What’s wrong with The Quickie Method to Cut Cords
October 17th, 2009 by Rose Rosetree
Has anyone told you that all you need do is ask Archangel Michael and he will move out all of your cords of attachment?
Sometimes this is done as a visualization.
Other times it is done verbally, no visualization included – like a spell that could have been taught at Hogwarts.
Either way, I call that “The Quickie Method.” Frankly, it belongs in the category of “Nice try.”
And the point of that quick cord cutting would be what?
Think about it. What exactly is supposed to be the point of instantly cutting all your cords, anyway? What’s the big hurry?
Cutting even one cord with quality control brings important healing that you will enjoy for the rest of your life. You’ll have more clarity, more resourcefulness, more flexibility, less STUFF in your aura. And there can be some emotional releasing afterwards, too. (Not always, but sometimes.)
In my sessions with clients, I spend one 55-minute session doing one permanent removal of a cord of attachment. This counts as major surgery to a client’s aura.
Would you go to a surgeon for 400 operations, every one of them to be done right now?
A voice of experience
Elsewhere on this blog, there’s discussion about what it means to cut cords of attachment. Here is an excerpt from a Blog-Buddy who wrote about her experience with The Quickie Method to cut cords of attachment:
I came upon the concept of cords of attachment by a famous angel healer. Of course, I asked the angels to cut them for me..which did not work.
Then I thought, if I could find some healers that know what they are doing, I could get rid of this stuff I have been carrying fairly easily and quickly. I could not fix these things myself, but my thoughts and ideas about them encouraged me to believe that I could find people who could. This is where my own personal will came in.
This is where my ideas and thoughts led me into playing tag with different healers…some incredible and others who should reconsider what they do for a living.
Of course I spent a lot of money on the terrible ones. It took me a few years working with the skilled healers..and there was a ton of junk released in that time. I am not 100 percent healed..more like 70 percent…but that is still huge.
Technical problems with The Quickie Method
There are many technical reasons why The Quickie Method won’t bring significant results. Because so many people have experimented with this method, I supply a detailed discussion in the final chapter of my how-to book about cutting cords.
Here I’ll simply sum it up in a practical way: If you ask Archangel Michael to “cut all my cords” and if you are clairvoyant, you may see it happening. But check back a few hours later and you’ll find all those cords are back.
Frankly, it’s a better use of your time to make a wish upon a star.
