Deeper Perception Made Practical

Aura Reading Movie Review Starring Jennifer Lawrence. A Guest Post by ISABELLA CATES

Jennifer Lawrence, ready for her aura reading.

Jennifer Lawrence, ready for her aura reading.

Jennifer Lawrence always delights me… when I see her on talk shows.

Watching her, I stay right on the glittery surface — Because, hey, I’m a Skilled Empath and have developed quite decent skills at engaging in life humanly unless doing Technique Time.

Watching Jennifer Lawrence that way, she seems like the ultimate party girl, so fun, and having so much fun. Yet when ISABELLA sent me today’s guest post, and I clicked onto the photo of Jennifer Lawrence playing Jennifer, what was my immediate reaction, right on the surface of human perception.

One look at her expression and body language and I went “Uh-oh.”

Blog-Buddies, can you imagine how much of a toll does it take, being immensely famous? Let’s find out together, courtesy of today’s exercise in energetic literacy, courtesy of RES practitioner ISABELLA CATES.

Quick Background on Aura Reading Movie Reviews

This blog post will tell you more about ROSE’s method of using energetic literacy for aura reading film criticism.

This a very Age of Awakening form of movie criticism, researching which actors are able to change so deeply, it registers at their subconscious minds and chakra databanks. Performances are awarded Chakra Change Points by comparing how a chakra databank is when the actor is “Being the actor” versus “Playing the movie role.”

Ta Da! Today’s Aura Reading Movie Review

The Film: “Joy”

The Movie Trailer

Plot Summary from the Oscar’s Official Website:

In the early 1990s, a single mother named Joy invents a product she calls the Miracle Mop and takes to the airwaves on fledgling TV channel QVC to market her invention.

Sometimes supported in her endeavors — and sometimes not — by her divorced parents, grandmother and ex-husband, Joy tries to teach her two children that hard work and persistence are the keys to life.

Today’s Aura Reading Movie Review

Aura Reading Databank at the Root Chakra for Connecting to Physical Reality

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Jennifer

Very small. “What is my body doing? How does it look now?”

Poses and positioning herself correctly are what matter to Jennifer Lawrence at this time. Actually, I remember Rose describing this well in another aura reading of Jennifer Lawrence.

But by now, posing and positioning has become much easier, more natural and automatic for Jennifer. Like any pretty well-learned skill set, she can relax into it more.

This databank also has a listless, tired quality, and a sense that “This is all my body is good for. Getting me more fame. Fame, which I still care about, but by now doesn’t bring the zip, excitement, buzz it once did. Now, though I don’t care to admit it quite yet, fame is starting to seem lame.”

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Joy

About 8 feet. Jennifer is trying to stay in character, going in and out of really being Joy.

So there is an awareness here that she is acting. Telling herself over and over something like, “Okay Jennifer, just relax, be Joy. Let it take over. Joy is a character. She is real. Enjoy her. Be safe. Be a real actress.”

What really shines here is the sweetness of Jennifer Lawrence really trying, and her devotion to being what she wants to be. She does give it her all, while innocently (perhaps a bit naively) expecting the best.

So, rooting around here in this databank, what is the character Joy like? Well, in this moment, she is feeling like a busy body on a mission. Ready to tell someone what she thinks, and with a heartfelt truth behind what she is about to do.

Aura Reading Databank at the Belly Chakra for Sex Appeal

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Jennifer

Large and turned on. Not actually sexually turned on, but like the sex appeal switch is in the “ON” position. 😉

Making people tingle and sweat and drool when they are within her radius is important to Jennifer. And part. Of. The. Job. “I must turn them on, or else they will not know me, they will not like me, I will not get the reaction I came to get.”

By this point in Jennifer Lawrence’s career, there is also a sense of pressure in this databank, like other people depend on her sex appeal being flipped ON (like people who work for her).

Though it still feels personally nice and fun to get all the adulation, it is  is starting to feel like work sometimes, and like pressure. Resentment and a feeling of unfairness are building at this chakra databank.

I wonder if she is dealing with moochers? Haha – silly Isabella. They probably all do, these big stars. For Jennifer this feels personally tiring at the moment because she feels responsible.

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Joy

Jennifer’s normal sex appeal overlaid with Joy’s personality – so a sex appeal that is a bit more drab and “normal,” unlike that of an A-lister movie star.

Healthy, young, normal.

“Ugh, I just don’t want to deal with this (sex) right now. But fine, okay.”

½ point.

Aura Reading Databank at the Solar Plexus Chakra for Sharing Power in Relationships

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Jennifer

Very large. For a long time, Jennifer Lawrence has been happy to give away power in her relationships. It has been really important to her to please. But she is starting to feel resentful.

How it feels to Jennifer is something like, “How come I give all the time, and no one ever seems to give back?”

But this could be more realistically described as, “How come I am the star all the time, and everyone else is sort of loser-ish and not using their star superpowers? I’m tired of being the one working while others sit on the sidelines with normal jobs and benefit from me.”

People looking at Jennifer Lawrence, and enjoying her auric modeling, are starting to feel to her like they are taking from her. And also let’s not disregard the very real possibility that people around her are using her.

Diva mentality is starting to set in. And this particular diva is angry, feeling used, abused, and nearly unwilling to take it anymore. It seems to me that Jennifer Lawrence is at a bit of a crossroads: Either find a way to continue being sweet and find some more balance in her life, or turn into a hardened Diva?

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Joy

“I wish I could share power in relationships. I’d like to have a relationship that works.”

Joy cares about having one or two major intimate relationships that work (perhaps with her boyfriend, her child, or her mother – I don’t know the plot of the movie). This is in contrast to Jennifer Lawrence, who cares much more about the crowd.

Still, in this chakra databank, Jennifer Lawrence’s normal self peeks through the character quite plainly.

Aura Reading Databank at the Heart Chakra for Emotional Self-Awareness

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Jennifer

Very large. Angry.

“Why do I have to do this????” It feels so unfair.

It seems to Jennifer Lawrence that other people don’t have to work as hard as she does. “They have normal jobs and I have to be “On.” Even when I feel so tired. And yet they take a percentage of my earnings.” Feeling taken advantage of.

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Joy

Jennifer Lawrence, reminding herself, “I hate myself, I hate myself, I hate myself.” Apparently that is how Joy is supposed to feel. 🙂

Chakra Databank Change Points

0, but still, I think this is much better than what some people would or could do. She is getting better as an actress.

Aura Reading Databank at the Throat Chakra for Verbal Integrity

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Jennifer

Medium in size. “I don’t have to tell the truth. Whatever I say will get the point across: that I am the star.”

Emphasis is on looking glow-y, !!!*!!!STAR!!!*!!!-like, and leaving people a little bewildered and bewitched by her oh-so-amazing mix of girl-next-door, gorgeous-and-inaccessible, and raunchy sexual minx.

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Joy

“Wow, I am having so much fun! When I am in character, I don’t have to worry about verbal integrity! My resentments and worries melt away! I can just be the character, and play, and be the star of the show without the pressure of being my SELF!

“And my performances are liked, appreciated, and seem to please, just naturally without me trying much at all!!”

And, as an afterthought: “Oh yes, I must also remember to be in character! *Clears throat* *Puts on serious face* ‘I am Joy. The serious one. I care a lot about humanity and helping the other characters in this movie. So serious.’”

Chakra Databank Change Points

Hahaha. I guess it’s zero, though I wish I could give her points for the fun and joy in this databank.

Aura Reading Databank at the High Chakra for Soul Thrill

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Jennifer

10 feet.

This kind of event — this picture is from an OSCARS event! – doesn’t bring her the kind of joy and extreme, almost overwhelming excitement it once did. She feels deflated.

Her sense of self is beginning to harden into two separate pieces – the image and the real self.

  • With THE IMAGE being what other people see, what they supposedly want, and notice.
  • And the real self feeling withered, alone, sad, and scared.

This is what often happens with extreme fame. See Beyonce during her recent Superbowl performance, which I didn’t watch, but I did read her aura from a still shot. Right now Beyonce is living a more extreme version of this waking nightmare which has already claimed Justin Bieber and probably many others.

For Jennifer I wouldn’t call it quite a nightmare yet, but the unrelenting fame is starting to get strange.

Reading Jennifer Lawrence’s aura as Joy

Out to the moon. “Wow, I feel like I really know something right now, like I have some special knowledge that others don’t have.”

This really reminds me of how someone might feel when they think they have moved into Enlightenment but definitely are not.

A bit of delusion, a dash of hope, plus lack of pertinent information about states of consciousness. So easy for people to mistake what is happening with them and their consciousness with no reliable frame of reference or objective witness to confirm.

[Note from Rose: Blog-Buddies, ISABELLA has the standing to make this comment because she has moved into Enlightenment.]

Conclusion, with total Chakra Databank Change Points

Jennifer Lawrence earns 1 ¾ out of a possible 7 (I added one databank to this reading, it’s usually out of 6 points. Taking out that databank, she scores 1 ¼ out of 6.)

Well, I wish her well, that sweet Jennifer Lawrence. Before doing this aura reading today, my feelings towards her weren’t very generous.

Now I understand her better and don’t begrudge her any success. Her life has certainly come with its own set of complications and illusions, and I think she has approached fame pretty innocently.

For many of these stars – Jennifer Lawrence, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio – a vacation from the spotlight could be just what they need to regain a sense of self. If that’s not in the cards, I wish them well in so many ways.

Isn’t it interesting how something like fame, so fetishized in our culture, often turns boring and unfulfilling so quickly for the people who have it.

Instead of fame, I wish you Blog-Buddies a balanced life steeped in truth, which never turns boring. Plus strength, love, compassion, and all the rest.

I wish Jennifer Lawrence the best in navigating her fame.

    Thanks for the reading, Isabella!

    Irene says:

Isabella, thanks for this aura reading.

From a surface-level look at the linked photos, the qualities static and frozen and unhappy came to mind, a bit like how I feel after a really bright camera flash goes off, but sort of stuck there and not surprised by it anymore.

The aura reading certainly explains why I got that impression.

  3. 3
    Irene says:

Fame has always seemed like the ultimate nightmare to me. These recent aura readings don’t change that impression.

(Of course there are many other horrid things too, though I won’t write out a list!)

You clearly have great depth of skill as an aura reader, Isabella. Cracker of a reading.

Poor Beyonce! I hope she and Jennifer can find a way to manage the corrosive effects of their megafame.

    Sandra says:

Thanks, Isabella, for sharing this very insightful aura reading. Apparently she has been a vocal advocate for equal pay for women in Hollywood–very likely feeling “used and abused.”

  6. 6
    Gia says:

Beautiful reading Isabella, really enlightening about fame.

Fame is kind of like a movie, you don’t see all the work and unglamorous stuff that comes with it just the result.

Thank you for doing the reading I hope she is able to navigate fame without it taking too big a toll.

    Todd says:

Thanks for doing this aura reading, Isabella.

I think you make an important point about fame and also illusions: what we seek the most often doesn’t bring us the fulfillment we thought it would.

  8. 8
    Todd says:

I’ve never quite liked Jennifer Lawrence much, but she did do a good job in the one Hunger Games movie.

I hope as well that many of these suffering celebrities can get their s— together and regain normalcy for themselves and also for American society.

  9. 9
    Todd says:

Rightly or wrongly they’ve become the role models for common folks, and when so many are living in extreme dysfunction, I think it has a trickle-down effect into the psyches and behavior of us, the little people, energetically and psychologically.

    Lilian says:

She’s worth $60 mill. If I got that for my ill-fated shenanigans of my early twenties, I’d be a happy bunny.

Very interesting reading, Isabella. So great to smash these illusions!

It looks like Jennifer Lawrence has lost her ability to get in character like she did in American Hustle.

  15. 15
    Brandi says:

Thanks for the important reminder that living in truth is never boring.

  16. 16
    Isabella C. says:

Hmmm, interesting, Mel. Talent was in evidence to me, reading her aura.

It’s possible she was in character in other moments of the movie.

Also possible that her next film she will be very well in character.

  17. 17
    Isabella C. says:

Things that might have affected her here include…. being tired, being distracted, too many people on set, not as comfortable with the people in this cast and crew as she was with American Hustle people, enjoying being herself so much that she just didn’t deep down feel like being in character, having such an interesting day that day as Jennifer that being herself was utterly preoccupying, etc…. so many possibilities.

  18. 18
    Isabella C. says:

This makes me think of doing Thrill Your Soul research for an actor considering different roles.

Certainly ability to give a good performance would vary.

  19. 19
    Kylie says:

Thanks for the reading Isabella! I agree with Adam–you really have a gift for aura reading, and for describing what you notice. Very inspiring.

All good points Isabella, thank you.
