What does it take to evolve spiritually now?

January 26th, 2013 by Rose Rosetree

Tar-like gunk and junk in your aura now?

Today’s post was inspired by PAIGE’s sharing at the Enlightenment Life List, her Comments 1,001 and 1002. (Also here comes a shout out to JOSH, for writing Comment #1,000, where he beautifully nominated a new candidate for that list.)

Restlessness is a common experience now. Desire for evolution, for resolution, burns like a fever for many. Other blogs might highlight causes for discontent right at the surface of life:

Okay, that last one comes from William Butler Yeats, and was not written recently.

What is the biggest problem after The Shift into the Age of Aquarius? Hint: Seems to me, Deeper Perception shows it, rather than surface perception.

After vibrations on the planet have shifted, the spiritually aware have been left with tar-like STUFF, gunk and junk in their auras.

IMHO, this heavy old energy is a residue, no longer required to function sanely on earth. Before, the stuckness wasn’t a stuckness at all. Rather, it used to be a universal requirement for living with basic mental health.

With The Shift into the Age of Aquarius, what has changed? This heavy old energy is both healable and — until healed — the tar-like gunk and junk causes feelings that are actively uncomfortable.

In a previous blog post about The Shift into The Age of Aquarius, I mentioned the tar-like gunk and junk. Whether or not you have known about this — called it “tar-like junk and gunk” or “Oh my aching Zeitgeist” or whatever – dealing with it has been necessary.

Hence a new urgency for many to the perennial question, “What does it take to evolve spiritually now?”

Do you find yourself in one of these groups?

    • Some of you Blog-Buddies have expert healing skills to perceive and remove these limiting old energies, making this unique STUFF removal into yet-one-more successful do-it-yourself project.
    • Some of you Blog-Buddies have done a one-time Energy Spirituality session with me, for insights into how the tar-like junk and gunk has affected you, then a custom-designed healing process to remove it completely. For short, I call this “Alignment.” For long, it could be called “Alignment after The Shift into The Age of Aquarius.”
    • Some of you have redoubled or retripled your efforts at using the usual techniques. (As if it really makes sense to do more and more Reiki, E.F.T. tapping, affirmations, etc. when, with all respect, they haven’t done the job so far.)
    • Dashing wildly from one spiritual teacher or healer or technique to another.

    Evolving spiritually now

Three important tasks await everyone who aims to evolve spiritually now.

    • Get rid of the tar-like junk and gunk. This can be a priority as you do your best to effectively move out STUFF from your auric field.
    • Integrate. Integrate. Integrate the higher frequences you already have. (In terms of Energy Spirituality, I call this “Put in new patterns and energies that are appropriate for expressing your soul, as it is right now.”)
    • Have fun. Having fun means activities and relationships that thrill your soul. Very important for that put-in. Plus, of course, having fun is… fun.

What won’t help with The Shift into The Age of Aquarius?

For heaven’s sake, think carefully before you seek more meditation, more spiritual practices, more Law of Attraction.

Being human has grown easier for people like you since The Shift into The Age of Aquarius. Be willing to be human as yourself, someone who lives right now.

Tips for Thriving since The Shift into The Age of Aquarius

During your waking hours, here’s what I recommend most.

    1. Be human. Do the human things.
    2. Pursue your daily routine. Include some worthy goals and make reasonable effort to pursue them.
    3. Be with people, especially ones you like, but don’t fear that “toxic personalities” will rub off at you..
    4. Interactions in person are best. Second best is phone. Both ways, you store energetic holograms. Interacting at a blog or chat room, where you are part of a community, comes next. Way down the list come texting, social networking, emailing, Twittering — illusions that keep a person’s connections to human life wide but neither deep nor integrated.
    5. Pet interactions can help enormously. Be the human in the relationship though, not doing unskilled empath merges with your beloved cat or dog or horse.
    6. Exercise is super.
    7. Volunteering and belonging within your community — so helpful. Even gardening helps.

And most important of all for your Shift into The Age of Aquarius

As for the maximum amount of time to devote to spiritual practice, since The Shift into The Age of Aquarius, guess what? You’re more effective than ever. Might I recommend now? Not 30 minutes total per day but 20. You’ll actually grow faster, because you will integrate faster.

Closest I could get to a physical picture of tar-like junk and a gunk.

    Thank you Rose,

Could you possibly clarify your point about not wanting to deprive anyone of a Saniel Bonder or John of God experience?

Are you saying that that is not your role, that your role is to help people make those assessments for themselves or are you saying that someone could be “deprived” of a valuable earth school lesson?

And further, If I know that John of God for instance is an Astral level Ponzi Scheme and someone I know is thinking of becoming involved with him, what is my role??

Gee, where is The Ethicist from The New York Times when we need him? ;-)

PAIGE, you have self-authority. Your friends have self-authority.

If you have a friend who is considering an association with someone you think might be deceptive or even dangerous, you have every right to speak up once and provide a different perspective. That isn’t sending psychic coercion. It’s called information, your point of view.

Any experience will bring learning in the long run. Nobody can deprive your friends of choosing whether to learn the hard way or the easy way.

    Hey Rose,

I wonder if you can expand some more on what it means to integrate? Either practically or techno-spiritually? The term, as used by you, has always been a bit confusing for me.

And thanks for these recent blogposts. Always interesting and educational. 2013 has definitely been pretty interesting for me so far, and I’ve been functioning on a bit of a different level, to my qualitative perception. Things seem to be opening up for me, in terms of my perception of time and space, and I also seem more empowered to function as a forward moving human. But as usual it’s hard to tell how much is me on my path, and the world on its path.

Definitely I feel more of a time of reckoning. Like, it’s time to get serious. Big changes and evolution can happen, day by day. I think 2011 and 2012 were sometimes too chaotic, too much releasing, for me to see the big picture. I think you’re assessment that things have stabilized is correct, but this means we can move more quickly linearly, or laterally, instead of up, up, up.

I think exercise is the most important thing I have as a tool to stay grounded as a human. So vital.

And I’ll try to write more on that guest post of mine when I get the time to do more than a quick lurk and type!

Great Post, Rose. This gives me a lot to think about.

I just had the flu for a week and I always have found that it is when I am in a fevered state, and sort of enjoying that altered state of consciousness, that I get some different perspectives on my life. I found myself dreaming and thinking a lot about my life and all the beautiful experiences I have had with all the various types of people I have been so privileged to associate with and be friends with. In my fevered state, I was able to recall in more vivid detail, color and emotion some of the more sparkling examples of where I have lived and with whom I have lived those moments. It all felt like a lovely, in spite of the aches and pains, integrative experience.

The world, truly, seems to have gone completely Mad lately. It feels more and more like the sand is constantly shifting under ones feet and there is nothing solid on which to gain purchase to even survey the landscape. In spite of that, I do feel more relaxed now.

I am coming out of that experience with a deeper sense of detachment from it all. I am simply playing, now. I can watch it all, and that includes watching my personality as it interacts and reacts, with a deep compassion, and amusement.

On a practical level. after reading your distinctions about what spiritual addiction and shutdown are I will have to go out and do some more research. I had a different label that I was putting on it all so, for the sake of consistency, I will redo that research on random subjects when I am in town with the criteria you gave and report back. Should be very interesting.

    Hi ROSE :)

That’s such an interesting and perceptive post.

I had a dream in which, having thought I’d sorted out my house, I remembered a vast extra tract of it that was still needing work: I’d just forgotten to open the door, go up the rickety old stairs and have a look at it.

Needless to say, that signalled my body opening to stuff, junk and gunk! and that’s what’s here to clear now.

It feels linear to me as well, Dave. Linear, circular, around a safe central pole.

My current solution is learning a new tai chi / qigong set, making sure my posture is as good as possible and booking a massage every fortnight because I find that always supports me physically when it’s clearance time: it’s working already.

Combined with it, I feel much lighter and clearer than I ever have and some old tensions are finally beginning to shift.
