Enlightenment Life List

Enlightenment Life List

Enlightenment Life List — Read this and be inspired!

Enlightenment Life List — sure, why not? Just as birdwatchers keep a life list of exotic birds they have spotted, I have begun a list.

Granted, this is just Rose Rosetree’s personal Enlightenment Life List. Mine contains names of people whom I consider to have moved into Enlightenment. Not because they are famous or pretty, talented or otherwise amazing as human beings. As a teacher of energetic literacy, and also an Enlightenment coach, I research Enlightenment and what it means to me.

This post contains my running list, begun on Sunday, July 18, 2010. These posts can help you keep track before nominating:

  1. A YouTube Video Explanation of Why I Maintain this List
  2. Discerning Enlightenment
  3. Enlightenment Nominees
  4. Alphabetical Enlightenment List
  5. Moving into Enlightenment, Helped by Rosetree Energy Spirituality
  6. And this article might be helpful whether you’re in Enlightenment or simply know somebody who’s in Enlightenment. Enlightenment Etiquette was first published on December 10, 2018.

In years to come, see how many other articles are published about this. Could be fun, since many RES firsts have become very popular topics. Definitely, as more people move into Enlightenment, we need to start thinking about good manners regarding conversation between people in Enlightenment and those who aren’t… yet.

Rose Rosetree’s Official Enlightenment Life List

Big disclaimer: What does it mean when I note that a person’s state of consciousness qualifies as living in Enlightenment? Is it an endorsement of that person’s healing services, meditation techniques, or other work? Definitely not. Use your Post-New-Age consumer smarts. Please!

Also note *** I’ve put an asterisk *** by the names of those on the list I have personally met or talked to by phone. “Darshan” is the traditional name for being in the physical presence of a person who lives in Enlightenment. Being an English speaker, I call it “auric modeling.”

Got more candidates for this Enlightenment Life List? As time permits, I’ll do a short aura reading for free of each nominee, just to screen, and will respond with a simple YES or NO.

How to submit a nomination for this free aura reading research

Here is my open invitation to you Blog-Buddies. Any time you have a serious candidate for this list, you are invited to write one or more brief comment with the following info:

  1. To avoid duplicated research, please check out the list of previous nominees. I’ll only research a nominee one time for this list. (Some exceptions will be made, but at my personal discretion only. Thank you for respecting my time.)
  2. Include, please, the nominee’s name and a one-click link to a clear photo. Yes, a photo, please. Not a link to a YouTube video.
  3. Please summarize WHY you are interested.
  4. One nominee per comment, please. Unless your nomination is longer than a few paragraphs. In that case, please break up that nomination into multiple comments.
  5. Remember, even if your nominee doesn’t make it onto Rose Rosetree’s personal Enlightenment Life List, if that person has been a spiritual inspiration to you, keep that inspiration. A person need not be living in Enlightenment to do great work, be mega-talented as a healer or teacher or anything else. Your nominee could still touch your heart, change your life, even be a saint! As an Enlightenment Coach, I simply aim to help spiritual seekers to aim for standards. Energetic Literacy makes that possible for those of us living now.
  6. Finally, regarding your nomination, I request your patience. It takes more time than you might think to do this research, as does maintaining the blog itself. So I save up comments to this post and then go in and spend the hours required to respond. You might want to check back often and comment at other posts, too.

Fun Ways to Receive Updates

When you make a comment, you can check the box to get future comments on that post.

Also, you can subscribe to the RSS feed for new posts or all new comments.

And What Will I Do with Your Nomination?

Here’s my part of the deal. I’ll research and add that name to my Enlightenment Life List, provided that this person DOES show spiritual Enlightenment.

Plus that name will joyfully be added to an Alphabetized version of this list.

Either way, I will definitely add your nominee’s name to the list of those who have been nominated.

In this Age of Awakening, millions of people can move into Enlightenment, and do it with Age of Awakening Enlightenment. This Enlightenment Coach is dedicated to doing her part to help.

    Loriem says:

Hello Rose, Hoping you can take a look at Prune Harris’ aura. (link at end with her photo)

I used to be a student of Donna Eden’s but quit several years ago when things began to not feel good to me about the organization and the people involved.

  6. 3006
    Loriem says:

Apparently Prune is one of Donna Eden’s top teachers and is teaching this course through Donna’s organization. I was sent this invite from a good friend who is a staunch DE follower, wanting me to attend the course with her.

I am not excited at all, but she is, and I really don’t want to attend.

  7. 3007
    Loriem says:

I know nothing about Prune. Wondering, am I being overly paranoid?

  8. 3008

    Golly, LORIEM! Glad you wrote.

Later in my work day, I’ll do that research for you. But for now, please, everybody at my blog, please consider the following ideas. And share them with your friends.

  9. 3009

Related to your Comment #3006, good for you. If any person you study with, or work with, or date… starts seeming odd to you, pay attention.

Probably you’re not making it up in the least. See this article for more details, including some statistics.

  10. 3010

BTW, if you’re going through a time when you don’t feel like yourself, might I suggest that immediately book a session with an RES Expert. Because many people are having problems in these early years of The Age of Awakening.

Helping people get back to themselves, RES Practitioners have several dedicated skill sets, and we’ll choose what works best for you.

  11. 3011

Now, responding to your Comment #3007, might I suggest? Never take a workshop because a friend finds it interesting or relevant.

Never, especially a workshop that involves your own personal energies, because the presenter is an energy healer.

  12. 3012

Regarding your Comment #3008, Loriem, are you kidding? Take a workshop, especially involving energy, when you know nothing about the teacher?

You’re fortunate today to encounter somebody who is moving forward well in spiritual evolution: I’d estimate 10% of people. Living now, it is really foolish to do a workshop given by somebody who might be in spiritual addiction or extreme spiritual addiction. These problems aren’t contagious, but it might take you months to recover your personal sense of balance.

  13. 3013

And adding a small teaching point about Comment #2009, please avoid substituting the word “paranoid” for wary or apprehensive or worried. It does you no good.

Avoid using terms that belong to mental health professionals unless you are one. Here’s a related blog post that might prove helpful.

  14. 3014

Incidentally, you’re planning to take a workshop for empaths? Haha. I don’t know how familiar you are with RES, Loriem, but this field includes four specialties. One is Empath Empowerment®, the only trademarked system in America for helping empaths. Undoubtedly totally different from what this Energy Medicine teacher is offering.

Here’s a good place to start learning about this unique way to help empaths, since you’re aiming to learn about an approach that’s supposed to help empaths.

  15. 3015

One more comment for now. You know, RES is about emotional and spiritual growth. I don’t present myself as an expert an energy medicine or physical healing.

Likewise, it might not be a bad idea if energy medicine experts didn’t consider themselves experts at emotional and spiritual growth.

  16. 3016

To my perception, and using my skills of advanced energetic literacy and Enlightenment Coaching, Prune Harris is in extreme spiritual addiction.

  17. 3017
    Loriem says:

Dear Rose, Thanks very much for confirmation. I presumed she wouldn’t make the Enlightenment list. Now, how to break the news to my friend…or not. Probably won’t believe me anyway, and I don’t want to hurt her feelings.

As for me, I’m about as empathic as a rock and I like it that way. Maybe is why she thought I’d benefit from that class 😉 Please correct me if I’m wrong, I also don’t think empaths can be made, but are born.

  18. 3018

LORIEM, that’s so funny. On top of going to a workshop you’re not interested in, with someone from a group you don’t like any more, you were going to take a workshop for empaths (when you’re not one)? Haha.

You’re completely correct. Empaths are born, not made. Comments #3009-3013 are the ideas to share with receptive friends, since they may apply to many situations. I’m still laughing, LORIEM….

  19. 3019
    Loriem says:

Well Rose, it’s really not a laughing matter.

  20. 3020
    Loriem says:

I think she might need professional help, not me attending a class with her for support.

She’s constantly talking with and about her invisible guides and spirits, and energy testing everyone and every thing, like a lot of the people in that organization constantly do.

  21. 3021
    Loriem says:

Her teen daughter is angry with her about it all.

I feel sorry for her as she has to live with that constantly.

  22. 3022
    Loriem says:

I once had someone, who I didn’t know, walk up to me in one of those classes years ago and start messing with my auric field, like she was plucking something from it, and said, “There, thats better!”, as she turned and walked off. I was shocked and felt violated.

That’s not ethical. It’s among the many reasons I stopped attending.

  23. 3023

LORIEM, I thought your situation was funny from your perspective. It’s very sad about your friend.

Incidentally, when I teach workshops for exclusively for empaths, I have everyone interest in attending send me a photo. That way I can discern if that person is an empath or not. Speaking of ethics, I think that’s pretty important when offering that kind of workshop. With all respect, you wouldn’t have made it into any of my workshops for empaths.

  24. 3024

I agree with your Comment 3020. If any of you Blog-Buddies have friends or family members who are acting like that, please urge them to consult with a psychiatrist immediately.

Just yesterday, I had a session with my client Joe. He knows many people who are deeply involved in what I call “The Romance of the Astral.” Just this week, two of his friends had psychotic breaks. So I’m not kidding about “immediately.”

  25. 3025

Furthermore, I know what you’re talking about in Comment #3022, because I used to be friends with Donna Eden. Graciously, she invited me to be her guest at a couple of her Energy Medicine workshops. I enjoyed them.

But years later she invited me to speak at her International Gathering of Eden Energy Medicine (IGEEM). This was well into the Age of Awakening. For the most part, what I witnessed among Donna’s students was horrifying. Quite similar to what you’ve described.

  26. 3026

For a long time, I referred RES clients to Donna’s practitioners — if health problems were involved and medical professionals hadn’t been able to help. (Anything like that is outside the scope of RES work.) But after we moved into these early years of The Age of Awakening, spiritual addiction became a very big problem for New Age energy healing of all kinds. Some even moved into extreme spiritual addiction.

From my perspective… I miss my friend Donna. Sometimes I’ll give a big, old grief howl.

  27. 3027

However, more commonly, I have a different reaction to the terrible losses that have impacted many energy healers, psychics, channelers, and mediums.

LORIEM, this redoubles my resolve to reach the people I can reach. And teach the people I can teach. That includes teaching energetic literacy skills. Living now, we can do so much with our consciousness, and we can develop excellent skills for discernment. So nobody needs to take my word for problems like “spiritual addiction.”

  28. 3028
    Loriem says:

Regarding comment 3023. With all respect, thank goodness I’m not an empath!

Sounds like a terrible way to live in this world for those who haven’t learned how to handle it. I’m happy I have many other skills that serve me well.

  29. 3029

Oh, gee, LORIEM. I’m very sorry about things you’ve read from others who work with empaths, perhaps like Prune.

You have no reason to study the chunk of RES about Empath Empowerment, but I can assure you that from my perspective… it’s a unique and effective method. And very different from everything else out there. (Far as I know.)

  30. 3030

When I published the first book in English for empaths, I had no idea of what would follow. If anything, I hoped that people would make extra discoveries about simple ways to use consciousness effectively and responsibly, helping empaths to use their inborn talents.

Instead, what a mess! Here’s an example. I just googled the name of my trademarked system, Empath Empowerment®. And here’s what I found. Among the first five hits, I’m only listed once. You’re invited to review what the others are offering… either appropriating the name “Empath Empowerment” or else using a term in the titles of two of my books, “Empowered Empath.” Terms that I took a lot of time and care to develop!

  31. 3031

As for unskilled empaths, most of them do just fine. And with effective empath skills, all of us have an advantage over non-empaths.

So don’t feel sorry for us 1 in 20 people who are born as empaths. Just ignore the horrible victim talk and psychic development talk on the internet that targets us. We are, of course, a large market. (Especially annoying to me is when folks who should know better are confusing people by using the terms Empath Empowerment and Empowered Empath. If they’ve developed something worth teaching or sharing via YouTube videos, can’t they even find their own names for it?)

  32. 3032

But don’t get me wrong, I love my work. It’s plenty for me to reach the people I can reach. And teach the people I can teach.

Every day I’m learning and serving, which makes me very thankful.

  33. 3033
    Loriem says:

Regarding comment 3025. I agree with you. Donna is a wonderful person and always will be, but, the organization has changed dramatically from when I started almost 20 years ago.

I think it has been entrusted mostly to others to run these days.

  34. 3034
    Loriem says:

The invasive incident I spoke of occurred in one of the certification classes which were started later on. Interesting, because I attended one of the IGEEMs and is what made me realize I just couldn’t continue and never renewed my certification.

Also coincidently, I picked up one of your books on reading auras during one of Donna’s advanced classes on Auras, way back when things were very good, very different in the organization. If you were there I never knew it.

  35. 3035
    Ethan says:

Hi Rose, I’d like to nominate for the ELL psychologist Paul Ekman. Paul is known as a deception detecting expert and co-discoverer of micro expressions.

He was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by TIME magazine in 2009. Thank you!

  36. 3036

Here’s a chance to set something right. JNANA nominated Natalie Goldberg for this list. And then she requested in a comment at the Alphabetical List of Nominees that I research her. Since the nomination had fallen through the cracks.

.You know, Blog-Buddies, if one of your nominations gets inadvertently passed over, please remind me. Supply the former comment number, please. Part of the mix-up was having a nominee on the other list. Please comment HERE instead.

  37. 3037

I’ll research using this link, supplied by JNANA for the Fake Smile Contest. Finding that Natalie isn’t remotely close to Enlightenment.

You, who are reading this comment — you’re probably closer.

  38. 3038

My view here is not meant in any way to criticize a beautiful religious and spiritual teacher.

Based on what I found, reading her aura, Natalie Goldberg is living her path with great dedication. And loving it. Utterly devoted to it.

You’ll see examples at my Fake Smile Contest, starting with Comment #168.

There’s a system called Human Design.

  44. 3044

Thanks, ETHAN, for your nomination of Paul Ekman in Comment #3035. In your sweet enthusiasm, you sent me no photograph of him but, instead, a large assortment of pictures from his career, none of which was suitable.

You know, it takes a lot of time for me to do this free research, and I don’t want to expand my scope of work to include tracking down research photos.

  45. 3045

    No worries, though.

Please resubmit your nomination and include a one-click link to a reasonably current photo. If none is available, I would appreciate the link to a current YouTube, and you have taken the time to forward it until it shows a clear headshot, nothing cropped. Note the time at that point, and send the info as well. Thanks in advance, ETHAN. I’d like to do this research for you.

    Hi Rose,

I just double checked my links as well and they show something different than I originally submitted via my cell phone. I’ll refrain from submitting them through my phone next time to avoid mistakes likes this. So I’m resubmitting picture/video links through my PC this time.

Founder Alan Krakower: (min 2:15 where he doesn’t cross his hands)

    Practitioner Chetan Parkyn:

  48. 3048
  49. 3049

LIVING ON EARTH, what excellent timing. Here we go!

Regarding Comments # 3040-3041 and 3047, Alan Krakower (a.k.a. Ra Uru Hu) founded a system that has outlived him, quite an achievement! And that YouTube video certainly had good production values.

  50. 3050

On a personal level, it creeped me out, listening to his voice while I forwarded to Alan with uncrossed hands (Good catch there, Living on Earth). However, I put all that aside and researched him.

About as far away from Enlightenment as a person can get. The late Alan Krakower was in extreme spiritual addiction.

  51. 3051

Okay, let’s see if his Practitioners have been dong any better. Next comes Chetan Parkyn.

My Stage 1 Energetic Literacy impression is to be impressed… because he’s got pens in his shirt pocket. I always carry many pens, because you never know when you’ll want to write something.

  52. 3052

As for the results of my research as an Enlightenment Coach, unfortunately Mr. Parkyn is also in extreme spiritual addiction.

  53. 3053

Finally, Practitioner Lynda Bunnell. Well, she’s also in extreme spiritual addiction.

And isn’t that the grave responsibility of a spiritual teacher, wisdom teacher, etc.? If you follow a path that leads to something good, you may help your students to attain something comparable… or even better. But if that path tends to produce an unhelpful consciousness lifestyle, sigh!

  54. 3054

In any case, thank you for these nominations, LIVING ON EARTH.

Concerning the celebrities, which you referred to in your Comment #3039, I’ll complete those nominations now. Although you probably know what I’m going to write if you read a certain list in my blog post entitled, “Avoiding Meditation Practices. Why?”

  55. 3055

Following up on Comment #2994, sadly, meditator Katy Perry is in extreme spiritual addiction.

  56. 3056

Regarding Comment #2995, meditator Madonna is in extreme spiritual addiction.

  57. 3057

Next, related to Comment #2996, TMer Nicole Kidman — who also uses a meditation app — is also in extreme spiritual addiction.

  58. 3058

And next, related to Comment #2997, what about meditator Eva Mendes? In extreme spiritual addiction, unfortunately.

  59. 3059

Follow that, re Comment 2998, what’s going on with the consciousness of Gisele Bündchen, who practices Anusara yoga and meditates? Extreme spiritual addiction.

  60. 3060

Hey, how about celebrity TM meditator Jennifer Aniston, related to Comment 2999? More extreme spiritual addiction.

  61. 3061

Clint Eastwood, cited here in Comment #3000, has done Transcendental Meditation for 40 years. Some of us remember his famous speech with the chair at the Republican National Convention. Others just loved his movies.

At the time of that political speech he was already in extreme spiritual addiction.

  62. 3062

How about Kobe Bryant, who starts his day with mindfulness meditation? Extreme spiritual addiction.

  63. 3063

Last but not least, celebrity-wise, there’s Gwyneth Paltrow, newly initiated into Transcendental Meditation and already giving money to help spread it in schools.

Well, she’s also in extreme spiritual addiction.

  64. 3064

Am I implying that all people who meditate are in deep trouble, aurically? No.

But I’m encouraging you to question whether meditation is necessarily to be trusted. And whether it works as it once did, now that we’re in The Age of Awakening.

  65. 3065

SUSAN TORRES, you expressed great enthusiasm over this research in your Comment #3003. I invite you — and all you Blog-Buddies, actually — to comment here with your reactions and/or questions.

  66. 3066
    Living on Earth says:

Oh sigh. I’m not surprised regarding my nominations. Thank you Rose!

The consciousness lifestyles of the teachers speak volume regarding the quality of said teaching.
Back in the day part of me wanted to believe their system and follow it. Now I can clearly see the difference when its co-created with the Divine vs with the astral influence.

  67. 3067

Isn’t that fascinating, LIVING ON EARTH?

Often we want to believe. Other times, we start to notice something fishy, but toss that kind of fish into denial. Regardless, learning energetic literacy skills can protect us.

  68. 3068

RES Practitioner LEO WATTS has done it again. Literally he just nominated star athlete Giannis Antetokoumpo for our Fake Smile Contest. When I started reading his chakra databanks, I had to go further. Because, surprise!

This guy’s a winner at Enlightenment, not just basketball. Nice going!

Rose, I would like to nominate Joey Korn, a professional dowser. He teaches how to apply dowsing in various ways to a person’s life.

    Krista says:

If this picture is too small, please see his first video at the top of the page, starting at 1:36:

    Rose says:

Welcome, KRISTA, to “Deeper Perception Made Practical.” And thank you for this nomination. Seems like you’ve done a good job at giving me some visuals as a basis for research.

The way I usually do this research is to let several nominations accumulate, and then open the four required windows on my computer, etc., to do a proper job of all this. So please check back often. Besides, there’s always something fun happening here at this blogl.
