The New Book for Empaths Just Arrived Today

Dear Blog-Buddies, I was thinking about you’all a lot today. It was such a happy day!

Sometimes I take off all the other hats I wear at my publishing company, Women’s Intuition Worldwide. I become the Local Warehouse Manager. This blog post aims to tell the story of today’s sweaty moving experience.

Become the Most Important Person in the Room: Your 30-Day Plan for Empath Empowerment arrived in all its carton-ey glory. It arrived before Publication Day, September 14, when it will become available at my website and elsewhere online.

The delivery man helped move the boxes out of his enormous truck and then I posed for my “pre-warehousing” photo.

THE WAREHOUSING CEREMONY

For years, the main supply of my book orders has come from a fulfillment company in New Hampshire. Whenever you call 800-345-6665 and order a book, or you click onto the ordering button at my main website, you are speaking to the good people there.

They have boxes galore and, presumably, skilled professionals for unloading and organizing it all. Here at the Local Warehouse, however, we have… me.

Here at home, I keep a reasonable quantity of books –for taking with me on tours, selling to clients and students, and spending hours fulfilling the strange ordering demands of Amazon.com.

It’s merely a few tons of books, located as best I can, in what would normally be “the playroom” or finished basement. Whenever I start rearranging, the mess is not for the faint of heart.

For the last couple of books, son Matt helped me bring in the boxes. What a triumph, watching him break neither a single carton of books nor a sweat!

Now that he’s in college, I go back to bringing in the the boxes by myself. (Here’s a photo of the big guy, Matthew Weber, at the end of the mini-van we rented to him and all those freshman belongings to University of Virginia a couple of weeks ago.)

Doing all the box-loading felt great, because I was so excited about the life this new book is going to have. It also felt like gratitude.

GRATITUDE GALORE

For this particular book, I’m grateful to Dr. Anita Chu for giving me the term “Empath Merge,” and to Julie Schroedl, Coordinator for my Intensives, and there a great free-er up of time in my life.

I’m grateful to Mitch, who does all the web wizardry at www.rose-rosetree.com. He also works with clients to set up appointments, which is harder for me than doing the sessions.

You, Blog-Buddies. Have I ever thanked you for the vibrant, curious, presence you bring? Not just to this blog but to all my work.

I really felt you with me as I moved the new boxes into order. When a publishing company is as small as Women’s Intuition Worldwide, the new production of a book becomes a big production, a huge new start.

This is my third book to be published since beginning this blog, and I thank you for bringing your consciousness to help shape this latest way to make Deeper Perception practical.

Ten minutes after I finished my big warehouse re-org, in came Areti for a session with me. She became the first person to purchase a copy. I’ll let you know when the book goes on sale!
