Marion Cotillard, ready for her aura reading movie review

Glamorous French actress Marion Cotillard may not have taken a pay cut to play “Sandra” in her Oscar-nominated role. Apparently though, her performance was absolutely convincing as an impoverished factory worker.

Let’s explore with some aura reading research on the previous Oscar winner for Best Actress. (You’ll find more background about aura reading movie reviews at the end of today’s article.)

Get ready for today’s Aura Reading Movie Review

The Film: “Two Days, One Night”

The Movie Trailer: I haven’t seen it (or the movie itself) but YOU can.

Plot Summary from the Oscar’s Official Website:

As Sandra, Marion Cotillard portrays a factory worker who has two days to convince her colleagues to forgo their bonuses so that she can keep her job. Of course, the best part happens when she sings some happy tunes made famous by Edith Piaf.  Oops, that was Cotillard’s last role, for which she won Academy Award as Best Actress.  Joke about the Piaf songs. (And also a joke about the “happy tunes” part.)

Here are the photos we’ll use:

Fills the room plus 17 inches. Exceptional dazzle, charisma, making heads swivel and jaws drop and knees knock together.

Between the beauty and sex appeal, Marion Cotillard doesn’t live on the same earth as you or me.

It’s not that she’s conceited. Living this way is all she knows. Judging by this chakra databank, Marion Cotillard has made a remarkably good adjustment to having folks treat her like a goddess.

Reading Marion’s aura as Sandra

Fills the room plus 3 feet. Ripped with sexual charisma, femininity, beauty. Self-consciously aware of being exceptionally gorgeous, sexy, desireable.

A very French version of all this, bien sur. 😉

Chakra Databank CHANGE Points: 0

Non, non. Not really much change. Needless to say, all the surface-type components of acting may be swell.

25 miles. Serene in her exceptional sexiness and the effect that it has on others.

Out to the moon. The powerful sexual chemistry will impact just about anyone in the viewing audience, regardless of gender and sexual persuasion.

One in the audience becomes sexually aware, maybe self-conscious, maybe drooling.

Projecting an extra-strong sex appeal while being filmed — does that count as a change to a chakra databank? No, because the quality has not been altered, merely the intensity.

Reading Marion Cotillard’s aura as herself

50 feet. Sweet as creme brulee on the surface, but tough if challenged. Quite imperious.

Marion Cotillard is very used to having her way.

Reading Marion’s aura as Sandra

6 inches. Which kind of power is the specialty of Marion Cotillard’s character? Seductive, feminine energy, pulling the viewer towards the screen rather than responding to a powerhouse performance.

An enticing allure is added in the scene from which our photo is taken: A delicate sadness and fear, subtly done, yet discernable.

Marion Cotillard is strongly projecting one note, one mood, and doing this with great finesse. This emotional projection doesn’t really change how she shares power, although the projected mood of distress is to be found in her Solar Plexus Chakra Databank for Sharing Power in Relationships.

Undeniably, though, something is being projected all the way through to the level of this subconscious energy packet, or tube, one of The Nadis. And so, at last, this aura reading movie critic can confer…

Chakra Databank CHANGE Points: 1/2

Not much of a change, but at least something was altered a bit.

Aura Reading Databank at the Heart Chakra for Emotional Self-Awareness

Reading Marion Cotillard’s aura as herself

40 feet. Thoroughly self-involved, yet she does it so well. And there’s a feminine quality to it, as though “All this paying attention to my feelings, oh, I cannot help myself. This is part of my allure as a woman. I am here to be adorable to you, so please forgive me if I must notice every nuance of my emotions.”

Reading Marion’s aura as Sandra

4 inches. Affect is flat, with a miserable fear kept in denial.

Chakra Databank CHANGE Points: 1

Well done, Marion Cotillard!

Aura Reading Databank at the Throat Chakra for Verbal Integrity

15 feet. Self-conscious mastery of what she says and how that makes her perceived by others.

Plenty of STUFF in this chakra databank converges with habit and training as an actress. Bottom line: At the time of this photo, the woman knows how to act when she speaks. But she doesn’t know how to relax, just be herself, and talk.

Whether she tells the truth or not, she can sell what she says as though it were true.

Persuasiveness aligns with beauty (with Marion Cotillard, subconsciously, it’s always about beauty). With that powerful gift, like a Midas touch for being believed, whatever Marion Cotillard says is relative. Truth is relative. And people will, most likely, believe it.

Again it’s worth saying in today’s aura reading. Marion Cotillard’s way of living may seem human enough, similar enough to your way of living. Really she is having an extraordinary lifetime. Between the beauty and charisma, the professional success and her world-class fame, adding outrageous persuasiveness… very little about Marion Cotillard’s day-to-day doings really resembles anything like the quality of life for “Little people” like you, Blog-Buddies, and me.

Reading Marion ‘s aura as Sandra

80 miles. Marion Cotillard’s character projects big truth-telling ability, believeability. It’s beautifully wrapped up with exceptional charisma — not just the size of this chakra databank but also the quality.

Tucked within the chakra databank, and easily missed if you aren’t yet quite experienced with Stage 3 Energetic Literacy, there is a faint six inches of hopelessness and courage, bound up together. Maybe 5% strength, compared to the actress’s usual projection of believability.

Chakra Databank CHANGE Points: 1/4

Nice try, kid. Let’s acknowledge accordingly.

Fills the room. There she is, being photographed gorgeously at the Cannes Film Festival. On top of her game. On top of the world. The most beautiful woman anywhere near.

Sweetly, and with a sort of humility, Marion Cotillard feels so very happy to be living her life right now.

As usual, she isn’t stuck up about her charisma, beauty, sex appeal, impact on others. At a soul  level, this is exactly the life she planned and prepared for. And earned.

Gently and serenely, Marion Cotillard is having such a wonderful time.

Reading Marion ‘s aura as Sandra

Fills the room. A born ham, evidently, Marion Cotillard’s character adores being in front of the cameras. She sparkles and shines, with a feeling of Divine blessing.

Perhaps odd in the role being depicted, yet who wouldn’t pay good money for a movie ticket to bask in that glorious bit of auric modeling?

Chakra Databank CHANGE Points: 0

Knowingly or not, audiences will gladly pay good money to bask in the auric modeling of someone who is that happy with her lot. And when that person is also charismatic, sexy, and gorgeous, what a sweet experience that is.

Conclusion, with Total Chakra Databank CHANGE Points: 1 3/4 out of 6

Energetically, this isn’t a great performance. On the surface, of course, Marion Cotillard’s performance could be absolutely masterful.

Even so, many an Oscar has been given to a gorgeous young hottie who changes just a bit aurically but mostly projects what always, always sells: Sex, sex appeal, beauty, charisma.

We humans like to play hide-and-seek with earth’s illusions. We love to see somebody projected the sort of mixture that Marion Cotillard does in this role:

  • Suffering (a bit)
  • A kind of suffering familiar to just plain folks
  • Yet all along there is that star quality, dazzle, je ne sais quoi of personal awesomeness

Since we identify with those we see on the screen, what does that auric modeling do? It brings us hope, that’s what.

Maybe within our suffering, we can feel radiant, special, oh-so lovely and loveable.

In our chakra databanks, of course we are.

Blog-Buddies, you may not have been nominated this year for an Academy Award in any category. Yet, I assure you. You have 50 chakra databanks within every major chakra. Your subchakras have loads of chakra databanks, too. And every one of them is packed very nicely with a lifelong gift of your soul.

You have, I assure you, already been awarded. Lavishly.

World-class actors are able to do something few humans can

Sometimes an Oscar nominee will change so deep down, when creating a role, that the transformation shows subconsciously and energetically. One chakra databank after another is altered.

Usually chakra databanks tell the truth. So it’s really fascinating to find which actor succeeds that deeply.

Even the best actors don’t always do this. I have an annual custom of comparing auras of top-nominated actors with their auras in roles. It’s a way to investigate the depth of acting.

This blog post will tell you more about my method of using energetic literacy for aura reading film criticism. To learn more about the sequence of research I’ll use this year on some of the most interesting Academy Award nominees, see this Aura Reading Film Critique blog post.

    Great reading, Rose.

I’d quite like to have a lifetime like Marion Cotillard’s, sometime 🙂

  2. 2
    Rachel says:

On a more serious note, you write that this is the life her soul planned and prepared for.

Do you believe that souls always get what they planned and prepared for?

Life on earth is so erratic and unpredictable; surely there must be many souls who are NOT experiencing what they planned to experience before they incarnated. What then? Is it a case of saying ‘better luck next time?’

    Lilian says:

She may be beautiful, but she doesn’t quite meet the ranks of
Juliette Binoche or Audrey Tautou. They are of the same french actress cloth. Julie Delpy young was adorable. She doesn’t have anything that I would consider that interesting. A bit blah, not enough wit. 🙂 I guess that tells blog buddies something about my taste in women.

    Lilian says:

    Good questions Rachel!

Surely most of life is shared by your’s and other’s free will?

I would say that’s more likely to be the norm than following a predestined path.

Thanks for this fascinating analysis, Rose.

(Well! It sure would be something to know what her other lives were that ended up with this one!)

Thanks so much for all your comments, CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER (As Ever), LILIAN, and RACHEL.

Regarding that very plaintive question in Comment #3, I’m writing a post to respond to the part about “Do you believe that souls always get what they planned and prepared for?.”

That’s where I feel the big emotional charge, not in the rest of theoretical part of the question, elaborating the main question. Besides, really, how would I be in a position to know?

Yay! I love Marion Cotillard. I have a lot of photos of her on red carpets, saved in my “style” notebooks.LOL

I do really love how feminine she is and how she revels in it.

EMILY, bet those are some style notebooks you’ve got!!! (Plural noted.)

Wouldn’t both of us appreciate it if we could check out her collection of socks? 😉
