Enlightenment Update

Enlightenment update two
Enlightenment update! Rose compares Age of Awakening Enlightenment to Traditional Enlightenment.

Enlightenment update — that’s the purpose of today’s article. Here I’ll summarize my latest findings about two different types of Enlightenment. Inspired by my perspective as Founder of Rosetree Energy Spirituality (RES).

Have I ever been struggling lately, in my role as an Enlightenment Coach! All the distinctive RES skills converge on discerning these two types of Enlightenment — the Energy READING skills, Energy HEALING skills, Empath Empowerment® Coaching. Plus the background which has specifically prepared me for Enlightenment Coaching.

Within one week, two more folks from the RES community have moved into Enlightenment, bringing the total up to 30. CONTINUE READING

How My Enlightenment Coaching Works. Celebrating BEV, Newest Member of the Enlightenment Life List.

Enlightenment Coaching for Bev, for all who are interested.
Enlightenment Coaching for BEV. Three stories illustrate how this coaching works.

BEV UPSHUR is the latest addition to my Enlightenment Life List. BEV has also gone onto the separate list I maintain for people from this community who have moved into that higher state of consciousness. In her honor, today’s article explores how my Enlightenment Coaching DOES and DOESN’T work.

Whether you call it Householder Enlightenment, spiritual awakening (as an established state of consciousness), Self-Realization, or psychological self-actualization…

This state of consciousness is dawning now. In fact, here’s my favorite way of describing The Age of Awakening:

Now we live in a time when millions of people can move into Enlightenment. And do it as householders!

Spiritual Evolution for AMANDA

Amanda Flood, in Enlightenment
AMANDA FLOOD, now in the Surrender Model of Enlightenment

As an Enlightenment Coach, I keep learning. Today, on March 4, 2017, I’m adding a preface to this popular post. Just because I think it’s important to share my latest learning.

In months and years to come, I expect to do more writing and teaching about Householder Enlightenment, as well as how it differs from the more traditional form. In the post that follows, written so “Long ago” on April 2, 2016, I flagged AMANDA’s shift in consciousness, and dedicated a post to that. This post!

However, I’ve learned a lot in less than a year. Currently I believe that, when I wrote this post originally, her soul had chosen to move into the other form of Enlightenment, which I now call “The Surrender Model of Enlightenment.” As you read this article, you’ll find that then I was using a different term, “The Simplicity Model of Enlightenment.” I’m aiming to create a blog post soon to explain a bit more about this terminology.

It’s always a fascinating puzzle to me, whether to write a new guest post, to preface an existing guest post (as I’ve done today), and/or to add a series of comments at some ongoing blog post (which I’ve also done today).

Unless I’m writing in book form, or creating a workshop, I’ll use one or more of these three methods to update you on the latest in Rosetree Energy Spirituality (RES). Blog-Buddies, I’m so glad you have inquiring minds. You really do want to know. Thank you for keeping up with me, as I do my best to stay current in the rapidly growing field of RES.

Especially important: AMANDA’s beautiful level of consciousness has not changed just because I’ve been doing my best to understand it conceptually, and because my understanding has changed. When I write about her here, it’s done with tremendous respect. As MY point of view only.

Householder Enlightenment Contrasting with

The Surrender Model of Enlightenment

Really, you can’t learn more up-to-date knowledge, from this Enlightenment Coach, than by reading this little series of comments.

Over at my Enlightenment Life List.

The action starts with Comment #2214 and builds up steam all the way through to Comment #2229.

Enough said, for now. So let’s start that article I wrote “So loooooooooong ago. What, 11 months back?”

Exploring the Mysteries of Evolution for those in Enlightenment

Can spiritual evolution continue once you have crossed the threshold into Enlightenment?

That depends.

  • What if acknowledging any ripening of consciousness would clash with your belief system? If a person doesn’t want further growth within self-realization, this is unlikely to happen.
  • Same thing if a person doesn’t know much about higher states of consciousness particularly. That person’s awareness might beautifully stay put. And even if other consciousness-related development happens, the person might not notice. The politicians and celebrities on my Enlightenment Life List may never have heard of the term, yet they’re living in Enlightenment. (Sweet!)
  • I’ve seen both of these stay-put experiences with some Buddhists and non-duality folks, for instance.

Otherwise, yes. For somebody in Enlightenment, there can definitely be further evolution. The human game isn’t “done,” not by a long shot.

Two Different Versions of Enlightenment, One of Them New on the Planet

Our Blog-Buddy DAVID B. devotes an entire blog to the nuances of consciousness, and I’d recommend it to any of you who are curious about that. Especially impressive to me is how he illuminates the more traditional ways of understanding Enlightenment.

These days I call it “The Simplicity Model of Enlightenment.” As in, “It’s all about consciousness. Ultimately that simple.”

As an Enlightenment Coach, I specialize in a different model, “Householder Enlightenment,” which is unfolding in the world now because we’re now in the Age of Awakening. As in, “The development of consciousness is lived in very human ways, with an emphasis on the human experiences.”

For today’s article, we have a lovely opportunity, to research how Enlightenment has been ripening for one of the members of our community, meditation teacher AMANDA FLOOD.

Nuts and Bolts for this Aura Reading

Aura Reading Victoria Tomasheski, a “Christian” Missionary at an American Public School

Doesn't every good hearted teacher wish to be honest and kind, an inspiration?
Doesn’t every good- hearted teacher wish to be honest and kind, an inspiration?

It’s not every day when a casual look at the headlines in the day’s newspaper makes me angry.

I’m practiced at not letting myself go there, into the Lande of Indignation. But then I was not reading about the newspaper’s usual Places of Hideosity. Nope, today’s read (in the print edition) was captioned, “A mission for Jesus in the public schools.” The reporter was Emma Brown.

Did you know that Victoria Tomasheski is paid by her church to do missionary work in a public school?

Wait, she is paid by an American public school. To. Work. As. A. Teacher.

However, the Christian Educators Association has “empowered” teachers like her to express their faith with new boldness.

Five Things I have learned from Enlightenment Coaching

ELAINE, enjoying photography. One more way to play.
ELAINE, enjoying photography. One more way to play.

What happens during Enlightenment Coaching? Which thing (or things) will help you the most to cross the threshold into Householder Enlightenment?

In the short time that I been doing Enlightenment Coaching, I have learned these five things.

Five things, give or take a few.

These little things inspire me. Maybe they will inspire you, too.

Enlightenment Coaching Thing 1: Is Evolution about the Inner You or the Outer You?

Rick Archer interviews Rose Rosetree on Householder Enlightenment

Diane Rehm, an easier interview

What an honor, doing an interview for Rick Archer’s video collection of Enlightened people who can talk a lot. It was so different from the 995 media interviews I had done before. Click here to see it.

By comparison, it was way easier to be interviewed by Diane Rehm or Thom Hartmann or even Steve Doocy; reporters for the L.A. Times, The Seattle Times, The Washington Times, The Washington Post, The Catholic Standard.

It was even easier to be interviewed about Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart, and then be spoofed in a segment on “The Colbert Report.” Because those interviews were about face reading, aura reading, or Empath Empowerment skills, not really me, and definitely not about the tender topic of growth of consciousness.

Granted, Rick and I did discuss these aspects of Deeper Perception. But initially he asked about my personal story.

Awkwardly for me, this was the first interview where I was asked about myself. You’ll see me subdued at first, between figuring out where to look at the webcam and wondering what to tell Rick Archer, who interviews one Enlightened person at a time.

This wasn’t my chance to help people in the usual ways, not this interview for “Buddha at the Gas Pump.”  I was on the spot, doing Enlightenment coaching directly, rather than the usual indirectly. Among other things, it was my first chance to mention “Householder Enlightenment” in an interview.

Hours flew by, nearly three of them. Actually, Rick and I talked for nearly four hours straight. (It was his longest interview to date, he said by the end.)

At Rick’s site, you can see the full interview in one ambitious watch — or download it as a podcast. Alternatively, of course, you can stop and watch different chunks later.

New, Enlightenment Coaching (plus the category of “Householder Enlightenment”)

Rose Rosetree introduces Enlightenment Coaching

Announcing a cool new category for this blog, Enlightenment Coaching. Let’s start with a little back story.

Spiritual Enlightenment is a milestone in the human evolutionary journey. Characteristics include those described at these blog posts:

But it is hardly as though spiritual evolution ever stops. Since I passed that milestone, I have found myself growing faster than ever.

Two major Aha!s I have been having are the topic of today’s post.  CONTINUE READING

Enlightenment and the Astral, a guest post by JILL

These days I am packing for two weeks in England, sponsored by the College of Psychic Studies in London. Of course, I have been thinking about psychic development. It can be any of these for a seeker:

  1. A skill set
  2. An interest
  3. A hobby
  4. A belief system, even a religion or way of life

For some time, I have recommended doing no more than 30 minutes per day of mind-body-spirit based activities. Each of these possibilities is entirely compatible with that balanced lifestyle on one’s path to Enlightenment. Unless the paranormal becomes a person’s “normal.”

Blog-Buddies, here is a wonderful set of insights from JILL, volunteered on just this very topic. Nice timing there, JILL! CONTINUE READING

How Enlightenment Develops

Five stages of Enlightenment, natural as fingers

My former guru, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, accomplished some amazing service during his career. One of his greatest contributions, in my opinion, was how he delineated three stages of development related to Enlightenment, plus an initial state about transcendence. To my knowledge, MMY was the first teacher to do so, and I personally think his model was just genius.

Blog-Buddies, in today’s post I would like to carry this attempt further. I’ll describe a developmental model that I have put together, influenced by Maharishi but reflecting decades of experience as a teacher of Energy Spirituality, following decades when I taught his system of Transcendental Meditation.

Whatever model you construct, or adapt, for yourself… aren’t you ready to own such a model? It’s important, this aspect of self-actualization/self-realization/awakening. Perhaps it’s your present. And, certainly, wouldn’t you like it to be your future?

Maharishi’s work was my starting point. Names in the developmental model below are altered by me, as are descriptions of what each stage entails. I have added another step to the mix, the second one. Not quite Enlightenment but a significant milestone on the way… and I ought to know, because I passed this one when writing “Empowered by Empathy.” 😉

Any of you Blog-Buddies familiar with my work as a teacher of face reading/aura reading/skilled empath merge can find this interest in path to Enlightenment right from my first book published by Women’s Intuition Worldwide, “Aura Reading Through All Your Senses.”

For 42 years and counting, I have been passionately interested in leading people all the way through this process. Along the way, I have had an idea (not necessarily originating with me, perhaps discussed by Maharishi and TMers) that the last four of these stages can develop concurrently — not sequentially, as Maharishi believed.

Here we go with this brand new model, first time published by me, pinkie first. CONTINUE READING

What is Enlightenment? The 10 most important things.

May Enlightenment flower within you
May Enlightenment flower within you

Announcement, Blog-Buddies. Rose Rosetree does not know everything about Enlightenment.

Oops, you already knew that. You may also know, from reading this blog for a while, that the main topics have been — and will continue to be — energetic literacy (That’s “Deeper Perception” in everyday language) and also Energy Spirituality (a bunch o’ skill sets that I use to permanently remove STUFF, freeing up soul expression).

Most of the posts here are on subjects that you can search, with categories listed on the left column, like empath empowerment; aura reading research; face reading.

Yet, over the years, ygad!, years! of tending this blog like a very loved garden, a theme has developed. Enlightenment.

Recently I have been thinking about the relationship between permanent healing of STUFF, waking up deeper perception, and moving faster on one’s personal path to Enlightenment.

Then, Blog-Buddies, there was a bit of a surprise last week when I discovered that, to my perception, one of our Blog-Buddies, JULIE (a.k.a. “BLAKE”) had shifted into that perfectly natural — although currently rare — state of consciousness called spiritual Enlightenment, or self-actualization, or self-realization.

I was planning to devote the next several posts to doing aura readings and skilled empath merges of some winners of our latest contest. But with this latest, biggest drama so far at this blog, no no!

JULIE, the most recent addition to our Enlightenment Life List — and my first client and student to go on that list — has graciously agreed to an e-interview with systematic questions of an educational nature. Meanwhile, there has been great exuberance elsewhere at this blog with her wonderful answers to questions from you Blog-Buddies.

Given empassioned conversation that propeled the JULIE conversation to our #9 Most Popular Post (See it, renamed, on that rightmost column), hello! I thought it might be useful for this spiritual teacher to provide my latest understanding about what it means, in personal terms, to be spiritually Enlightened. CONTINUE READING
