Because Blog-Buddy Sabine asked a fascinating question that opens up connections between cutting cords of attachment, karma, pursuing Enlightenment and something I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned before, the Yuckiness Index.

Why I do not believe in “Dark Souls”

Couldn't there be some shades of grey?

Sure, I’ve heard the names just as you have: Dark souls. Darksiders. Psychic vampires. Energy vampires. Such a long list.

But do I believe in them? No. Here I’d like to offer my reasons, just in case they help you to shape your own views.

Recently at Deeper Perception Made Practical, my colleague Anna Conlan guest posted on ethics. She said explicitly that she does not believe in dark souls. That has implications for how she will treat her clients, her friends, herself. Every belief set has implications for a person’s quality of life. Who is an Empath? Our online community’s Empath Life List.

Here’s a bit of time travel for you. On October 12, 2011, I’m modifying the post, inspired by Comment 96 by GRACE W.  The original post, in the black type below, involved MY selecting empaths for this list. Now let’s start shifting this post to allow you Blog-Buddies to propose your own nominees for this Empath List. I will not moderate or comment. This is becoming OUR list, Blog-Buddies, not just my list.

The one requirement here is that you are familiar with my work. Elsewhere at the blog there is no knowledge requirement at all. But to nominate empaths at this particular post, you need to have read either “Become the Most Important Person in the Room” or “Empowered by Empathy” (either print or audio versions). To learn more about these books go to the Official Rose Rosetree Website and click on the cover. You’ll find loads of information as well as easy access to secure ordering online and a tollfree order line.

The purpose of this requirement is to make sure that you have a good, workable understanding of what an empath is. And is not. So many conversations and articles online are use the term “empath” to mean anything from a psychologically unstable person to someone with a histrionic personality disorder to a psychic medium to science fiction characters.

Please nominate real people who are empaths, in your opinion, because they have at least one significant gift for directly experiencing what it is like to be another person.

Stalker Cords of Attachment, Neither Vampire nor Psychic Attack

Lately we have been discussing popular fears of psychic attack, energy vampires, and psychic vampires. We’ve been discussing cords of attachment, too. (Our last blog post dealt with an article meant to warn people of a big “vampiring” danger that I consider pretty much non-existent.)

This morning, I figured, “Why not add one more hot topic, stalkers?”

Long as we’re listing popular fears, that’s a good one because stalkers really do exist. Also, there are concrete actions in physical reality that cause someone to be named a stalker. It helps that I’ve also had quite a bit of experience helping clients who had been stalked to get over the nightmare. The same can’t be said about my carrying crosses and garlic over to the phone when I start off a session of spiritual healing.

The Latest News of Gray Slime

So, how are you doing these days? And the people in your life, how are they doing?

Today’s topic is gray slime — an ongoing theme you can search in previous posts. Current observations have been inspired by some of my clients for sessions of Aura Healing and Transformation, Energy Release Regression Therapy, and Aura Reading Research. But this gray slime report also come from reading The Washington Post and paying attention to life as it unfolds around me. 

Mostly I find life to be full of sweetness and light, now more than ever. Spiritual vibrations are moving humanity faster as, collectively, we’re in the process of evolving into a higher state of consciousness — whether you call that Enlightenment, Ascension, or any other name that is meaningful to you.
