More Ways to Improve the Tenderness Factor

July 25th, 2011 by Rose Rosetree

    Tenderness, craved from birth

Let’s continue to explore ways that your life could have more of that tenderness. Because if you have been craving more sweetness in how people to treat you, there might be some more important put-ins that could end that horrible kind of pain where life seems unreasonably and unpredictably harsh.

Please start by reading the first part of our discussion about having more tenderness in life. We’re continuing a thread about the very understandable feeling that you are special and deserve more tenderness in how people treat you.

    3. If you’re an empath, add skills

Life for an unskilled empath is harsh. You’re perpetually taking on STUFF from other people’s auras, doing unskilled empath merges. Read More »

    Empath Empowerment, Sophisticated Quiz Answers

July 22nd, 2011 by Rose Rosetree
  • What fun, to share my cheer-bringing answers about what it really means to be an empath. My perspective, of course, comes from teaching thousands of people the system of Empath Empowerment(R).

And the biggest cheerfulness you may feel, underlying every answer in today’s post, is my personal relief. Do I ever know the difference it makes, going from talented-but-untrained to becoming a skilled empath!

The difference is so far beyond night and day. It’s like comparing those tormented moments at 3:00 a.m., waking up from a nightmare  (as an unskilled empath) to a sprightly moment in the morning, going outside on a beautiful Friday to water a flourishing garden. (Now that’s like being a skilled empath.)

Puttering around a garden is a typical “normal person” activity for a skilled empath. No need to sob over every parched plant or cringe at the sight of a weed. So with all due joy, freshly doused from my sprinkler, I’m delighted to supply the 10 answers to our Sophisticated Quiz for Empaths. If you haven’t taken that quiz yet, you might want to click there first.

Does an empath have the right to be happy?

  • Quiz Question 1. You can’t be happy while people around you suffer — not if you’re a skilled empath.
  • FALSE Of course you can be happy while others suffer. It’s tougher, of course. Happiness loves company, just like misery.

One reason I put this question into our Sophisticated Quiz is a strange martyrish ethos around the very word “empath” for some people. There’s a cluster of related beliefs. Do any of these strike you as familiar?’

    • If you care about someone, you’ll worry about that person.
    • A truly good person brakes for the miserable… and drops everything to fix their cars. (Or solve other problems.) Read More »

Where to begin my Aura Healing and Transformation?

April 1st, 2011 by Rose Rosetree

Helping you to become a skilled empath

Overwhelmed, anyone? Recently “Loretta” requested help to prioritize the various skill sets taught through this blog, my how-to books, workshops, etc. Her email went like this:

I was initially interested in your book Cut Cords of Attachment, but in looking at your website, I’m pretty sure I’m an (unskilled) empath. I ended up buying both books, Cut Cords of Attachment and Become the Most Important Person in the Room at the same time.

Which set of skills should I pursue mastering first? Can I start cutting my own cords before completing the 30-day empath training program discussed in Become the Most Important Person in the Room? Do I have to have skill with my empath gifts to be able to read my aura or do I use some other sense?

For best results, don’t play “Eeny Meeny Miney Moe.” Not with the trademarked systems I have worked so hard to develop. Thank you, Loretta, for asking. Here are some ideas to consider. Read More »

Empath merge with The Sexiest Man Alive, Guest Post by Elaine

November 20th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree

Ryan Reynolds, "The Sexiest Man Alive"

Oh, darn, we can’t all be designated by People Magazine as “The Sexiest Man Alive” in 2010. Even if gender weren’t a disqualifier, there’s that small numerical problem. But here is where most of you Blog-Buddies do win a fancy title: You’re probably an empath. Read More »

Publication Day for “Magnetize Money with Energetic Literacy”

November 8th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree

"Magnetize Money with Energetic Literacy" Published Today

What do I do for a living? “Helping people grow toward Enlightenment” has been the basic motivation for the past 40 years. But a more current way of describing it would be this:

Helping The Meek to Inherit the Earth.

Think about how you found your way to this blog. These are the most common reasons that I hear about (Add others below, if you have them! Or, even, consider today’s blog post a survey!)

    1. I’m a born empath, wanting/needing to become a skilled empath. Read More »

Empath Merge to Research NDE Queen Betty Eadie

October 8th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree

Betty Eadie, After NDE but before the big fame

Having read Betty Eadie’s face, we’re on to a different form of energetic literacy. Today let’s do a Skilled Empath Merge on the Queen of Near Death Experiences.

And what extra fun that we have two different photos of her, taken years (and millions of dollars) apart! One doesn’t do Skilled Empath Merge about “How Betty changed.” That’s more the perspective of a psychic reading; what usually — not always – happens with a reading involves a psychic’s astral-level guide answering questions for you.

Yes, at random moments like this I aim to educate you Blog-Buddies with an admittedly counter-culture technical perspective. Only because this understanding can make a big difference in your choice of how you read people, also the readings you seek from others. People can mean very different things by “a spiritual reading.” Read More »

Who is an Empath? Our online community’s Empath Life List.

September 27th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree

Tantra Maat, A great world teacher

Here’s a bit of time travel for you. On October 12, 2011, I’m modifying the post, inspired by Comment 96 by GRACE W.  The original post, in the black type below, involved MY selecting empaths for this list. Now let’s start shifting this post to allow you Blog-Buddies to propose your own nominees for this Empath List. I will not moderate or comment. This is becoming OUR list, Blog-Buddies, not just my list.

The one requirement here is that you are familiar with my work. Elsewhere at the blog there is no knowledge requirement at all. But to nominate empaths at this particular post, you need to have read either “Become the Most Important Person in the Room” or “Empowered by Empathy” (either print or audio versions). To learn more about these books go to the Official Rose Rosetree Website and click on the cover. You’ll find loads of information as well as easy access to secure ordering online and a tollfree order line.

The purpose of this requirement is to make sure that you have a good, workable understanding of what an empath is. And is not. So many conversations and articles online are use the term “empath” to mean anything from a psychologically unstable person to someone with a histrionic personality disorder to a psychic medium to science fiction characters.

Please nominate real people who are empaths, in your opinion, because they have at least one significant gift for directly experiencing what it is like to be another person.

And better than just opinion, you can base your nomination on… deeper perception. Not so that I will research these nominess but YOU can. By now so many of you have Stage Three Energetic Literacy. You can read auras from photos or do a Skilled Empath Merge.

    • So name your own nominees to this list (public figures only).
    • Say why.
    • Please give all of us a one-click photo link (a photograph that can opened by clicking on that link or pasting it into the browser, no passwords or extra steps needed). And now for the original post….

How the Meek Shall Inherit the Earth

September 8th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree

“The meek shall inherit the earth.” Surely you’ve heard these words since you were young.

    Who are the meek, exactly?

The poor? Not necessarily. For starters, “the meek” can be the humble-hearted,  as in, “I may know better than others sometimes but gawrsh, I’d better hide that and not make waves.”

Meekness can be felt or expressed in very different ways — just like arrogance, actually.

In case there’s any doubt in your mind about yourself, and whether such a smart, nice, talented person as you might possibly count as meek, hello! Let me break it to you.  At Earth School, nobody wears proper signs. At Earth School, anyone with even one of the following attributes does count as meek:

    1. Highly sensitive persons (HSPs)
    2. Empaths
    3. Smart people who go in hiding much of the time to avoid seeming “arrogant”
    4. People who use a small “i” when they write, in order to stand out as exceptionally smart or cool or ironic
    5. Loving people who are not using their power
    6. Inspired, spiritually questing people who are not using their power
    7. People whose childhoods involved abuse or marriages
    8. People meekly hiding out while smoking pot (a.k.a. marijuana, weed)
    9. People who use that popular depressant, alcohol, to stay meekly hidden.
    10. People who can’t lose weight, because the weight is used as a form of social humility (“I won’t look better than others, don’t worry.
    11. People with failed marriages, disappointing children, people who have been humbled by life one way or another
    12. People who refuse to blame others as much as they blame themselves
    13. People who don’t get much respect and, unlike Rodney Dangerfield, aren’t not paid for the privilege
    14. People who don’t earn as much money as they deserve
    15. The older your soul age, the more likely you are to have a humble heart and act meek.

The list goes on. Any attribute like these would earn a person “meek” status. So if you have suffered due to being meek and humble, now you can admit it. Officially, yes, you are meek.

Let’s consider that “who” question settled and go on to ask the one that not only matters more but is very, very timely. How, exactly, can the meek inherit the earth? Read More »

Jon Stewart Receives Aura Reading. Also The Rose Rosetree Mensch Award?

September 6th, 2010 by Rose Rosetree

    Jon Stewart with a fan

After all those requests from you’all to do an aura reading of Jon Stewart, okay, okay. I’ll do it. And I’ll put my personal feelings aside when I go into the energetic literacy profile. Yet, before and after, I must admit that I am such a fan of Stewart and “The Daily Show.” By the end of this aura reading, I just might bestow my fancy award, “The Rose Rosetree Mensch Award.”

“Mensch,” of course, is a Yiddish term of high praise. Not reserved for Jews only, it’s for any male who measures up to the highest standard for being a quality person.  A mensch is a stand-up guy, not as in “stand-up comedian” necessarily but as in “Having fundamental decency, integrity, doing the right thing when tested, dependable, ethical.”

To the extent I know much about Judaism (as a lifelong non-observant Jew), those very same mensch-like qualities are the highest ideal of this ancient religion.

The ideal of being Jewish isn’t about emulating a particular teacher or attempting extreme forgiveness, as is often the goal in Christian religions — not that this is necessarily what Jesus taught. Nor is the goal to embody a detached wisdom, with non-harmfulness, and serenity  — as in Buddhism.

It is interesting, isn’t it, boiling down the “How would you live if you really did a great job at any particular religion?” Read More »
