Deeper Perception Made Practical

Could Your Personal Growth Be Stuck in a Rut?

Personal development can be slowed through neglect or boredom -- why let that happen?

Personal development can be slowed through neglect or boredom — why let that happen?

What’s one way to be really cheap with yourself, timewise? (Godwise, too.)

Don’t spend 20 minutes a day on personal development, a.k.a. Technique Time.

Of course you can do better than that! You can give yourself 20 full minutes a day on something that inspires you powerfully, accelerating your emotional and spiritual growth.

Some of you Blog-Buddies aren’t doing this, though.

  • You’re so busy.
  • Or you have been scared off, due to the desire to avoid Spiritual Addiction.
  • While some of you have slowed down your growth journey due to being stuck in a comfortable rut. Same old, same old.

That could get boring, you know?

Personal Growth Gets Sssssstuck with Same Old, Same Old

Today let’s take a look at five ways you can get unstuck. And have fun. And grow faster spiritually.

Any well-designed techniques, with integrity, can work. Especially techniques that are compatible with your current level of development.

Most of us have a pretty keen sense of what works well for us, if we’ll only use that self-authority.

Here are five resources for Technique Time related to RES (Rosetree Energy Spirituality): Easy to do. Easy to time. Super-enjoyable. And they’re powerful for your spiritual evolution, too.

Maybe you wonder why I don’t fill this blog on deeper perception by offering you techniques that you can do for this daily indispensible.

The answer is simple. Books are a better technology, whether paperbacks or eBooks. That is why I have spent years of my life developing each one.

Think I’m kidding about “years of my life”? Just for fun, I’ll approximate how many years I have spent directly developing each one. (Not counting all the teaching time and session time that, indirectly, contributed as well.)

Personal Growth Resource 1. Daily Progress with Variety

Let Today Be a Holiday: 354 Ways to Co-Create with God” — that’s what it’s called as a book. “365 Ways to a Stronger You” is the eBook title.

Each one gives you something new every day for inspiration. It’s a loosey-goosey set of techniques, very adaptable. Including more than 400 techniques, altogether.

How long I spent developing this resource for you: 3 1/2 years.

Personal Growth Resource 2. Read Auras in So Many Ways

Your easiest how-to for this one is “Aura Reading Through All Your Senses.” From reading auras of babies to the three lie detector tests, this book is just loaded with ways you can play. Over 100 techniques to use, altogether.

How long I spent developing this resource for you: 7 years.

Personal Growth Resource 3. Using the “Coming Home” Technique for Empaths

For empaths, it’s so important to develop skills of Empath Empowerment®.

The single biggest help for empaths comes from the “Coming Home” technique.

This how-to builds up to that technique, one chunk at a time: The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing and Managing Your Special Gifts.

One great thing about the method in this book, either the quick & easy book or the more expanded edition, is what you can do after learning the technique properly. Towards the end you’ll learn how you can do it in less and less time… yet still receive wonderful results. After a while, it takes just two minutes a day.

I ought to know. That’s how I do it, most days.

How long I spent developing this resource for you, previous versions included: 5 years.

Personal Growth Resource 4. The Biggest Fun You Can Have with Your Clothes on

Here I’m talking about doing Skilled Empath Merge. Again, available just for empaths, yet soooooooo much fun, and such variety! How do you learn?

The Master Empath: Turning on Your Empath Gifts at Will — in Love, Business and Friendship (Includes Training in Skilled Empath Merge)”

And then what can you do? Only the most in-depth experience possible of what it is like to be another person — any sports hero, movie star, recording artist, neighbor, date!

How long I spent developing this resource for you: 7 years (Developed concurrently with “The Empowered Empath.”)

Personal Growth Resource 5. Self-Healing, Once a Week

Lately we’ve had much discussion here about how to keep self-healing to a manageable scope of work.

Cut Cords of Attachment for Self-Healing” is such a practical resource for you.

That one’s an eBook. If you prefer a paperback there’s the fuller edition: “Cut Cords of Attachment with Energy Spirituality.

“How long I spent developing this resource for you: 4 years.

I most definitely have been in a rut the last year or two….its as though my ship has stopped and i’m down in the engineroom trying to get the boilers lit off again in the heat and darkness…

A good reminder to make the most of Technique Time. I had been thinking about taking up cutting one cord of attachment per week. For personal growth and as a way to influence the more intractable parts of objective reality.

    Brandi says:

A timely reminder to not be afraid of my birthright, my own self authority to trust that I can have technique time…thanks Rose!

I fall into the category of was spiritually addicted and now do not want to go down that rabbit hole ever ever ever again.

It’s really changed the quality of the day though I’m baulking a little at having to keep such strict time.

Will strive to fully utilise technique time henceforth.

JNANA, you just made my day. This is spectacular.

And answer me this, if you would:

Do you think that ANYONE who is cheap with self or others KNOWS IT? 😉

Thanks also to JESSE, KIRA, CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER (AS EVER), JULIE and BRANDI.

Such an unlikely, but merry, band!

Thanks for your words, Rose. They tell me I’m on the right track.

    Jnana says:

‘Do you think that ANYONE who is cheap with self or others KNOWS IT?’

I’ve given it some thought and I think the answer is yes.

  13. 13
    Jnana says:

Some feel that being cheap is the best way to be given their situation in life.

If they were fortunate enough to be given a teacher to shine some light into their lives, give them the right knowledge or understanding, they would definitely make changes to their behaviour.

  14. 14
    Jnana says:

Then there are others who wish to change, who know that they would benefit from a change, who know they are losing out even by not changing but who just can’t do it.

Could it be there are frozen blocks getting in the way?

I feel a healing session with the right intention would help this group of people.

  15. 15
    Jnana says:

But I don’t know if any of these people would label their behaviour as cheap.

Less than ideal perhaps or maybe not so beneficial.

    But cheap??
That word has sufficent of a sting to goad any half-hearted person into action.
