Body language and expression are so much fun to explore with the experiment that I gave you in yesterday’s blog post about Lena Dunham. Yes, notice how Lena Dunham is proudly displaying her full-fake smile.

Here are results of that experiment for me. And then my conclusion. Before reading further, do check out this experiment on your own, following the steps at Lena Dunham’s Best Fake Smile, reading one distinctive bit of body language and expression.

Mark Zuckerberg, Relationship Reading

Mark Zuckerberg and Bride

Want an extra reason to be happy today?

Here in Sterling, Virginia, it is a glorious Monday morning. Perfection of weather, promise in the garden, and lovebirds a singing.

Wherever and whenever you are, adding on to all your other reasons to enjoy this day… check out this picture of Mr. and Ms. Mark Zuckerberg. To open the photo in a different window, you might prefer this smaller, faster-loading photo suitable for body language, face reading, aura reading.

A photo about Mr. and Md. Mark, or whatever the two of them call themselves to their Facebook friends and others.

According to FabMagazine.com:

“He and Priscilla Chan, his girlfriend of nearly a decade, got married at his Palo Alto, California home in front of fewer than 100 stunned guests who thought they would be attending a party to celebrate Chan’s graduation from medical school.

“Last week Monday, Zuckerberg turned 28 and Chan graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, where she’d studied pediatrics.”

Relationship Reading = Body Language + Face Reading + Auras

And that’s just what I’m going to do for these wacky kids. Starting with the body language.

This is one heart-melter of a photo. I’ve never seen more aligned body language for a couple in a candid photograph. Consider: CONTINUE READING

How to be right but also happy

“Sometimes, your gut is just wrong,” quoth Mary Ellen O’Toole. Profiled in today’s Washington Post, by Monica Hesse, that quoted quoth sure grabbed my eyeballs.

Ms. O’Toole is the author of “Dangerous Instincts,” a new book drawn from her 30 years in the FBI, chasing down killers, psychopaths, and other just plain folks who paradoxically seemed “nice” to the neighbors.

“Sometimes your gut is just wrong,” screams that headlines in Hesse’s article. No doubt cynical Washingtonians are chuckling on their way to work. And those who live in my part of the metro area, Northern Virginia, may be smugly patting their guns. Because in our state we’re allowed, maybe even encouraged, to carry concealed.

Not trusting one’s gut – i.e., not relying on one’s surface evaluations of life – can be taken two different ways. One is suspicion, understandable given the former FBI profiler’s 30 years hunting down the slime of the earth. Such a miserable way to live! CONTINUE READING

When do I use face reading?

Rose Rosetree, reading faces

Both GRACE W. and DAVE have been asking, in the most respectful way, about when I use face reading. Go to this Quiz Yourself post for empaths and see their Comments 78, 81, 86, and 87.

Well, at the top of today’s post is a photo taken earlier this month when I went to the big ballpark in Washington, D.C. And, you guessed it, I had been hired to read faces. (If you use that link just provided, you can see many details of my face these days, plus waaaay more fascinating Mr. Potato Head.

DAVE and GRACE W., this may be the most personal question anyone has asked of me at this blog. Because the more I think about it, the use of one form of energetic literacy over another — face reading vs. aura reading vs. Skilled Empath Merge — vs. paying attention to the surface level of reality — is deeply related to my lifestyle and how I am growing as a person.

So I have thought a lot about how to answer these questions. CONTINUE READING

Energetic Literacy — Latest News

For the next few days before leaving for that month in Tokyo, I’m sharing the latest miscellaneous goodies with you, Blog-Buddies, starting with this adorable  email, just in from Africa.

Aha! Aura Reading Could Actually Be Possible

From that enthusiastic reader, Hannes Calitz from Pretoria,  South Africa:

I’ve bought your book “Read People Deeper” for the face reading and body language. Initially I thought the aura reading was crap, in one word – impossible. CONTINUE READING

Solve relationship problems with Energetic Literacy (Part 1)

energetic literacy, aura readingOh, so many problems! Into the second month of the new decade, I’ve done my first 100+ sessions and some radio interviews.

Which means that the usual variety has been part of my days helping people, including:

  • The first exorcism of 2010.
  • The first time in 2010 where, after cutting a cord of attachment, I got to help a dead woman stop haunting her daughter (my client) and move on to what the ghost called her “eternal reward.”
  • Face reading for a woman in urgent need of more self-confidence.
  • Helping a lovestuck client break free from a player. It turned out, “Casanova” was not her “soul mate” at all but, rather, a sexual predator who was poised to break up her marriage. CONTINUE READING

When Face Reading Works Best

A Face Reading article yesterday set me thinking. It was a New York Daily News feature, posted at Yahoo, sent by one of my apprentices. And I’m delighted that Face Reading has been brought to public attention. But I went “Wait-a-minute” when the face reader mentioned that she uses it to tell which checkout clerk at the supermarket would be fastest.

Having been a professional at Face Reading for more than two decades, I’ve heard people say things like, “There are so many ways to read people, why bother with Face Reading?” CONTINUE READING
