Well, yes, I do believe that assessing Enlightenment is one of a human being’s inalienable rights.

My Profiling People Bill of Rights is short. Astounding though this might be to Sarah Palin, nothing is included about the so-called “right” to carry guns. Instead, these are the rights that matter to me:

1. We have the right to read anyone’s written words via Gutenberg literacy.
2. We have the right to read anyone’s energy field, via energetic literacy.
3. We have the right to explore the who-you-be about anyone we like.
4. We have the right to read body language, facial expression, or even do physiognomy (reading faces for character).
5. If it is a public figure, someone who has a website as a teacher, writer, or healer; a movie star or reality show wannabe; a politician or political activist, we don’t only have the right to read that individual privately. We have the right to comment in public.

Here in Sterling, Virginia, it is a glorious spring day. Beyond luscious, really.

As I prepare for the next aura reading profile, or face reading, or Skilled Empath Merge, I’m thinking, “Last Liz Taylor Husband? Or maybe someone entirely different.”

Why lavish attention on  Larry Fortensky when we could read someone really fascinating, like Justin Bieber? Or somebody even more interesting.

Eddie Fisher to the rescue, Taylor’s Husband #5

Elizabeth Taylor’s Husband #4 was intrepid Mike Todd, energetically researched at this blog in a couple of posts, starting with this aura reading of Liz Taylor’s Husband #4. Mike’s sudden death matched the life that preceded it: Flamboyant and passionate, wild and exotic. In 1958, his private plane crashed on a mountaintop in New Mexico.

Time to console his beautiful widow, right? Even I heard about what happened next. Yes, even this movie-averse, star-ignoring, 10-year-old heard plenty as grownups endlessly gossiped about the big scandal. It was so very puzzling back in the day, how Eddie Fisher, a so-so but famous singer, was consoling much more famous Elizabeth. How right was it for Fisher to do all that consoling? He had two kids, didn’t he? (Including Carrie Fisher, who grew up to become a Star Wars Princess.)

Fisher wasn’t just married, either. He was married to Debbie Reynolds, for crying out loud. Perky, adorable “Singin’ in the Rain” Debbie Reynolds!

Who was blamed for the breakup of this show biz marriage with children? Not Eddie. In the pop culture of yesterday (maybe not so different from pop culture today), breaking those wedding vows couldn’t possibly be the man’s fault. Heaven’s no. “Blame the temptress.” In this case, the much maligned temptress was Taylor.

Empath Merge with Liz unhappily married, Guest Post by Elaine

Even if you never personally met Elizabeth Taylor, you’ve seen this kind of thing coming. Joe and Gladys are unhappily married, with one of them growing especially bored. Maybe the pain is acknowledged consciously, quite possibly not. (Many of you Blog-Buddies know how that sort of pain could be dancing around like crazy in a cord of attachment, replaying subconsciously 24/7, yet the cord owner feels nothing.)

Sooner or later, something has to give.

In Liz Taylor’s case, what happened is that she met the really wild Michael. Not, sadly Michael Wilding. He was — to judge from our previous articles in this series — noble, sweet, way sexy, a bit bossy yet impeccably civilized, and verging on being a homebody. Not nearly wild enough for Elizabeth Taylor. Soon she would meet Michael Todd.

Surprising to her perhaps, how absolutely perfect he seemed. Less surprising to me, given the degree of her desperation.

Much will be remembered about Elizabeth Taylor. We face readers could write entire posts about her, starting with how she was born with a double set of eyelashes.

Non-face readers call this “a genetic mutation.” Amazing, the conceptual lengths people will go to, just to avoid soul-level meaning!
