How Energy Spirituality can help victims of sexual abuse
Pedophilia is in the news, thanks to Amazon.com. Thanks in a way. Amazon won praise for removing its listing of a how-to book by a pedophile. (And no, I’m not going to add to this book’s weird cult following by citing the title.)
Of course, Amazon agreed to sell the book in the first place. It put up that initial listing.
Still, Amazon later did “the right thing” and stopped listing a book that taught sex offenders the “gentle” way to molest children.
With the perplexing and horrible problem of pedophilia, many of us just don’t know what to do, other than praise Amazon, sorta. And to take precautions against those with a history of being sex offenders, also encourage pedophilia victims to seek healing through therapy.
Well, two techniques of Energy Spirituality make useful adjuncts to seeking therapy. Just what today’s article is about! Keep reading only if you can tolerate a certain amount of grittiness along with your inspiration, because today’s post will include both. Read More »

There’s good news and bad news.
You Blog-Buddies are developing energetic literacy.
- You’re becoming aware of the promise of Energy Spirituality, removing STUFF.
- You’re learning about cords of attachment and frozen blocks of energy removed through Energy Release Regression Therapy (an unusual form of Past-Life Regression that directly targets STUFF).
- You’re now aware of various other forms of astral debris, including the skill set I call “Spiritual Cleansing and Protection” for removing psychic coercion, astral entities stuck onto an aura, etc.
- All this is the practical side of interest in New Age and interest in the paranormal — finding ways to heal problems, not merely observe them or speculate or seek the greatest possible psychic-level flash.
Yes, this is very good news. The bad news is that you don’t necessarily own all this knowledge yet.
It’s as if a new type of college major became available and you are college bound. And you want to be a graduate, already. Frustrating!
What are you supposed to do in the meantime? Read More »

Here is the book review that DIDN’T make it into my latest column for the Winter Issue of Pathways Magazine. Related to our recent thread about New Age Litany, and my long-term project of reclaiming New Age away from what I call “The Romance of the Astral,” here comes my review of Nick Bunick’s book Time for Truth.
First, the good parts. I really like Nick. I admire him, based on the story he told about what he’s been through. There’s enough insistence on “never saying a negative word about anyone” to make me feel a bit inhibited about giving my frank opinion of this book. I wouldn’t want to be gratuitously rude to anyone in general or to this sweet guy in particular.
Next, Nick does state some important truths about the Catholic Church, lies told in the pursuit of religious power. Read More »

Coletta Long, Ph.D., A pioneer of Energy Spirituality
So, you’ve heard about Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology, and Energy Spirituality. (Specific examples might be Reiki, E.F.T., and Cutting Cords of Attachment.) Where is the best place to start?
Once you’ve started, how can you tell when to try something else? Read More »

“The meek shall inherit the earth.” Surely you’ve heard these words since you were young.
Who are the meek, exactly?
The poor? Not necessarily. For starters, “the meek” can be the humble-hearted, as in, “I may know better than others sometimes but gawrsh, I’d better hide that and not make waves.”
Meekness can be felt or expressed in very different ways — just like arrogance, actually.
In case there’s any doubt in your mind about yourself, and whether such a smart, nice, talented person as you might possibly count as meek, hello! Let me break it to you. At Earth School, nobody wears proper signs. At Earth School, anyone with even one of the following attributes does count as meek:
- Highly sensitive persons (HSPs)
- Empaths
- Smart people who go in hiding much of the time to avoid seeming “arrogant”
- People who use a small “i” when they write, in order to stand out as exceptionally smart or cool or ironic
- Loving people who are not using their power
- Inspired, spiritually questing people who are not using their power
- People whose childhoods involved abuse or marriages
- People meekly hiding out while smoking pot (a.k.a. marijuana, weed)
- People who use that popular depressant, alcohol, to stay meekly hidden.
- People who can’t lose weight, because the weight is used as a form of social humility (“I won’t look better than others, don’t worry.
- People with failed marriages, disappointing children, people who have been humbled by life one way or another
- People who refuse to blame others as much as they blame themselves
- People who don’t get much respect and, unlike Rodney Dangerfield, aren’t not paid for the privilege
- People who don’t earn as much money as they deserve
- The older your soul age, the more likely you are to have a humble heart and act meek.
The list goes on. Any attribute like these would earn a person “meek” status. So if you have suffered due to being meek and humble, now you can admit it. Officially, yes, you are meek.
Let’s consider that “who” question settled and go on to ask the one that not only matters more but is very, very timely. How, exactly, can the meek inherit the earth? Read More »

It’s a big day here in Face Reading World when someone new graduates from my Mentoring Program in Professional Face Reading.
Here comes a shout-out to TWO (2!!) new graduates.

You Blog-Buddies ask the best questions. This recent one burst right out from its comment box, demanding a post of its very own. Holly began by asking this:
Rose, is it your opinion that a person cannot progress to Enlightenment without full awareness of his/her own emotions?
I notice that you read the emotional self awareness databank on people often, so it must be important. Why do you think this skill is so important?

Could you be an empath and, unknowingly, pick up STUFF from every client you help?
Sure, that’s about as much fun as eating roasted nails.
At an upcoming lecture-demonstration in Northern Virginia, I’ll discuss new ways to protect yourself as a healer.
Specifically, that means: Read More »

It’s snowing again, here in suburban D.C. But not before my client Gladys stopped by for a couple of hours of Energy Release Regression Therapy. Today we got to do one of my favorite types of session, revisiting her Planning Meeting before this lifetime.
You had one, too, you know. Whether or not you consciously remember it, or ever have done a session of regression therapy or hypnosis or had a psychic reading with anyone ever.
Regardless of whether you know, or care, a smidge about energetic literacy, there has been an official Planning Meeting. About. Your. Purpose. In. This. Lifetime.
Certain themes come up in this type of regression therapy – not every time with every client. But often enough for me to have pieced together a very common story about planning to incarnate as you may have, since you are living now. Read More »

The question came in from a smart and curious reader, “Jasmine.” If you believe in past lives, you may have wondered the same thing: What happens to all your cords of attachment to the people you have known before?
And if you cut a cord of attachment to “Joe,” whom you know in this lifetime, what about all the times you have known him as Jane or Jake or Josephine or Jeremiah or Jingles? Could you be very efficient and just cut ‘em all at one time? Read More »
