Deeper Perception Made Practical

What did you learn about deeper perception in 2014? A joyful contest to enter.

Which puzzle pieces did you put together in 2014?

Which puzzle pieces did you put together in 2014?

What is the meaning of life? To me it is mostly this simple thing: Consciousness and learning.

It may be meaningful to you, too, what you learn. In that spirit, let’s round out fascinating 2014 with a new contest.

In the process of entering, you may gain clarity and appreciation for ways that you have been using deeper perception this year: Your aha!s. Your skills.

Recount your stories where some form of deeper perception has helped you.

Or just make a list, you conceptual thinkers.

The final week of a year is a grand time to express gratitude. In the process, we enliven what has already been meaningful.

Which type of deeper perception counts for this contest?

Take your pick from:

  1. Face reading yourself or others
  2. Aura reading yourself or others, using Stage Three Energetic Literacy
  3. Empath Empowerment(R), including Skilled Empath Merge
  4. Aura healing and transformation with 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment(R)
  5. Aura healing and transformation with skills of Spiritual Cleansing and Protection
  6. Aura healing and transformation with skills of Soul Energy Awakening Hypnosis(R)
  7. Aura healing and transformation with skills of Vibrational Re-Positioning(R)
  8. Better choices through aura reading, such as Name Alignment Research and Thrill Your Soul Aura Reading Research
  9. Refining your path with human-based spirituality, in contrast to spiritual shutdown or spiritual addiction
  10. Enlightenment coaching — how it has helped you

Or simply what it has been like for you to sort out when to use deeper perception and when to shallow up! Or what it is like for you to appreciate that deeper perception does not have to involve psychic readings — how energetic literacy is simply that, a skill set for learning about life at the energetic level.

When to enter

This Deeper Perception Contest closes at midnight EST on December 31.

Wherever folks are out tooting their horns and singing “Auld Lang Syne,” I’ll take it as festive accompaniment to the contest completion. 😉

How to enter

  • With a story about “What I learned related to deeper perception”

You could have a story, or summarize your discoveries in a sequence, guest post style. For that, write three paragraphs or longer.

Might I recommend you start off saving this as a document on your computer, then cut-and-paste. Sometimes blogs do flukey things.

Place that long comment as a regular post and I aim to transform it within 24 hours into a guest post. Hooray!

  • With short little chunks, aphorisms, shrutis, wise words, aha!s, Tweet-style insights

Post one chunk per comment, please.

No particular order or sequence required.

I’ll be counting.

Two grand prizes will be awarded, plus….

First prize for a long comment will be selected from the guest post-style contest entries.

First prize for short comments will be calculated by the fancy trick of counting. Whichever of you posts the most comments will win.

Everyone who reads the contest entries following today’s post will win an Inspiration Prize. You bring gifts of time, intelligence, curiosity and integrity.

You join with me in fellowship as we make a path in this world for energy spirituality in general and, in particular, the skill set now known as “Rosetree Energy Spirituality.”

Thank you for participating in this Deeper Perception Contest.

And those first prizes?

After I contact you, each winner is invited to select a public figure for aura reading, face reading or (if I’m game) Skilled Empath Merge.

Most of you Blog-Buddies know, like any skilled empath, I am highly selective about Discovery Persons for doing Skilled Empath Merge. I won’t do this on just anyone, no no!

In keeping with the discoveries of this year, you might wish me to use the Being a Spiritual Person selection of chakra databanks, the Charm Collection of chakra databanks, or that old standby for success, the Making Money Profile (used in “Magnetize Money with Energetic Literacy”).

All of us are winners as we co-create a set of unique and accessible skills for fulfilling desires, growing emotionally, and progressing spiritual on the path to Enlightenment. May our glorious fellowship continue to bring results to all who participate!

One of my favorite things I learned about this year (and continue to learn about) is that you don’t have to be perfect.

This applies to pretty much everything – including deeper perception and Enlightenment.

In fact, trying to be perfect (consciously or not) can trip you up and slow you down. Holding yourself to impossible standards can make you vulnerable to Spiritual Addiction or “Advanced Spiritual Addiction,” since what you’re saying is “human isn’t good enough.”

Even if you don’t experience Spiritual Addiction, impossibly high standards can just make you ineffectual and keep you from moving forward. Why bother trying at all if you’re never going to consider yourself successful?

I’m realizing now, that as I look back on 2014, many of the moments I’m proudest of are when I just dove in.

This year I learned that, indeed, Rosetree Energy Spirituality can help to move a person into enlightenment. As evidence, just look at Rose’s ever-growing list of clients, students and blog-buddies who have crossed over.

I also learned that being enlightened does not protect you from the problems of human life. You still have them, and you still suffer. Maybe not as long as you used to suffer. You don’t have some false image of yourself to protect, so lots of actions become possible. Problems get solved, or it appears that they do not. But after taking some sort of action towards these problems, they just don’t have the power to cause suffering anymore.

Thank you so very much, Rose. I look forward to learning more in 2015!

I really appreciate learning about “extreme spiritual addiction” this year. The various blog posts and related sessions helped me to ‘graduate’ from a chapter of my life in which I had spent a fair amount of energy over some years working with various teachers and healers whom I learned had moved into extreme spiritual addiction.

    Zelda says:

I wasn’t actively involved anymore with the various teachers I learned about through the conversations at the blog, but what I learned helped me see the importance of cutting those ties and having the cords of attachments to them cut.

I understood better this year that not everyone is just like me. In a lot of ways that’s an obvious concept, but I understood the depth of this more while taking the Empath Empowerment Workshop in 2014.

There were things about my experience that I had not stopped to think about before, never mind defined as being different from any other way of being. It was so interesting to notice all these very subtle things for the first time and realize everyone’s got their own thing going on.

This has been really helpful for understanding and respecting the differences in myself and others. It’s also given me more confidence. I don’t have to try to be like anyone else or want and need the same things, which is a subtle pressure I’ve had on myself for a long time.

    Tehya says:

Another thing, not brand new for me this year but continuing to hit home in 2014 is that what’s trendy in New Age does not necessarily have any bearing on its merit. I am really grateful to be part of a community that is not about emotional hype or nice-sounding spiritual dogma or being superhuman.

Two Enlightenment bunnies have commented here: ISABELLA and SANDRA.

Thanks to both of you, as well as to ZELDA and TEHJA for sharing your insights.

Blog-Buddies, I know there have been technical difficulties the past few days at my website and blog. Tonight we are doing the latest attempt to fix. Don’t give up on posting here.

Be intrepid! And, yes, cut and paste.

    what 2014 has taught me:

the (for me not always obvious) importance of being human. doing human things like move my body, build things, renovate, work for improvement, complete things…

  11. 11
    Isabelle says:

even though i personally feel a huge polarity between ‘earth life’ and ‘spirit/soul life’ since 2012 (and it is very exhausting), i feel like i understand the importance of integrating all that i am in a much deeper way.

  12. 12
    Isabelle says:

which leads me to the next topic… spiritual addiction.

being a human being, doing human things, actively doing something; not only affirmating or meditating and wishing for good experiences to find me.
self-authority: i don’t need to ask everyone else but me for what i need in my life.

  13. 13
    Isabelle says:

i don’t have to ask anyone for permission. most healers (etc.) do not know more about me than i do. most healers do not know more about (my) life than i do.

  14. 14
    Isabelle says:

empath empowerment: reading ‘how to become the most important person in the room’ was such a relief. i am so happy rose has written this book. it was eye-opening for me and made me treat myself in a more loving way.

  15. 15
    Isabelle says:

i am fully aware of that i need to remove a lot of stuff from my aura to heal step by step. i think there is a lot stored in there that does not really belong to me.

    and much more… 🙂

CATHY has added an inspiring essay to our collection of entries to this contest about Deeper Perception.

I’m finding it fascinating, Blog-Buddies, how many of you’all have been using the skill sets in Rosetree Energy Spirituality as if it were a system.

Which it is, I suppose. It’s just that all this unfolded without my designing in that way.

I thought some of you might just be specializing in one type of Deeper Perception.

Well, you have many hours left in this year to enter the contest and share YOUR perspective.

    Valerie says:

One of my favorite things I’ve learned this year is the innate joy that comes from being myself. Through deeper perception I continue to discover new ways to be more me.

I also feel more and more comfortable and at home in my human body, and in my human life. I enjoy challenges, and what is more challenging (and rewarding) than a fully and deeply lived human life?

In addition to appreciating my own quirkiness and imperfections, I find myself falling in love with the beautiful individuality of people I encounter.

Deeper perception continues to deepen my relationship to myself, to the people in my life, and to the world in which I live. I am more solidly in my life than I’ve ever been before, with all of the pain and all of the joy, both intense, I choose living my life deeply, over escaping from life, any day.

    Kylie says:

I’m loving all of these posts. Sorry not to write a long post of my own, but I have a cold and I’m feeling pretty lousy. One thing I have learned this year is to treat myself well. That means calling in sick when I’m sick, and just saying no when saying yes doesn’t feel good. I have deeply benefited from deeper perception this year, in all kinds of ways. One of the main things I’ve learned: that life does not have to be a struggle, a test of endurance, or a race. Happy 2015 everyone!
