Blink Thanksgiving

Blink
Blink. What happens to your consciousness during a blink? Sweet to research. And easy as eating Sweet Potato Pie

Blink Thanksgiving. What could seem smaller than one quick blink of your eyes? Yet miracles might be hidden even in that. Let’s explore.

In America, it happens to be Thanksgiving Day. A favorite holiday for many. A way of life for some.

Even when we struggle, and must struggle, Thanksgiving! Let’s give thanks that through our efforts we can make a difference.

Before we strive. And afterwards also. Whenever we give thanks, we prepare ourselves to bring more truth into this world.

Considering all this, I’m thrilled to share with you a bit of aura research I did recently. Saving it for now, Thanksgiving Day.

Blink Aura Research

First of all, why research blinking? Why even think that something interesting could happen to your consciousness? Happen quick as a thought. Quick as a blink.

Probably we’re used to think of blinking as a practical way to lubricate eyes. Kind of a cross between windshield wipers and a timed lawn sprinkler.

Personally, though, I think consciousness.

And Here’s Why

Blog-Buddies, my worldview has evolved over the years. Probably it will continue to evolve. (Like yours, right?)

Currently I’m fascinated by how real earth life is. Yet isn’t.

This paradox may be cleared up quite a bit… If you read — or reread — “The New Strong.” And use the skills provided there.

Vast as physical reality is… Basically, astral thingies outnumber all the physical-thing-type objects.

We just don’t notice them, usually. Conducive to mental health, actually!

In that context, does your consciousness need a reprieve from heavy earth vibrational frequencies?

Maybe not a coincidence: During this human incarnation, what have you needed every day of your life? To sleep and dream. (After 11 days of sleep deprivation, a person would die.)

Could Sleep Deprivation Include Consciousness Deprivation?

Now, I’m no astral specialist. Really, I’m not. When using energetic literacy, my calling is to improve what’s human. Never to dwell on what’s psychic or paranormal.

But who among us doesn’t have a hunch that something happens while we sleep and dream? Something happens to our consciousness.

Seems to me, we’re traveling somewhere, in our bodies of light. We’re getting the heck out of earth. Taking a much needed vacation.

Why? Because sleeplessness locks down our consciousness. Stuck in the heavy illusions of earth.

Having no decent reprieve? Apart from all the physical reasons to avoid sleep deprivation… Seems to me, consciousness demands that respite.

I figure, in consciousness we go to an astral world. Or to a Divine refresh. Whatever combo we need.

Conjecturing further… Maybe travel “tickets,” also depend on a person’s level of consciousness. Like a kind of travel status that a soul earns. One incarnation after another. Evolving extra fast whenever you make a human lifetime count for something. Day after day.

That conjecture? Hey, I can’t really research that with my aura reading skills. However…

Blink! How Does Blinking Fit Into This Model?

Naturally, I began to wonder where consciousness goes when we blink. A regular blink. Unlike:

  • Trying to swat some dirt out of your eye.
  • Aiming to avoid ubiquitous video clips of some public figures you’d like to make go away.
  • Or giving butterfly kisses.

Here I mean something blessedly simple. Regular, no-big-deal, human blinking.

Blink Research? Easy, With Skills

Look, this year some of you Blog-Buddies have developed Stage 3 Energetic Literacy. Or most of it.

(Not yet released is the online workshop Aura 102. Which adds the extra fun of reading people’s auras from regular photographs. Resulting in full Stage 3 Energetic Literacy. Here’s a link to the Free Intro to my Aura Reading Workshops. This year I did manage to publish the 101 level workshop, too. As for that 102, it’s coming soon after the RES website redesign. Since website designer AJ McClary and I can’t do everything at once. No matter how often we blink.)

Anyway, you may know about an advanced stage of energetic literacy. Very useful for researching what happened to a person’s aura… at any time one would choose to research.

This kind of aura reading is even more fun, if possible, than reading auras from regular photos. Reading energetic holograms.

Once you’ve got the skill, easy as eating sweet potato pie!

Blink Veteran Gladys Volunteered For Aura Research

Yes, recently I was doing a session with Gladys. Towards the end of a very productive session, we had a bit of extra time.

“Would you be interested in knowing about when you blink? Like, what happens to your consciousness. During that split second…”

Gladys said “Yes.” Turns out, she’s been blinking for years. 😉

Graciously Gladys gave permission for me to record this part of her session. Sharing it with you, actually.

Have a listen, if you’re curious. Exploring what happened in consciousness when Gladys blinked.

I’m looking forward to your reactions and questions.

Happy Thanksgiving, wherever you are! And whenever you’re tasting today’s sweet treat. Spiced with love.

Checking that the recording came out, I started to listen and realized that a couple of reference links might provide important background for understanding this recording.

Understanding chakra databanks would be relevant!

And the two previous YouTube videos, in case that background would be helpful:

    Master Energetic Literacy, Stage 2

Also about Enlightenment — sure, all you Blog-Buddies are familiar with blinking. But Enlightenment?

Not such a familiar concept to some of you, perhaps. Plus, the way I describe Age of Awakening Enlightenment is different from how folks mostly think of Enlightenment.

Take your pick from this wealth of blog posts on Enlightenment!

    Happy thanksgiving Rose!

I would be interested in researching this in a session myself!

    This is fascinating Rose!

I never would have guessed that so much could happen in the split second of a blink!

Three lovely comments indeed! Thank you, AVID READER, VALERIE, and EMILY T — who just has to ask and, of course, research like this can be built into your next RES session.

Thank you Rose! This is very interesting. I particularly like the idea of astral nightly travel, with different destinations.

Sleeping is a really sweet reprieve for me, and it has gotten better and better over the years I’ve been involved with RES. I never remember more than a fragment of dreams, but I do retain the feeling of having had fun experiences while I slept. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Gladys has the most delightful giggle that reiterates your wonderful finds during exploration, Rose.

    Heartwarming and loads of fun!

What a fun thing to research.

Regarding sleep and dreams, I’ve often had the sense that I’m quite a busy lady.

Where I go, I sometimes remember vividly and sometimes don’t.

    But I’m always learning something.
