Does God really need the help of performers like Darlene Zschech?
Does Jesus really “want” or “need” for you to surrender your normal thinking and feeling to another human being… even someone as pretty as that Darlene… in order to have a “sacred” experience?
Oh, I think not.
Look at this world, peopled by incarnated souls like you and me who have free will. Are we weird exceptions to Robot World, where the “good Christians” or “Enlightened People” are really self-actualized?
Or maybe the whole point of living on earth is to actually grow spiritually, which includes your sacred self-authority in its many forms!
Are your mind and heart really some garbage, to be hypnotically numbed into submission? Oh, I think not.
Sometimes there will be a mystical experience where a person reaches towards God, and maybe God also reaches back. Whatever the mysterious dynamics of that loving relationship, it sure doesn’t involve being hypnotized under false pretenses by some other human being. CONTINUE READING →
Sometimes I do feel like one of the elves in Santa’s Workshop, busily making gifts for good boys and girls. A week from today, I will offer for the first time a training in Soul Energy Awakening Hypnosis(R), a form of past-life regression that emphasizes removing STUFF (especially large-intensity frozen blocks of stuck energy), then PUT-IN with what most expresses my client’s soul at the time of the session.
For years I have been working on this. Meanwhile…
Big thanks to AN ADVOCATE FOR EXCELLENCE for sharing her perspective.
Whether or not you are interested in becoming a professional hypnotist or past-life regression therapist, you might find it interesting to read this guest post as a consumer of any kind of personal development workshop.
What would happen if someone with incredible energetic literacy took on a subject as entrenched in the popular imagination as hypnosis and taught it in a revolutionary new way? There are a few things that I can tell you would not happen: no one would be clucking like a chicken, nor would anyone be feeling manipulated, and there would be no scenes like in the movies when people in hypnotic trances rob banks.
The National Guild of Hypnotists has a rigorous training, complete with exam, to certify new hypnotists. There are volumes of information and — as Rose teaches it –reams of handouts to teach and guide the new hypnotist as he or she develops the skills needed: CONTINUE READING →
Have you noticed? There is just one more week before the cut-off registration date for my quietly revolutionary hypnotism training. Much as I long to start blog posts on Academy Award Nominees for 2014, I can’t resist squeezing in today’s blog post.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, my former guru, used to rail against hypnotism.
In my upcoming Hypnotism Training, I’ll face the truth behind many critiques of hypnosis… clarifying the unfair criticisms and dealing with apprehensions that might be justified…. and how to make sure you can avoid them, both in your own masterful self-hypnosis and while helping others.
I have found many technical points related to hypnosis practice that can inform your professional work as a hypnotist or hypnotherapist.
Hypnotism really can help a person to stop smoking, lose weight, suffer less from stress, release fears, handle chronic pain without drugs, and solve so many other problems. With success documented amply by research studies. CONTINUE READING →
Note: Here is a link to my interview with Rosanna Tufts about Hypnosis and Past-Life Regression. As always, move about 20 minutes into the broadcast for the start of an interview lasting about 40 minutes.
For you as a smart consumer, it can empower you enormously to understand in practical ways… which modality is good for what?
Intrepid interviewer Rosanna Tufts will host a radio interview to broadcast on her talk show, “The Tufts Get Going” for a consumer-oriented discussion of “Solving Problems with Hypnosis and Past-Life Regression.”
Blog-Buddies, so far we have explored major differences between meditation and hypnosis, beginning to clarify the many hidden confusions that cause people to move awareness in a different direction than they were promised. And, sadly, to not get results that they were promised.
In so many cases, what is going on with the hypnotist or meditation instructor (or minister or other trusted professional not formally trained as a hypnotist or meditation instructor) ?
Client GLADYS or JOE has no clue about what, technically, is being delivered — something altogether different from what everyone in the group assumed was happening.
Telling the difference as a consumer between hypnosis and meditation? Among other practical reasons, this discernment as a consumer can help you to get results in the direction you have chosen for personal development.
Am I fully aware that this entire topic is controversial? Hoo-boy, yes! Loyalties to different methods run deep. Personally you may have very strong reasons, so far, to prefer hypnosis over meditation or vice versa.
Keep consulting your self-authority, please, as we go into a series of articles. Such an important topic for New Age consumers! And self-actualizing people of all kinds, from all spiritual paths!
Don’t be afraid to comment below about today’s post, and with articles that follow in the upcoming series of articles. Don’t be shy about asking questions or even supplying a strongly felt rant. The purpose of this blog is education, not propaganda. A summary of my background can be found at the end of today’s article.
Upfront, I give you fair warning. Today’s post will contain two shockers, right from the start, as we explore practical differences between meditation and hypnosis for solving problems. CONTINUE READING →
