Aura Reading of the Tiger Woods Apology
February 20th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree
“I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated,” Tiger Woods told the world yesterday. Though apparently well rehearsed, this 13 1/2-minute statement was panned by critics.
In today’s Washington Post, for instance, Tom Shales compared the Woods performance to the form of public apology started by Nixon in his “Checkers” speech:
Nixon owned up to very little if any wrongdoing that night, but his spiel, perhaps the first infomercial, set the standard and pattern for many a mea culpa to come. Using the medium skillfully — if in an obviously manipulative and choreographed way — Woods administered repeated self-lumps….
But we can look for some nuance here, seeking to understand more about what was really going on within the talented athlete, using skills of aura reading.
Energetic literacy to the rescue
Okay, it’s too late to rescue Woods now. Currently his reputation is like a golf ball knocked into a sand trap. But at least we can read him, one chakra databank at a time. Join me, if you would.
I’ll be using the techniques you can find in Read People Deeper, pages 16-42, and in Empowered by Empathy, pages 204-210. For photo resources, you might wish to open up this Aura Reading Link, then copy the photo below so you can stretch and enlarge it.
No amount of enlarging will help you “See the colours,” but you already know that aura reading in this third millennium isn’t about that, right?
Instead, aura reading today means energetic literacy, where we get information — knowledge that would have been indispensible to Woods’ wife, self-knowledge that might have helped the famous golfer seek help before his reputation exploded.
Aura Reading Databank at the Root Chakra: Presence in the Room
Focus and discipline are, as usual for the great golfer, first class. It’s impressive, the sense of control, the care with which Woods enters this event.
Rage is especially well controlled. I don’t think one can understand the emotional subtext of this conversation without making contact with the white-hot anger driving this performance.
To feel that angry and keep his jaws so loose — that’s one of the signs, if you needed one, that this man has exceptionally good physical coordination.
Aura Reading Databank at the Throat Chakra: Verbal Integrity in Public Communication
Huge effort is being directed toward giving a credible performance. If this were a drive where the ball meets the tee, I might applaud. Tiger packs in the power, doing everything he can to believe in his message.
Aura Reading Databank at the Throat Chakra: Verbal Integrity in Private Communication
Each person is more than one chakra databank or, even, one chakra. Therein lies the amazing evolutionary potential for living at Earth School.
In circuses, three rings can be kept under control at one time, if that circus is good. For human life, each person has hundreds of chakra databanks — each with its story to tell. Nobody can control it all.
(Although in coming days I’ll be doing my annual Aura Reading Film Critique of the Best Actor Oscar Nominees. If previous my findings in previous years hold true, even many of the very top nominees can’t manage to act all the way down to all of their chakras. But doing any of this is astounding really. So, in terms of acting performance I’d say that Mr. Woods does show talent for getting even that public communication integrity databank so strongly morphed in his chosen direction.)
Not under such rigid control, what shows in the more personal side of Tiger’s verbal integrity? Something akin to despair animates his performance:
Lies, lies, more lies. I’m so tired of telling all of these lies.
Aura Reading Databank at the Solar Plexus Chakra: Power Integrity, in Public
I’m strong and I can solve all problems. You know me, everyone I won’t give up. I can get out of this mess. Let’s be patient.

Woods feels bad about himself in a familiar way.
It’s familiar to him, where clearly cycles of repentence and self-loathing have been his dynamic for a very long time. But it may also be familiar to you. It is to me. Not so much from this life, for either you or me (hopefully). Most old souls go through perpetrator lifetimes.
I encounter these professionally on a regular basis. With clients for Energy Release Regression Therapy, I help to release frozen blocks of remorse from perpetrator lifetimes.
When I facilitate cutting cords of attachment, I help my clients free up from recyling horrible energy dynamics where a perpetrator’s actions or words can send out a mocking echo, 24/7.
Based on experiences like these, the confession of Tiger Woods is a very human and very familiar passion play.

Hi Rose,
I knew you’d have something up about Tiger’s speech and sure enough, you did. Thanks for the insight. It felt very rehearsed to me but how could it not be that way?
Very tightly controlled was my sense of it and an effort to *appear* contrite and sincere. To have had your flaws writ large for all the world to see is absolutely horrendous and something I wish on almost no one (okay, Dick Cheney is my one exception on this. heh) Tiger surely has his work ahead of him with regard to understanding his lessons.
Fantastic aura reading, Rose. I wonder if you could consider doing a reading on Lady GaGa. I find her musical themes rather interesting…maybe even a bit dark. She seems remarkably intelligent as well.
Great to hear from both you LISAs.
I would love to read Lady Gaga at some point. What I have planned next for the blog is to do my annual Aura Reading Research on Best Actor nominees for the Oscars.
You know, that’s where I explore which actors manage a change that goes so deep, it shows all the way at the level of chakra databanks.
Meanwhile, I’m spending a lot of time doing edits on my upcoming book… to be announced. The one thing I will tell you about THE NEW HOW-TO for now is that it has included the most aura reading research I ever have done, hundreds of detailed readings actually.
Between doing all of them, plus all the sessions facilitated with clients most days, I haven’t been as likely as usual to add detailed readings of people in the news here at this blog.
Once that mystery new book is published, I’ll be doing more of them, I promise. Meanwhile, I think you’ll be glad I’ve been allocating time as I have…
