Integrating spiritually after The Shift into the Age of Aquarius

January 29th, 2013 by Rose Rosetree

Blog-Buddy DAVE has been following our conversation about The Shift into the Age of Aquarius. He commented:

“I wonder if you can expand some more on what it means to integrate…. I think your assessment that things have stabilized is correct, but this means we can move more quickly linearly, or laterally, instead of up, up, up.”

DAVE, I agree. It’s what I call living wide, rather than deep, in my book for empaths, ”Become The Most Important Person in the Room.”

Fun is the key. Because your personal path to Enlightenment isn’t one obvious yellow brick road in a kid’s story. Living on earth, using your free will, what you improvise will become your custom-designed path.

How can you have fun today on that path?

    • Create something: Music or dancing or art or writing. Even 10 minutes of fun will serve to express your soul.
    • In relationships to those now dear to you, find a different way to show that you care.
    • Surprise an old or new friend by calling on the phone. Or be really counter-culture and connect in person.
    • Pursue a hobby you haven’t done for a while. Or maybe ever. (Which hobby? If you collect a list, I can help you learn from your chakra databanks; choose a session of soul thrill research to save you time and money.)
    • Cooking, then eating, something uncommonly delicious for dinner.
    • Help somebody, listen to someone.
    • Use The Power of Face Reading just a bit.

Small bits of face reading can really add fun

The 5,000-year-old art of physiognomy could have been designed just for 2013. And today’s needs for spiritual integration.

    1. Open up “The NEW Power of Face Reading,” locate one category on the face. Read about the different possibilities, such as straight chin bottom, curved chin bottom, angled chin bottom.
    2. Look in the mirror to see what you have got.
    3. Consider the talent described in the book. Could you really be that amazing? Definitely.
    4. Celebrate being yourself in this incarnation!

Face reading is one of the very best ways I know to integrate spiritually; finding spiritual truth in your physical face is the very point!

Spiritual integration can really be fun

Blog-Buddies, you have bigger consciousness than you know. The way to find out is not to scamper madly from one guru to another. Hang out in life as yourself, living with integrity.

Among the many kinds of fun you discover today… one sort of fun happens when you pursue you goals with a confident stride. But what different sort of fun will you find if you take a few minutes to skip?

And speaking of photo fun, how wonderful to SEE faces, for the first time, because of the Facebook Fan Page! Wow!

Blog-Buddies, this has been such an interesting day of sessions.

Many folks have been going through an exceptionally difficult time. If some of you have been going through this, you may be wondering if it’s just you.

    It is not.

Hey, this is why I chose to make integrating spiritually into a blog post today.

I didn’t mean, “The UFOs are landing and taking away all your problems, how are you liking it?”

Many, many people are feeling isolated, confused, discouraged.

Many feel torn between householder life and living as a renunciate, not that the choice is usually presented in such a stark manner.

Whether or not you find time to comment at today’s post, please know that I wrote today’s integration post for you. Consider that the emphasis on fun etc. did not mean a supposition that all of you have been feeling especially blithesome.

Sending you love, my dear Blog-Buddies. If things have been easy for you, I am so glad. If things have been unusually difficult, just take it one day at a time.

And if it helps, know that I care.

    Hi Rose,

I have been noticing how difficult it has been these last two to three months.

My apartment appears to be a reflection of what’s going on in my mind or “innerverse”. The last three months has been a total and complete mess with associated emotions to match. There’s been no peace lately.

If anything, I have noticed an undercurrent of nervousness and anxiousness. I feel like I am living in a dichotomy. On the one hand there is life as usual – hey, everything is OK. On the other hand I hear awful stories of new viruses moving from animal population into human population, mass shootings galore – “going postal” looks tame compared to the anger that is happening now. There are increasing droughts in the Midwest bread basket year after year. I’m tired of Frankenfood (Can we please stop messing with the food supply just so companies can be buried in troughs of cash)! How can this be ignored or at least not acknowledged? And the list goes on….. Something is not right and I don’t know how to put my finger on it.

What can I do? There doesn’t seem to me to be any way to escape the stress. As a diversion I could entertain myself and go on a vacation and pay inordinate amounts of money for a beat up hotel room and take the chance of getting bed bugs! Carnival Cruise anyone? Maybe I can just acknowledge the feeling and continue what I am doing. Though, I have noticed I threw out a lot of “stuff” in my apartment and felt better.

    Hang in there, JESSE.

The best help I could give you would be personal, in sessions.

Second best, be sure to use the skills available through my books and, to some extent, this blog:

    1. Use Empath Skills. (Every time you cycle through “Become The Most Important Person in the Room” you can add finesse to your “Empath Empowerment.”)
    2. Avoid Spiritual Addiction through lifestyle
    3. Use 20 minutes each day to fill yourself up and add inspiration for your personal development, such as the “Coming Home” technique in “Empowered by Empathy.”
    4. Set goals for yourself and follow through. Such as cleaning that home. Write those goals down. Don’t keep them in your head. Be gentle about fulfilling one or more each day. Praise yourself lavishly when you succeed at accomplishing any goal.
    5. Many useful suggestions for goal setting and workarounds for a better human life are in “Magnetize Money with Energetic Literacy,” and the technques there can be done in any order.
    6. My most inspiring book, for day to day living, is “Let Today Be a Holiday” in its paperback edition and “365 Ways to a Stronger You” as an ebook.
Here is a link for that one, as a page a day might help you quite a bit:

Otherwise, be glad that you are in the 10% right now, on that middle path.

You have avoided a spiritual addiction. You aren’t in spiritual shutdown. (Cults can propel their members in either direction.)

Why are some 90% of people right now in one of these categories?

It is difficult to handle the pressures and new energies on earth now.

Get through one day at a time and strive gently, dear JESSE.

Last month I had a “Alignment in 2013″ as part of my session with Rose, with removal of a certain kind of gunk, as she talks about here: http://www.rose-rosetree.com/blog/2013/01/04/shift-aquarian-ag-alignment-in-2013/

It made a huge difference for me. Before that, I was feeling a bit all over the place, like it sounds you are, Jesse. Since the session, I’ve felt sooooo much better, more normal and clear. Since then I’ve had a pretty good 2013.

I also recommended that kind of session to someone else and they had big results as well.

Like Jordan I also had that session. Before I had increasing amounts of anxiety and second guessing myself and feeling overwhelmed, in a way I hadn’t experienced (not all at once) since my teenage years(though they weren’t that long ago :) .

Since the session everything has calmed down and I feel so much more comfortable and have that easy trust that things will be okay (though my work can still stress me out – statistics! :) ).

AMY and JORDAN, thank you so much for sharing.

I did write an article for general use about the tar-like gunk and junk, with a general technique for moving it out.

Other Blog-Buddies, if you can have a phone session with me, however, I can custom design an Alignment technique that suits you especially well, so you get extra oomphies on that healing.

Meanwhile, I await the print publication of “Pathways Magazine,” so the first North American Serial Rights go to the magazine

    :-)
