Molecular empaths have... how many eyes?
In answer to FIONA’s questions as part of a thread about molecular empaths, ANONYMOUS is sharing some of her experiences as a skilled empath. And, most definitely, a molecular empath.
Anonymous was responding to Comment 35, for those of you keeping track.
As a molecular empath who is a skilled empath
As for being a molecular empath, it’s a hoot now but wasn’t always so much fun before I knew what all this was about. Basically, I would end up making people feel awkward or create inadvertent social gaffes by telling people what I thought was true – and they would deny it.
I didn’t realize that social exchange between most people was really not at that deep a level. So for me to come along and talk at a deep level really stirred things up.
It is wonderful now to be able to connect to people at such a deep level – to understand and appreciate people in that way. If and when I want to. Other times, I am happy to have social exchanges that are fun, easy, and lighthearted. These days, I mostly keep my empathy turned off. But when I want to, I can crank it up and experience the full Read More »

Sometimes a Blog-Buddy goes through a personal kind of pain that is more than personal. Unwittingly, he or she is speaking for many of you Blog-Buddies. Yesterday I was having an email conversation like this with VERONICA. She graciously allowed me to share what she wrote:
Despite my efforts to create a loving, supportive, caring, fun Family of Choice here, it has not yet arrived to greet me around the Christmas tree. I am having quite a hard time not feeling like such a loser. For real. There really are moments of “what is the point of all of this if still I feel so alone??”
Aarghh….I know, not the most mature or enlightened or whatever, but this feels very, very human.
Wondering if you have run into this kind of timing and phenomenon. I suppose the longing for that family-of-choice, the intensity now, is actually a good thing.
After I promised to write today’s post, VERONICA shared a bit more: Read More »

Demi Moore, Ready for Her Empath Merge Close-Up
After reading a recent post with aura reading research on Demi Moore, Blog-Buddy Elaine has prepared a fascinating guest post. ELAINE used this photo, showing Demi Moore at 49. Looking like her very own daughter (as noted in my earlier aura reading post). Or possibly younger than herself, back in the day….
Elaine used the “Magic Picture” Technique from “Become the Most Important Person in the Room,” on Demi Moore,
Presence with Others during a Conflict: Aura Reading Databank at the Root Chakra
Demi Moore feels blanked out, as if life has become one long grey montage after the other.
Life feels short-visioned, dull, like looking out behind a foggy window. Half hearted attempts are made to step up to the table and partake of life, but Demi just feels pretty numb right now. There’s no joy in any interaction. Read More »

Blog-Buddies, I wanted to post something really special today. You don’t have to be a number mystic like me, or even a professional numerolgist, to figure out that 11-20-2011 could count for at least as special a day as the widely hyped 11-11-2011.
- We’ll have another double day on 12-12.
- We’ll have a cool date on 11-11-2111. But that’s a hundred years off. and really, isn’t today’s date more cool?
- We’ll have the very interesting date of 33-33-3033 in another thousand years plus, but, hey! We don’t have 33 months in a year yet, do we now? If earth lasts that long, maybe yes, maybe no.
- In England and other countries, the date would be called 20-11-2011.
Anyway, I just delighted when the following comment arrived from wise JILL on this busy day (with barely time for me to do formatting, not time enough for writing a brand new blog article).
This is a great post, JILL.
Detachment, a failed path to Enlightenment
So many of us who want to be enlightened either have, or are in the midst of, some path of practicing “detachment,” thinking that alone would/will get us “there.”
In my own experience I pursued that path under the guise of Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism with varying degrees of success of detachment. But all it got me was confusion and pain. Read More »

Dr. Elaine Aron, not just an HSP but an empath
Empaths, DAVE may have spoken your secret question when he typed in Comment 98 at Who is an Empath? Our online community’s Empath Life List.
“Are empaths, in general, more spiritually evolved than non-empaths?”
DAVE’s question continued:
Now I do not doubt that there are many very evolved non-empaths out there. I think much of the Enlightenment Life List is comprised of such people, as is the majority of the world.
But I wonder too if, in general, empaths are more evolved, or are older souls (I think there’s a distinction…) than most.
Or rather are there any empaths who are very young souls and generally unevolved? Because I’m thinking I don’t really see that there would be empaths who are very young souls.
Like if there’s a soul advancement pyramid… you have to be 3/4s of the way to ride the empath ride. Non-empaths can be at any level. Read More »

Rose, doing Skilled Empath Merge. NOT the only technique for empaths.
Darn, it happened again! Twice in a week this has happened “to me.”
But, more to the point, it has happened to two dear clients.
Both Joe and Gladys are empaths. Skilled empaths, they think. Because years ago they learned skills of Empath Empowerment(R).
As you Blog-Buddies know, there are great benefits to being a skilled empath. They include knowing more clearly who on earth you are, having more effectiveness in all your relationships, more accuracy at energetic literacy.
Now, here’s the problem. Read More »

Ryan Gosling, Ready for His Skilled Empath Merge
Blog-Buddies, our recent face reading of the young actor raised some questions about verbal integrity. Apart from doing a face reading, can we learn more about what makes him tick?
Hey, that’s why we have several different skill sets for Deeper Perception. Even though it would be tempting to do additional face reading, or comparison face readings about how his face has changed since the age of 18, it might be fun to use a completely different skill of energetic literacy. Boldly I’ll go forth and do a bit of skilled empath merge on the actor.
For background on doing empath merge as a skilled empath, you might want to read about the difference between energetic literacy-style work as an empath vs. being a “psychic empath” — and then learn moure about Empath Empowerment from Become the Most Important Person in the Room and/or Empowered by Empathy. Either of these how-to books can help you become a skilled empath.

Fills the room plus five inches. Huge charisma! Such a dazzler! The degree of energy movement around this young man reminds me of the power of a stallion. Read More »

Ryan Gosling's Crooked Smile
When People.com gushes over “a photo of Gosling with the most adorably crooked smile,” I react strongly.
I must admit this. As a face reader, I am not thrilled to see a crooked smile on anyone. Even otherwise adorable Ryan Gosling.
Today let’s explore the meaning of Ryan’s crooked smile with face reading. Next post, I’ll use a skilled empath merge to understand this particular person better at the time of the photo.
Face Reading Ryan Gosling’s Crooked Smile
I’ll be using my system of Face Reading Secrets(R) of course. Be sure to cross over to tell left from right in a photo.
Looking at cute Mr. Gosling is not the same as looking in the mirror, in case you needed yet more proof. Read More »

What fun, to share my cheer-bringing answers about what it really means to be an empath. My perspective, of course, comes from teaching thousands of people the system of Empath Empowerment(R).
And the biggest cheerfulness you may feel, underlying every answer in today’s post, is my personal relief. Do I ever know the difference it makes, going from talented-but-untrained to becoming a skilled empath!
The difference is so far beyond night and day. It’s like comparing those tormented moments at 3:00 a.m., waking up from a nightmare (as an unskilled empath) to a sprightly moment in the morning, going outside on a beautiful Friday to water a flourishing garden. (Now that’s like being a skilled empath.)
Puttering around a garden is a typical “normal person” activity for a skilled empath. No need to sob over every parched plant or cringe at the sight of a weed. So with all due joy, freshly doused from my sprinkler, I’m delighted to supply the 10 answers to our Sophisticated Quiz for Empaths. If you haven’t taken that quiz yet, you might want to click there first.
Does an empath have the right to be happy?
Quiz Question 1. You can’t be happy while people around you suffer — not if you’re a skilled empath.
FALSE Of course you can be happy while others suffer. It’s tougher, of course. Happiness loves company, just like misery.
One reason I put this question into our Sophisticated Quiz is a strange martyrish ethos around the very word “empath” for some people. There’s a cluster of related beliefs. Do any of these strike you as familiar?’
- If you care about someone, you’ll worry about that person.
- A truly good person brakes for the miserable… and drops everything to fix their cars. (Or solve other problems.) Read More »

Welcome, Blog-Buddies of all kinds, empaths and non-empaths, skilled empaths and complete beginners.
In my continuing adventures teaching Empath Empowerment(R), I encounter so many fascinating beliefs about what it means, being an empath. Here is a brand new quiz to get you thinking in different ways about a familiar topic.
Answer TRUE or FALSE to the questions below. A follow-up post will give supply my perspective as someone who has helped thousands of people to become skilled empaths.
Comment below with your answers. For even more fun, explain all or some of them. (That’s where the real juice can be in today’s conversation.)
- You can’t be happy while people around you suffer — not if you’re a skilled empath.
- Any so-called “neurotic” person is really an empath.
- If you’re an empath, you constantly receive psychic messages which should be valued and shared with others. (A more accurate term for your talent than simply “empath” is “psychic empath.”)
- Skilled empaths can easily figure out what belongs to them vs. what belongs to other people. Read More »
