Deeper Perception Made Practical

An empath's evolution with Rosetree Energy Spirituality. A guest post by JEM.

When Empath Empowerment feels like a gift.

When Empath Empowerment feels like a gift.

Hi everyone. My name’s Jem and I’m a recovering spirit-holic 😉

I’d just like to comment what amazing, fabulous, intricate times we live in.

Especially challenging times for an empath

Like many of you guys reading this blog, I was born an empath. Plus I had additional psychic dials, to the tune of multiple clairs, turned right up.

Unskilled as I was, you can imagine my “reality” *Pause to vomit heartily here.*

At 17, I turned to the New Age world for help. Those teachers for empaths, like us, were naturals. But ultimately unskilled.

Those teachers did their best, fumbling along in the dark like we all were; but in hindsight it was the blind leading the blind.

They gave me “tools” — here I use that word loosely — that severely exacerbated my ridiculous condition.

Seeking effective skills as an empath

I went from teacher to teacher to teacher, hoping to get practical skills.

I needed help. I could not turn down the sensitive psychic dial.

Levity aside, it all crippled me and my life.

I was in an endless loop of trying with my full energy to manage empath talents and fix up my aura.

Eventually I threw a massive tantrum, at 26, burned all my books and yanked myself out of “spirituality.”

Can you just give up on your empath gifts in disgust?

Five years later, with my life operating a billion times better, enter stage left: Rose Rosetree!

YAY!!!! Seriously, three cheers for Rose.

Had my empath gifts gone away in the five years that I got my life better?

You know the answer to that.

Empath gifts never go away. If we’re lucky, we can supplement them with skills that actually work.

I’ve got three of Rose’s books. She has helped me name the actual issues (important!), and given me simple, fun ways to maximise life on this gorgeous earth.

The techniques of Empath Empowerment(R) work powerfully and quickly.

Her analysis is 100% aligned with my experience, too.

It was a joyous moment indeed when I saw the lollipop diagram and read Rose’s analogy in her how-to book, Magnetize Money with Energetic Literacy.

In those messy psychic years I was constantly telling everyone “I’m like a lollipop.” Or “My head is floating above me like a massive helium balloon attached to my body by a faint string. HELP!”

Back in those days I knew full well the state of my energy system and chakras. I could see and feel them. But do you think I could fix it? Nope.

No matter what I tried and for how many years? Nope.

Not for the life of me.

And there was no expert or system or teacher who could, either.

I did exhaustive research. According to which I was symptomatically obsessed. What else could I be?

Great! Now, amongst everything else, I was (supposedly) an addict. 😉

Moving into the Age of Energy, as we have it now

Regarding the years leading up to The Shift into our new Age of Energy, I view that time in human evolution, the last 20 years, as a great time of transition, really important.

The New Age movement exploded. Incomplete as it was, misleading as it was, it showed humanity something.

That New Age movement was a baby.

Now, in 2015, that movement — the information itself — is maturing.

People can have access to:

  • Effective skills
  • Sophisticated common sense
  • Time-saving techniques
  • Things that WORK.

They work for where we are now, not in the ways that (back in the last millennium) we hoped that techniques for spiritual empowerment would work .

Rosetree Energy Spirituality represents to me not only personal freedom (finally! Seriously, hooray!!) but a steady positive movement in our collective consciousness, for all of Earth. Great stuff! Good times! Precious life on earth!

Trusting my own personal timing

I have a sneaking suspicion that Rose’s Empath Empowerment etc. may indeed have been available in my years of plight. But for reasons best known to my frustrated angels, I didn’t find her.

If I hadn’t done lots of her exercises, I’d probably lament that. But thanks to Rose’s books, I don’t have the juice for that kind of approach any longer.

Now I can be a whole, balanced, complete human and get down to the business of embodying my soul.

Now we’re cooking with fire!

Thank you, Rose. This writing is a love letter to you. Also to all you Blog-Buddies at “Deeper Perception Made Practical.”

Thank you for cleaning the joint up, for all that you do. I know how precious you are.

Thanks so much, JEM. For all those years you were not able to find my work — it was frustrating for both of us. Probably every one of those empath coaches you found began work AFTER I self-published the first book in the field, “Empowered by Empathy.”

I would encourage any of you who find help with Empath Empowerment or any of the other skill sets in Rosetree Energy Spirituality — to spread the word.

  2. 2

One of the best ways to help would be to write a review (even a sentence, or longer) for any of my books that you have. Then cut-and-paste your words over to the Amazon.com, to goodreads.com, and to Barnes & Noble.

Another powerful way to let people know is to use the little buttons at the end of this post to link articles that you like onto these popular websites like Facebook and Digg.

    Every little bit helps.

  3. 3

JEM, I’m really glad that you expressed appreciation for this strong, kind, community of really intelligent people as all of us are growing together.

The momentum from comments and guest posts here at the blog — it is educating me and also helps give me the heart to work those 70 hours a week that are needed so far, as Mitch and I run our “Mom and Pop Shop” with Rosetree Energy Spirituality.

    Big thanks, JEM.

Good lord Rose, 70 hours a week! I was wondering how busy you must be.

    Elisabeth Clure says:

I was born an empath with multiple gifts that I never fully understood until reading “The Most Important Person in the Room” and “Empath Empowerment”.

It is like a huge light going on as I look back and can “explain” many experiences I have had in my life that I did not understand.

  8. 8
    Elisabeth Clure says:

One light bulb moment I have had recently is realizing that I do not have to be in the room with a person to do an unskilled empath merge.

I had a thought about my niece and wondered what it was like for her going through a tough experience that happened in the past – suddenly I was experiencing the pain and misery and struggle of her in the past (through distance and time) and as soon as I connected with her energy at that time I was instantly connected with many other people (present or past time I am not sure) experiencing the same misery and struggle (like a network where one thought triggers one otherness experience and at the same time triggers lots of other energy experiences that are similar all at once) An energy network????

  9. 9
    Elisabeth Clure says:

I realized that this happens to me alot – where one “thought” can suddenly allow me to experience unskilled empath merges with many people going through similar pain at the same time.

  10. 10
    Elisabeth Clure says:

I realized that for me this is overwhelming because there is so much energy from multiple people all at once that is full of pain and I realized that this instantly puts me in a very depressive, overwhelmed mind set. I never understood this before – how I could be “fine” then through one “thought” spread out and bring into myself the pain of many, many people all at once and in an instant feel overwhelmed by life on earth and very depressed and hopeless. I am starting to be aware of this and understand this and trust my knowing about it.

  11. 11
    Elisabeth Clure says:

I am practicing the techniques in your books and finding a ton of relief from unskilled empath merges and learning so much about myself. Have you ever experienced this? Thank you for your books – they are making a huge, huge difference in my life.

  12. 12

KIRA, KYLIE, LILIAN, thanks for all your comments.

LILIAN, I’m aiming for 60 hours per week after I finally, finally have all three of the new books published and the detail pages properly up at my website etc. Never before have I used POD technology, and it is quite a time eater.

    Ahem, an investment of time!

  13. 13

ELISABETH CLURE, thank you so much for your interesting, thoughtful comment here at “Deeper Perception Made Practical.”

I will respond to one chunk at a time, because you have raised some fascinating points and it gets me all excited as a teaching opportunity!

  14. 14

In your Comment #7, I was confused a bit by the reference to my second book for empaths.

I think you meant “The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing and Managing Your Special Gifts.”

This is being mentioned because if I was confused, other blog readers and lurkers might be. I do try to avoid that here.

  15. 15

About Comment #8, whoa! Please hold on, Elisabeth.

I can totally understand why you leapt to this conclusion:

“One light bulb moment I have had recently is realizing that I do not have to be in the room with a person to do an unskilled empath merge.”

Then you went on to elaborate many ideas flowing from this idea of yours.

If I may say, without offending you…

    Oops!

  16. 16

This reminds me a bit of a sequence at this blog many years ago when an enthusiastic Blog-Buddy started sharing her ideas about “Multi-Generational Cords of Attachment.”

I don’t know everything. At least I know that much! 😉

However I do know a lot about this field, including cutting cords of attachment and unskilled empath merges and other bits and pieces in the field of Energy Spirituality.

The Stage Three Energetic Literacy helps with this, and so do my years of experience with assisting clients. It’s a bit like what I wrote about in today’s blog post, the part about “Self-Authority Versus Skills.”

  17. 17

On that basis — and with all due respect — there is no such thing in reality as a Multi-
    Generational Cord of Attachment.

Likewise, there is no such thing in reality as an unskilled empath merge with somebody not physically near you.

And there is no such thing as experiencing “unskilled empath merges with many people going through similar pain at the same time.”

The further you proceed in this direction, the more confusing it will become. And, of course, with energy a person’s imagination can lead to a great deal of speculation. So let’s stop this particular idea right here.

  18. 18

Consider this, ELISABETH. What did you experience?

You had a thought about your niece and then wham! All of that STUFF.

It is perfectly understandable that you figured out a theory to support it, based on the idea that a person can do unskilled empath merges with people not in the room. And then you carried it further, etc.

  19. 19

    Here is my perspective.

In the field of Rosetree Energy Spirituality I have identified 15 different kinds of STUFF.

You can read a list here:

    https://www.rose-rosetree.com/blog/2014/06/11/15-kinds-of-stuff-vibrational-repositioning-rosetree-energy-spirituality/

  20. 20

One kind of STUFF can be triggered. (Only one kind of STUFF, actually. Based on what I know so far from research in this emerging field.)

That kind of STUFF is Frozen Blocks of stuck energy. Including large-intensity Frozen Blocks.

  21. 21

It is totally possible that the sort of thought you mentioned about your niece could trigger related STUFF belonging to you. Not to her. Not to hoardes of others.

    To you.

Including STUFF from many other incarnations. Such is the nature of Frozen Blocks of STUFF.

  22. 22

This would account for what actually happened to you.

I can’t know for sure without being in session with you and using Stage Four Energetic Literacy to investigate. (Which would be beyond the scope of my blog, as I’m sure you can understand.)

Still, this would account for what you experienced and described eloquently.

  23. 23

And here’s the wild part. All those people you theorized that you were empath merging with?

That could have been your conscious mind’s way of understanding the subconscious experience (with all that Frozen Block-type STUFF) that… wait for it…

Frozen Blocks perhaps being triggered that had come from YOUR being many different people in many different places — completely different incarnations — and still carried within you as a soul now!

Anyway, thank you for sharing here at the blog. Appreciating you, ELISABETH!

  24. 24
    JEM says:

Wow, Elisabeth, that sounds overwhelming honey. And definitely, to me, NOT what our Creator intended your sensitivity to mean for you.

It reminds me of once, long ago, I self-identified that I was connected to huge vast seas of collective human pain. It felt so scary and impossible to fix. I hated this planet.

  25. 25
    JEM says:

It also reminds me of how I couldn’t watch TV because if I saw, say, a starving African child, I would burst into tears.

I would feel such deep pain and sorrow. I think the reason I burst into tears was my own hyper-turned-up emotional sensitivity and judgment of situations.

But at the time I thought I was merging with the Africans somehow.

  26. 26
    JEM says:

Do you know, once, when I was very young, a ‘psychic’ told me never EVER to connect with Mother Earth because all I would do was tap into Her pain? Disastrous advice. Very real consequences.

  27. 27
    JEM says:

I’m remembering as I type, all kinds of wacky beliefs and strategies I developed over the years about empathy! Lol!

Like at one point I was telling myself that if my personal systems were cleaned up of all fear etc, I would not be energetically resonant with others’ pain and thus could avoid picking up bad feelings.

  28. 28
    JEM says:

Made perfect, desperate sense to me.

In a way I was kinda right but kinda wrong, which happens a lot when we’re beginning.

Now I realize that what I need to be tuned into is myself. The self I meet through the exercises. That’s all.

  29. 29
    JEM says:

It’s a great feeling now to approach it all with ‘beginner’s mind’ and humbly learn the actual, wonderful, freeing, liberating truth via the Rosetree system. I no longer have to figure it out, categorize it, analyze it. I don’t have to add anything to it.

  30. 30
    JEM says:

Rose has been doing that for us since ’86, collating it all in a no-nonsense way. I can just let her words talk common sense and expertise to me, then follow her painstakingly-developed brilliant exercises.

  31. 31
    JEM says:

The more I do the exercises the more I see how smart they are. The languaging is smart. The sequencing is smart. We’re in good hands now, Elisabeth.

  32. 32
    JEM says:

I might add here that the first book I really thoroughly went through, exercises and all, was Using Your Power of Command for Spiritual Cleansing and Protection. That cleaned me up.

  33. 33
    JEM says:

The great thing about all Rose’s tools is, no matter WHAT we identify as the cause of our misalignment, there are tools that will bring us back home. This does a great deal to help break the obsessive observation of myself because I no longer need to monitor myself like a hawk. Now I can just live.

  34. 34
    JEM says:

I’m thrilled you have Rose’s books anyway and thrilled that you’re here. Thanks for joining in the conversation here in this discussion, your presence is valuable 🙂

  35. 35

    JEM, wow! Thank you.

  36. 36
    Cathy says:

Wonderful post, and yes, I can relate. Being over-whelmed, in constant melt-down. The teenage years were horrific 😉
I remember in my early teens starting to withdraw mentally from people, not wanting to ‘know’. Over the years depression and health issues have showed up.
‘Using Your Power of Command’ has also been a life-saver here, as has learning empath skills with ‘Becoming the Most Important Person in the Room’. I have now downloaded her newest books, and am devouring them.
    Thanks Rose!

  37. 37
    Zelda says:

Wow, JEM! Love your guest post and your comments. I really like your spunk. 🙂

You inspired me. I was planning on doing a cleaning out of more old journals and such, see what spiritual books I can let go of now.

  38. 38
    Zelda says:

I like your enthusiasm. You get it, how important this work is, especially now. And you get how smart it is to just respect the diligence that went into the development of the techniques. That will serve you well!

In my cleaning today, I came across notebooks of notes on sessions of cords of attachment cut by Rose, and my notes on my own cords cut. I’ve done somewhere around 260 now!

The first cord cut was in 2007. I destroyed all the notes from the cord sessions except those first few major, icky cords cut by Rose. They help me remember how far I’ve come. They also help me have compassion for what I had been dealing with in my life up till that point – 47 years! Yikes!

I hope you’ll keep commenting, Jem, and Elisabeth, too.

  39. 39
    Lilian says:

Interesting stuff. Your brain certainly does what it can to make sense of what other bits of you experiences. I think my main mental picture for years has been that I was on an healing journey where more wounded stuff had to reveal itself before it was all finally over, when it was likely that I was mainly grabbing stuff from other people and taking ownership of it. or something. I still don’t have a reliable idea of what I am energetically, or what’s going on but it’s certainly interesting how brain tries to register experience.

Rose, I am glad that you’re finding your deputies to help you out.

  40. 40
    Elisabeth Clure says:

I apologize for not being clear about the title of the second book. I read “Become the Most Important Person in the Room” and second, “The Empowered Empath — Quick & Easy: Owning, Embracing, and Managing Your Special Gifts” I am excited to read more. I am so hungry for the knowledge I do not know which to read next – they all appeal to me!!!!

  41. 41
    Elisabeth Clure says:

Thank you Rose for your comments about my experience and my mind’s efforts to make sense of what was happening. I was trying to explain my experience as coming from lots of other people all at the same time, when really, as you said, was probably frozen blocks of stuff from myself and my own incarnations through different lifetimes – that is probably why it feels so intense and feels like it is coming from lots of different people (really it is all coming from me and the “different” people I have been in other incarnations). I guess my mind was trying to make sense of it through the lens or framework of the knowledge I have about this stuff so far (I am just beginning to learn).

  42. 42
    Elisabeth Clure says:

I am wondering which book I should read next that would help me learn how to remove the frozen blocks and learn more about energetic literacy or is a healing session better to remove frozen blocks?

  43. 43

ELISABETH CLURE, thank you for both of these comments and for being an all-around good sport.

Your Comment #41 shows that you really understand what I was trying to communicate as an Empath Coach. Hooray!

I particularly appreciate your response when I didn’t write in a super-compassionate fashion (as JEM did in her comments at this thread, fortunately). I bounced in more in my role as “Remove of confusion.” Which I do from time to time.

Really I do appreciate how much you have suffered and have been driven to understand what has been happening to you. 🙂

  44. 44
    Elisabeth Clure says:

Thank you Jem for you comments and encouragement! Thanks for mentioning “Using Your Power of Command for Spiritual Cleansing and Protection” I will definitely read that one next. Thanks for sharing your past experiences trying to make sense of empathic abilities – it feels good to know I am not alone.

  45. 45

Here is my recommendation, ELISABETH CLURE, in response to your Comment #42.

For now, don’t do more reading, except perhaps getting yourself a copy of the twice-as long, and way more detailed, “The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing and Managing Your Special Gifts.”

This will add an extra layer of depth understanding.

More than that, once your basic Empath Empowerment is settling in, the emphasis in your life can — rightly — go to surface level human life, not perfecting your energies. Make sense?

  46. 46
    Elisabeth Clure says:

Thank you Zelda and Lillian and Cathy too for your comments.

  47. 47

Regarding other skill sets that I teach for Skilled Empath Merge or aura healing…

Please, please, do not go there yet.

Give yourself six weeks to not try to heal a thing, other than preventing and dealing with Imported STUFF (Which is approached differently in the two books you already have, right? And both of those skill sets will work fine on its own.)

  48. 48

What else do I recommend, for now or later or whenever you like?

Have a first session of Aura Healing and Transformation with me or one of those I have trained through the Mentoring Program in Rosetree Energy Spirituality.

I’m as big a fan of self-healing as anyone you’re likely to meet in mind-body-spirit.

I also go for quality in the approach. And, fact is, professional-quality healing is not where you would start off. You have clearly been working so hard and so long. Why not do what many others do, and benefit from the skills belonging to someone who has worked long and hard and with training to do a professional-level job at helping you as you are right now?

  49. 49
    Elisabeth Clure says:

Rose, in response to #45 I will stop reading new stuff for now and get the extra long version of “The Empowered Empath: Owing, Embracing and Managing Your Special Gifts.” Thank you!

  50. 50
    Elisabeth Clure says:

I will not try and heal anything for the next 6 weeks – I will just focus on the new skill sets I have learned from your books to prevent and deal with imported stuff.

  51. 51
    Elisabeth Clure says:

In response to #48 that makes sense. I will look at how to set up a session. I live in Washington state. I am so ready to live here on earth differently and easily and joyfully and evolve smoothly and give up the old stuff.

  52. 52
    Elisabeth Clure says:

In response to #45, I do need to point my consciousness toward surface human life instead of the deeper spiritual energies that I am most at home with. I realized I did have that resistance to really being here on earth in surface level objective reality and body. I tended to “float” through life. So it makes total sense to focus on being here at the human, surface level of life!

  53. 53

    Wonderful responses, all, ELISABETH CLURE.

Regarding how to set up a session, I’m going to spell out a practical approach.

First decide whether you would like the session with me or with someone I have trained.

I have more experience and the others (far as I know) charge less for their sessions.

  54. 54

For a session of Aura Healing and Transformation with me, just send an email to mitch@rose-rosetree.com.

He will take it from there, including handling all the questions you throw at him.

You will get a faster response if you email than if you call, so that’s what I recommend.

I can’t promise I will always have this setup, but for the foreseeable future that is a helpful aspect of setting up any session with me or workshop or mentoring, including some help with logistics for out-of-towners who come here. Mitch can help a lot, and there is no fee for any of this.

  55. 55

To set up a session of Aura Healing and Transformation, just go to this list of Graduates and Apprentices in Rosetree Energy Spirituality.

Note that very few of them have been trained yet to facilitate sessions by telephone. (This is a big-deal quality control aspect of how I am bringing this healing modality into the world, BTW.

In this Internet Age we assume that people “should” instantly have competence at providing services over the phone or by webcam. Not true. And I have a fairly experienced opinion about this really, really important distinction between in-person and remote energy healing.

  56. 56

So choose an expert at Rosetree Energy Spirituality who is either geographically close to you or who can help you with a (remote aura healing) phone session.

Another way to learn about these wonderful, talented aura healers is to check out their websites. I have linked to them in that above-mentioned blog post.

Not all have websites but some do.

  57. 57

Once you have your appointment, here is a really, really practical tip for “Preparing.”

In Rosetree Energy Spirituality sessions, you don’t need to prepare a whole lot.

Have pets and other people out of the room, if you’re on the phone.

Bring along paper and pen or some other way to make occasional notes.

Don’t come drunk or stoned on weed.

And then simply bring one idea about intention for the session: One way you would like to grow emotionally or spiritually or behaviorally.

    That’s plenty.

Whoever facilitates your session will take it from there. You don’t have to be an expert at Rosetree Energy Spirituality to be a client. 🙂

  58. 58
    JEM says:

Hi Zelda! About your comment 38, I’m working through the cord cutting for self healing book right now. I’d love if you’d share some of the effects in your life from having cut 260+ cords and hey, congratulations, that’s wonderful.

  59. 59
    JEM says:

It’s great, what’s unfolding. I’m still getting used to inhabiting myself. I noticed today how different self consciousness, as in self awareness is, from self consciousness as in over-conscious-of-monitoring-self. I dare you to say that convoluted sentence three times real quick.

In being conscious-of-and-as-self, present as self, there is no comparison to others, no better or worse, no rehearsing, no repressing, no shame. Such a different way to be.

  60. 60
    JEM says:

Also, do you guys know, can you just have a vague empathy of your environment? Just energy fluctuations in the area outside your body, regardless of if there is a person present or not? You know, I thought all those fluctuations were ME. I seemed to be monitoring the atmosphere constantly, person present or no.

  61. 61
    JEM says:

And that subconscious programme in “The Empowered Empath” to alert you if you’re staring as part of an empath merge works really well, which is delightful.

It’s happened twice and once I was alone, outside. The obvious answer would be that I was being an environmental/nature empath but it doesn’t seem to be nature I’m merging with as much as just, the air but what’s behind the air, the energy we’re all walking around in.

  62. 62
    JEM says:

All those difficult years I could do some funny things, things unrelated to empathy and maybe more related to the astral.

I was really psychic, but accidentally, without any training.

I mean, at one stage I could tell you what color underwear you were wearing in Denmark, all the way from the other side of the world! Doesn’t get more useful than that!

  63. 63
    JEM says:

I could do all kinds of readings on people and word on the street was, they were accurate.

I had lots of experiences that proved accuracy.

The accuracy times were both surprising and frightening because I hadn’t developed the skill deliberately and didn’t understand it.

  64. 64
    JEM says:

People would play card games with me where I’d see which one they were holding up and I was always spot on.

It was freaky! I oscillated between it being a fun game and a paradigm-shaking fright.

It drove me crazy, I thought I was crazy and it was easier believing I was crazy than the reality-shock of realizing it was a true ability.

  65. 65
    JEM says:

Practicing over the years I could do mediumship, remote viewing was a breeze, deep readings on energy structures of people, all kinds of things.

I was very stressed out the whole time because I didn’t want to believe any of it, but I was powerfully drawn to do it. It’s insane, no?

  66. 66
    JEM says:

Long story short, I knew the whole time I had a gift or talent or two I hadn’t earned this lifetime, and I also knew I wasn’t using them properly.

Oh, and the small matter of, they were destroying my life.

  67. 67
    JEM says:

    Where was my teacher?

Somewhere in America teaching energy literacy, it turns out.

So today I was considering all this and what is really cool is, now FINALLY instead of just repressing all that and keeping it a secret and being at loggerheads with it all and not using any of it, I can work up to learning proper reading and healing techniques and use those abilities!

  68. 68
    JEM says:

I’m in no rush for that, first things first, get my own affairs in order. But this is another way Rose’s work has bought me full circle.

  69. 69
    JEM says:

And finally, I wanted to ask about this.

Recently, a month or so ago, I got this sudden new body awareness. I can go inside my body and see it like one of those disgusting medical TV shows where they show you operations etc.

I can view the organs, the blood, veins, nerves, the tiny layers of skin, and be present with them from the inside.

They can even tell me what to eat, like, ‘watercress’ or ‘turmeric’.

So I’m inside my body in real time as a visual presence able to look at the actual internal organs and systems of the body.

    JEM says:

The day after this first happened, I was lying on my boyfriend’s arm and went into HIS body! Just the muscles in his arm and chest. That night I could not eat the lamb shanks I’d prepared because the flesh looked too much like our flesh. I felt like I’d be eating my boyfriend’s arm. Gross.

It all went away but today I was in the car while my boyfriend was opening a gate and I was looking at him lovingly then suddenly!!

Saw inside his body! Saw an organ or two!

WHAT THE F? It didn’t feel scary or look disgusting or confronting.

It gives me a feeling of nirvana when it happens.

What in the dickens would be the purpose or point of something like that? So I can say to my partner “Mmmm, nice liver, baby” or “Take it from me, your kidney is HOT!”

It may or may not have been part of an empath merge. It’s a big deal for me to stop managing my close relationships via empathy. I’m practicing.

Do these uninvited accidental things happen when someone has a massive third eye component?

And are all the chakra databanks collated somewhere so that we have the whole kit and kaboodle to explore over time? It’s a massive advantage knowing where to look.

Thanks for your kind words of encouragement everyone. I hope you are not living to regret encouraging me to keep posting considering the 500000 words I’ve just flooded you with.

JEM, thanks for these wonderful comments.

In response to your question related to Comments 69-73, as awareness frees up and we have less STUFF inside, it is possible for consciousness to move in any direction.

Today’s blog post on “The Romance of the Astral” is very relevant, so I’ll provide some practical how-to type response to your question over at that article:
