Deeper Perception Made Practical

Aura Reading a Big Charmer, Rob Lowe

Aura reading for cham, starring Rob Lowe

My, how our charm conversations are growing!

Still we can investigate further, what makes a person charming? I had promised in a previous post to do aura reading research on someone who is a big deal charmer, of a scrupulous and relatively sweet kind.

Because energetic literacy can reveal some big differences between being attractive, likeable, sexy, or winsome… versus charming.

One actor I like, who just oozes adorb, is Rob Lowe. Recently I saw him on a talk show, promoting his second memoir. Referring to himself as self-centered. Sweetly making this self-deprecating reference.

Then it hit me. I had never done aura reading or Skilled Empath Merge of the actor, despite seeing every one of his episodes on “The West Wing” and enjoying him enormously in other appearances as well.

What hit me? Sure, this adorable, mega-charming actor could have some not-so yummy qualities. Yet the thought had simply never occurred to me.

So let’s use The Charm Collection of Chakra Databanks to research somebody sweet, scrupulous, really charming. Unlike Maya Angelou, whose aura I read recently — power packed and brilliant, even Enlightened, but not necessarily what I would, technically, call charming.

Yum, let’s explore.

Introducing more from The Charm Collection of Chakra Databanks

This full array of chakra databanks is a good way to research the heck out of someone you think might be charming. (Or not charming at all. Or anyone you’re interested in learning about with deeper perception. Because these charm-related chakra databanks have such great interpersonal importance beyond considerations of charm.)

Once again, in a charm-related aura reading, I will draw from five of the different chakra databanks in my full collection of 10.

Of course, you can also learn to read the “Charm” chapter in Read People Deeper: Body Language + Face Reading + Auras. This is your single best resource for using energetic literacy in multiple ways to learn about people. And for plenty of good, honorable reasons that have nothing to do with gossip.

To add a bit of my perspective on some recent, rather heated, educational conversations here about gossip… One, just one, definition of gossip is “Rumor or talk of a personal, sensational or intimate nature.”

Well, this definition makes me think, what is one reason to use techniques and skills for deeper perception? So that you have an alternative to rumor.

Rumor sure is different from simply talking about people, isn’t it?

On the day that discussing something personal about others must qualify as “Gossip,” I guess many occupations will have to re-name themselves, such as journalism, medicine, psychology, anthropology, sociology, literature, comparative religion. 😉

So let’s start aura reading, not gossiping

To join me in our non-gossip-oriented exploration of charm, and how it shows up in a beloved public figure, feel free to use this aura photo link to the Rob Lowe picture used in today’s post.

My intention is to learn more about what makes Rob Lowe charming. Specifically, I’m curious about this.

Charm can be completely separate from ways of doing well in life, regarding balance and STUFF. In that way, charm is no different from being physically handsome or beautiful. Where, exactly, does the charm show? If other aspects are stuck, how so?

Plus I do request that, for blog comments or blog posts, you follow the requirements set forth in the blog post New rules at this blog. Making sure that, here, our aura reading, face reading, and Skilled Empath Merge, are not gossip .

Aura Reading Root Chakra Databank for Expecting to Receive Respect from Others

40 feet. Strong like an all-terrain vehicle, and a dependable force. Yet it’s poignant to me how this chakra databank also contains a history, energetically, about struggling with such a power in life, how Rob Lowe has evidently tested it, fussed over it, loved it, worried about it, hated it, liked it, felt boxed-in and even victimized by it, and made his peace with it.

The charm is just there and respect just comes. It’s a bit like The Picture of Dorian Gray, only a personality gift for this lifetime, rather than an attractiveness gift; and with nothing sinister or wicked being hidden, merely human pain and growth. By now, Rob Lowe is fairly comfortable and using it well.

Aura Reading Belly Chakra Databank for Energy Flow to Gain Respect

18 feet. Wrapped up with sex appeal, this energy flow is the easiest thing in the world for Rob Lowe to activate. You know how there are expressions like “Turn on the charm?”

It’s a talent etched right in Rob Lowe’s aura. He can turn on extra big energy flow, bowl people over. And do this by having the tiniest, slightest desire to do so.

Yes, this is an example of charm. Reminds me how Edgar Cayce used to talk about certain people having hooks in their auras.

Which I have just done in the first two paragraphs describing this chakra databank for Rob Lowe. Now comes the really interesting part:

Rob Lowe is weary. He’s tired of using it. He has so definitely been there, done that.

Although this photograph, taken in 2012, is clearly a publicity shot, Rob ain’t sending out that flow. It was always activated by a subtle impulse of desire, and part of Rob’s learning in life has (evidently) been that the results can prove more trouble than they are worth.

Aura Reading Heart Chakra Databank for Receiving Respect from Others

15 feet. Sadness. This is not a self-pitying sadness. However, Rob Lowe has evidently learned some of the harsh lessons about illusions of life. Any one of these could cause one to receive respect from others:

  • Charm talent
  • Exceptional physical attractiveness
  • Fame
  • Connection to someone else who is very famous
  • Significant wealth
  • Political power
  • Connection to someone else who has significant political power

None of these ever, ever brings happiness in itself. Any of these can send someone into drinking or drug addiction or other addictions. And evidently Rob Lowe did have a drinking problem severe enough to send him to rehab 21 years ago. Evidently by 2012, that problem is gone, gone, gone (according to this aura reader).

Rob Lowe still has The Maya Special, though:

All three of the first respect-bringers on this list. Respect that feels fun, then maybe cloying, and is eventually recognized as hollow. (Theorizing here in this paragraph. I don’t read the full progression in this chakra databank, just the conclusion that Rob Lowe is living, a polite accommodation to his charm, handsomeness, and fame.

Aura Reading Throat Chakra Databank for Communication to Gain Popularity

18 feet. Willing to communicate honestly. Not particularly interested in popularity.

Again, this is a choice. A long-term choice, often chosen.

Hey, aura readers. One of you might be interested in researching Rob Lowe’s aura from photos taken back when he was a teenager. I learned from the last link cited in this article that Rowe was one of the top 10 teen stars of all time. Fascinating!

Here’s a quote from an interview with Oprah Winfrey where Rob Lowe expresses empathy for Justin Bieber:

“He makes really good music,” Lowe says about Bieber in a  video from “Oprah Prime.” He goes on, “He does. But I think he knows the dark secret. And the dark secret is, 80 percent of his audience doesn’t give a s**** about the music. He knows it. It bums him out.”

Lowe says the fandom has nothing to do with the art. “He is the guy who’s standing in front of them at a moment that they’re going through a developmental thing,” Lowe says. “And it’s natural. It’s all great. But if it wasn’t him, it would be somebody else — like it was me.”

Aura Reading Third Eye Chakra Databank for Spiritual Self-Confidence

What on earth is that chakra databank about? “I am evolving no matter what happens with my life, my work” — Okay, over to Rob Lowe’s aura, at the time of our photograph.

16 feet. The spiritual self-confidence of a seasoned warrior. Rob Lowe has learned how to struggle when he needs to, how to keep surviving.

No charm bedazzlement in here. Charm doesn’t matter for real spiritual self-confidence, does it?

Some charmers have wickedly distorted patterning in this chakra databank, as in others. Not Rob Lowe.

He doesn’t just ooze charm. Rob Lowe has learned a healthy, human way to wear his charm… and also use that to carry earned virtues like humility, integrity, genuine caring about other people.

It was already embedded in the article. Only, below the words, if you scroll down a bit, you hear Rob Lowe telling Piers Morgan why he loved rehab, and more.

What a magnificent spiritual teacher that Rob Lowe is, in his human disguise.

I really enjoyed this reading Rose. Thank you.
For some reason I have never really iiked him very much but this gave me a deeper understanding of who he is.
Plus it’s one more example of how having fame and money do not mean you get out of being a human being with real human issues.

  4. 4

    Sweet, RENEE. You’re so welcome.

    Primmie says:

It’s wonderful to read this Rose, thank you. I really appreciate a reading of someone who has charm and has learnt about it and made peace with it. I find that personally very helpful.

I want to apologise for writing about gossip and Aura Reading so glibly. I really respect and admire the talent and integrity of the people who post and comment here at the blog.

  7. 7

Accepted, PRIMMIE. I don’t think you were thinking about the implications for this pioneering community. And you have contributed to a conversation that, sooner or later, we needed to have.

    Kylie says:

Thanks for this reading, Rose. I have loved Rob Lowe ever since the movie “About Last Night.” It is nice to know that this sweet actor also has integrity, caring, and a healthy relationship to charm, fame etc. How refreshing!

  9. 9

KYLIE, you’re welcome. Ooh, I haven’t seen “About Last Night” yet?

Does anyone else here have a favorite Rob Lowe performance?

    Kira says:

I haven’t seen a whole lot of Rob Lowe’s roles, but my favorite is his character in the Austin Powers movies–I think that was my favorite character in all of those movies.

    Sylvia says:

Thanks, Rose, for this lovely reading. I had never thought about linking charm and respect from others explicitly, but it makes sense. I had thought of the effect of charm in terms of attention from others, but oddly enough, never in terms of respect from others.

I’ve never watched a Rob Lowe movie, but recently saw some interviews of him on Youtube. I really enjoyed them. One stood out in particular, when he was asked whether he knew why he got into drug and alcohol addiction. He said he is the kind of person who is born empty, and he thought once he became successful, that would fix that empty feeling, but it didn’t, and that’s when the drugs and alcohol came in.

  12. 12

SYLVIA, charm IS a fascinating topic.

There is so much to it when you use deeper perception to tease out what charm really can mean — whether on the giving end or on the receiving end — whether for someone who has a gift of the soul for charm or for someone who is susceptible to charm in other people.

There Rob Lowe was, with mega-maxi gifts in so many chakra databanks for charm. Yet with STUFF in the way, too.

    And why wouldn’t it be?

Charm may cause someone to appear STUFF-free. That is an illusion, of course.

    Julie says:

I’ve been re-reading this to see if I can better understand charm.

What I get from this is that charm is a kind of “circuit” that turns on or off, according to whether the person is using it or not.

It is ready, at their disposal. But not on all the time.

Then, at an important time, like while being interviewed, the person can turn ON the circuit, and turn UP the volume.

At least, this is how it seems from the section on the Belly Chakra Databank for Energy Flow to Gain Respect.

  14. 14
    Julie says:

“…part of Rob’s learning in life has (evidently) been that the results can prove more trouble than they are worth.”

Somehow this doesn’t surprise me, that such a gift of charm might come with a downside.

It’s kind of like the gift of persuasiveness. A person who is really persuasive can win others over and get what they want…but then, is it really what they want?

What’s “won” might be more trouble than it’s worth.

  15. 15
    Julie says:

Just now I watched an interview where Rob Lowe at 20 years old was being interviewed by Joan Rivers. I could really see him turn up the charm, especially at moments when she would say something uncomplimentary to him, or about him. He would protest and do some very fast talking, with loads of charm, in an effort to win back the audience (not that he ever lost them for a moment). Huge display of charm! He still came across as a very sweet guy.
