crept up on me, like crabgrass, only more human.

Rose, you don’t seem braggy, and hope you didn’t think that was what I meant! If anything, your mentions just give me the warm-fuzzies that you’re so proud of your son :) It’s nice to see. Keep “bragging.”

Dear Rose, for years I´ve been teaching and performing heart-centered, empathetic clowning and I always felt like a knight in shining AMOUR with play for my sword.

As a hospital clown for the past 7 1/2 years, I decided that hospitals are gardens of fear where it is literaly being watered and nurtured.

There are wonderful people who work in places like that who bring healing and loving energy but what a work environment! I felt this was just a window into the industry.

If we are convinced of being sick, we get sick and need the meds to “cure” us. Fear IS the virus. The great thing is that scared is just sacred that got mixed up.

The underlying unconscious attraction is a JOINING of the masses in the roller coaster, screaming fun of oh boy aren´t we all scared together. Wouldn´t it be amazing to change the spelling and see what happens!

By the way, thank you for your wonderful books! My life is richer for finding you. The word that comes to mind is constantly: common. Common sense, common ground, common placeness of miracles, with a bit of COME ON!, you can! to it.

Greetings to your little light-footed rose gardener/ worry bug with the caring hands who watches over your life forces and sunny greetings to you,

    Deirdre

    DIERDRE, sweet!

Wish you could be with me tomorrow, as I teach a workshop here in Tokyo about moving out a lot of those bits of shared energy.

Thanks so much for your appreciation of my work. I love being called “COMMON.” :-)

Couldn’t agree with you more about the need to stop playing the collective fear game.

Thank you so very much for your writing about the things happened in nowadays Japan.

I was feeling the epidemic fear or deaths relates to other lives of many of Japanese people.

There are some historical infections in Japan, especially that of Heian era is well-known here. that was Hansen’s disease. It seems that the memory related to the long time Japanese government’s bad treatment for the patients of that disease. maybe even now it’s a little bit difficult for ex-patients to return to society.

Many of Japanese really hates uncleanliness. maybe that relates a religious custom of Shinto. So I worried about (maybe it was my fear?) the typical Japanese discrimination to the patients.

Anyway, fear decreases immunity and fear is the choice as you said.

    Thank you, Rose.

What you call flying in spirit is something I have done all my life, imagining other people, celtic journeying, “intuitive drama”, “sacred clowning”, “mimosonance”, “Astrofooling”, “rainbow soul skills”, etc. (ok, so I just made that last one up, it came in with the rest of it. My next project, maybe?)…
Nonbelievers used to say, sarcasticly: yeah, that will be the day…I´ll believe that when pigs fly! See and now the swine flu too! ANYTHING is possible!
I will send a sunbeam tomorrow, I wish I could be there too.

KOJI-SAN, thanks so much for sharing your insights. This morning I’m going to start a weekend workshop on how to remove different forms of astral debris, like astral entities and negative thought forms: Spiritual Cleansing and Protection.

I’m hopeful that Japanese students will realize this workshop can eliminate some of those collective fear-based structures.

When I’m here in my Tokyo condo, helping clients, you should see me with my interpreter of the day. I take a few minutes between sessions, as needed, using those healings as needed to dust off the energies here.

So by the end of the day, interpreter and I are both as fresh as the very best sushi.

DEIRDRE, how delightful, sunbeam and all! Please define “mimosonance.”

There will be a test on Sunday.

    Just kidding!

Mimosonance ( actually spelled Mimisonanz by Walter Samuel Bartussek, the guy from Austria who invented it). A clown sits in with a therapist and patient, absorbs all impressions from the patient telling about his/her troubles, then plays back the impressionns with mime, warmth and humour. The patient absorbs this and their reaction leads to the next steps of thrapy whatever they may be. It is much more complex than this.
I am not a mimoson-expert. I found it enriching to what I do. I had developed something paralell and similar with my klinikclowning and “elmental drama” but using play, sounds, gestures, sung gestures, lots of inner stuff communicated through face, eyes, heart, voice which I have no word for yet. It is more than mirroring because it is an artistic processing of what was sensed and given back as a gift.

I can show it to people better than I can describe it. I have the feeling that there are new words, not yet born for some of this. Empathetic/ social/ communicated/ experienced art forms that I have called clown up until now. I think there is a truer more sentient word for it than clown but I haven´t hit on the one that thrills me yet.

I´m not sure if this fits in with your face reading, but my first training was as a natural cosmetician working with Weleda and Dr. Hauschka c.25 years ago. I learned the parts of the face as connected to the organs. The nose shows the health of the heart. When a clown puts on the red nose and is really connected to the spiritual stream involved, she steps into her heart space.

When I give workshops, I have found it is enough just to rub one´s nose like Tabatha in Bewitched.

Turn away from the other people and secretly rub the tip of your nose with (pretend?) fairy dust. Now it is magic! Ok now turn around and rediscover the world. Rediscover people! Try it ! It has never not worked. It is your delicious secret. And one of many keys to the clown.

Mimosonance is more focused on mime and body language, a lovely way to discover ways to express body empathy constrructively!

I found this poem recently which I think really wonderfully describes the empathetic “clown” person or , I often call it : the “rainbow-souled ones”.

THE TWO HEART CLAN by Duane Big Eagle ( Osage)
    Two Hearts are always first
to send blankets to a sing.
Two Hearts know that stolen objects
always go back to where they belong.
    Two Hearts keep silent
when they have nothing to say,
but gossip travels like an arrow.
Two Hearts stay up late at a 49 dance
and wake up bleary eyed with the sun.
Two Hearts bring venison at mid-winter
to the wind blown lodges of the elders.
Two Hearts die in the heat-shimmering prairy grass
    and are burried facing east
    under piles of red rock.
Two Hearts raise the sun with their prayers
and call deaf-eared rain with gesture
    old as rain itself.
Two Hearts never do what they are told
and their children grow up strong
    steady reeds impervious to wind.
    Two Hearts camp under late summer cottonwoods;
    their gray smoke lifts
soft white seeds to the sky.
Two Hearts read the winter on a spider web
    leaping against its anchoring strands
in the first cool wind of autumn.
A Two Heart life is the journey of a star
from blue evening through black night
    to red dawns´ horizon.
Two Hearts know we all must leave this world,
yet they laugh, they laugh, they laugh.

    —————————————

I have a heart inside and an open heart around me and your book on empathy has taught me better to care for the one inside.

Look at the length of this comment!!!

OK, Deirdre, shut up already! Blah blah blah. Those who don´t know, talk.

    Geetings!
