Secrets of Rosetree Energy Spirituality, Part Three

More inside information to effectively cut cords of attachment

More inside information to effectively cut cords of attachment

Secret #3 in this three-part series of inside information about gaining the most as a client of Rosetree Energy Spirituality? I freely admit:

Depending on what the professional at energy spirituality finds in a client’s aura, a different healing priority could make cord-cutting relatively ineffective, unethical, deeply unhelpful. And maybe indirectly cause the client’s biggest energetic and subconscious problem to become even bigger.

In the final article of this series, I will continue with the example of client JOE, his concerns about a cord of attachment to GLADYS and how, unbeknownst to JOE, he has the particular problem of spiritual addiction.

Problem 1 with cord-cutting when a client has a spiritual addiction

Cutting a major cord of attachment is like facilitating surgery to a client’s aura.

This is no trivial skill, although many practitioners today do unintentionally trivialize it.

Imagine that JOE goes to a hospital to receive cataract surgery. The eye surgeon is there to help him; all is in order. Except, oops, JOE has the flu. He comes into the admissions desk carrying a large box of tissues. As if the nose-blowing weren’t bad enough, the man keeps vomiting.

What kind of eye surgeon would say, “No problem, JOE. You are paying for cataract surgery. I’m here to keep your appointment filled. We’ll do just what you planned.”

See what I mean about unethical? With a compromised immune system, it’s not a smart idea to receive most types of surgery. Similarly, with an aura thrown way out of whack by spiritual addiction, it would be inappropriate to cut a cord of attachment.

    This analogy isn’t perfect, granted.

Because JOE does not have an initial consultation with a practitioner of Rosetree Energy Spirituality where he pays for an assessment and, perhaps, extensive description of all kinds of STUFF that might trouble him.

Actually, in the 18 years since I began doing sessions in the field now called “Rosetree Energy Spirituality” I have had two clients I can remember who DID chose to spend a first session that way, consulting about their problems and how I might be able to help them. (A wise choice on the part of these clients.  I would not object to doing that sort of session for any client who chooses to invest that way in the aura healing relationship. Just let me know towards the start of your session.)

Most folks, however, aim to hit the ground running. It’s like watching an episode of “Downton Abbey,” with dramatic scenes that last how long, a maximum of three minutes? We live fast now. We want results fast. We want results from the very first session.

Also the analogy breaks down because JOE has not booked a “Cord-cutting session.” The way I run my practice with clients, it is made clear to every single new client that we never promise to deliver so-called “Cord-cutting sessions.”

Instead, JOE made an appointment to receive the energy spirituality session that would help him the most,  given how he shows up for the session.  Which is what happens even if he has a spiritual addiction or some other equivalent of the flu. Any “Healing Centerpiece” is not a consolation prize or a substitute for what the client really needs. The choice is determined by the skills, training and experience, of the professional at Rosetree Energy Spirituality.

Problem 2 with cord-cutting when a client has a spiritual addiction

Accuracy would be compromised at researching cord items.

You Blog-Buddies may know that researching and then reading out cord items are important parts of the 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment(R).

Researching cord items is a specialized form of aura reading.

The better your energetic literacy skills, the better quality job you will do when cutting cords of attachment for self-healing.  If you are interested in doing self-healing with cord-cutting skills, I strongly recommend you first learn to read auras in depth and detail. as a form of energetic literacy.

I could teach you, of course, whether through books or the Level 1 Aura Reading Workshop or by personal mentoring in phone sessions.

However you develop energetic literacy, it is important. Unfortunately, training you may have received at reading auras as a form of psychic development or clairvoyance will not be appropriate for cutting cords of attachment. You will need to set this aside and neatly sort out when you are doing psychic work versus doing a skill set of Rosetree Energy Spirituality.

Back at this aura healer, I definitely have got those skills. I can read anyone’s aura, down to fine details of chakra databanks and what is in a cord of attachment. So can anyone who graduates from my Mentoring Program in Rosetree Energy Spirituality. So can you, if you’re willing to put in a bit of time and commitment in order to learn the skill set!

However, when a client has a significant spiritual addiction, regardless of your skills at energetic literacy, it becomes really difficult to read chakra databanks.

That client’s aura is, frankly, a mess.

If I were to go ahead — set aside ethics (fat chance!) — and do cord-cutting… then I would not give my client the usual “uncanny” accuracy when reporting back about the cord items.

Knowing about cord items matters because this is required for locating the logical consequences and homework from the session.

In short, the cord-cutter cannot do a good job when the client has a spiritual addiction.

And if that energy healer really has skills for cutting a cord of attachment, that’s it.

One precious opportunity for healing has been compromised, even squandered. You only get one chance to cut a cord of attachment, once you have skills. Sad!

Problem 3 with cord-cutting when a client has a spiritual addiction

Remember what it means to have a spiritual addiction? A client like JOE is detached from his human life. He isn’t paying much attention.

If you were to read his aura, you would find that chakra databanks related to paying attention are not functioning properly.

Spiritual addiction causes a person like JOE to be out of touch with himself emotionally, seldom do reality checks, communicate in a manner that spirals him further into the spiritual addiction. Although every moment at Earth School counts, ultimately, for spiritual growth, somebody caught up in spiritual addiction is stuck, not evolving very rapidly at all — except in the direction of an experiment that causes heartache long-term.

    Even if:

    • I chose to go against ethical constraints and give JOE the cord-cutting he wanted. (No thanks.)
    • And it were acceptable to me to facilitate cutting a cord of attachment when the effectiveness of the healing would be severely compromised. (I don’t think so.)

Whatever results JOE did get? He wouldn’t notice them.

Rather than just feeling disgusted that he didn’t get his cord-cutting from the “Rose Rosetree Store,” how would JOE react in the weeks and months to come?

I can think of these likely scenarios, although there could be more. This is one topic in energy spirituality that I do NOT plan to research.

    • JOE could think, “I tried cord cutting and it didn’t do much.” (Grrrrrr)
    • JOE could think, “My cord of attachment to GLADYS must have re-corded, because I still feel bad.” (Ugh! Once again, JOE is blaming a cord of attachment when he has other problems of STUFF that could be powerfully ameliorated through some sessions of Rosetree Energy Spirituality.)

Problem 4 with cord-cutting when a client has a spiritual addiction

There is another likely possibility when a client has a spiritual addiction. Someone like JOE might well think, “Now that my cord to GLADYS is cut, I’ll continue on my spiritual path of x,y,z.” (You know, the path that is fueling JOE’s spiritual addiction.)

To be invited to facilitate emotional and spiritual healing for JOE, find the single biggest way he can get his life on track, and not tell him? Not do anything about this cycle that only gets worse until the person hits bottom?

    Pretty awful prospect, isn’t it?

Related to having a spiritual addiction, JOE is likely to be constantly interpreting reality from a certain point of view anyway. Not just knowing things or having a belief system — which every thoughtful adult can, potentially, do without having any spiritual addiction patterns whatsoever.

When it has gotten to the point of spiritual addiction, JOE doesn’t do reality checks, remember?

Therefore, he is likely to think that he is nicely numbed out now from whatever pain happened with GLADYS. Now he will be more successful than ever on his path of x,y,z.

What does JOE receive, however long it takes him to appreciate it?

Consciously and subconsciously, JOE has received the gentlest possible form of intervention. Moreover:

    • He has been encouraged to move forward and change the pattern of spiritual addiction.
    • He knows specifics about what he can choose, one day at a time.
    • He knows that it will take a few weeks (possibly longer) to move out of that dysfunctional patterning.
    • He has learned about at least one gift of his soul at the Divine level.
    • He has learned about what has been going on with many of his chakra databanks, specifics that can resonate for him as true.
    • He understands particular habits that have been throwing his life out of whack, and what to do about them.

Not too shabby, even if JOE didn’t know in advance that he could progress so quickly, with relative ease.

I can so relate to this. My first few “cord cutting sessions” were with someone other than Rose (who is Not an apprentice or graduate of Rose’s which you can see by the name of the session). I cut the cords of attachment to my mother and father and while I related to the cord items and there was a small improvement in how their behaviour affected me, in comparison to my first sessions with Rose, it would have been better to have done something else! At the the time if I wasn’t in a spiritual addiction, I was at least spending a lot of time hanging around my weed smoking ex boyfriend.

So for my first session with Rose, as part of it she noticed that I had a lot of astral entities hanging around and did a healing for that. She THEN cut a cord of attachment. After this session I felt awake inside in a way that I hadn’t felt in a couple of years, but also, I felt joyful afterwards too. Going home on the tube (this was when Rose came to London in 2011) was an interesting experience.

    Rose,

Thank you for this series of postings. I have read them with great interest and have learned much.

Also, thank you for teaching your apprentices and graduates these valuable skills. My life has been positively altered by one of your graduates.

I am not an easy client, and it took some time to show me that I was, indeed in spiritual addiction. Realizing and accepting this has turned my life around.

I had become accustomed to living in a perpetual state of confusion. I said and did things while “not present” that confounded not only myself but others. Then people began to use that confusion in order to manipulate me.

Now, being present in my body allows me to prevent confusion and the resulting manipulation by others. Both my personal and professional life have improved and I live in a happier state than I can ever remember.

I believe I truly hit bottom before I found someone who could assist me in healing. Since then I’ve had numerous sessions of Rosetree Energy Spirituality and each has helped me grow and taught me important life lessons.

Rose, I believe you saved my life by your willingness to teach others. You provide hope and direction to those of us who feel lost.

AMY, thank you so much for sharing your experience with cord-cutting.

Comments by people who are NOT Rose Rosetree have so much more credibility with newbies to this blog!
