Deeper Perception Made Practical

Pitiful! Aura Research on Ronin Niwe, Ayahuasca Salesman

"You will know them by their fruits." Well, the fruits of Ayahuasca are definitely not like as luscious as the hype.

“You will know them by their fruits.” Well, the fruits of Ayahuasca are definitely not as luscious as the hype.

What a delicious contrast! Amazing, really.

Your busy blogger Rose has been putting together the handouts and worksheets for this weekend’s first-ever Workshop for the The New Strong. Inspiring ways to help everybody adapt faster and better than ever… to living in the Age of Awakening.

But it’s a challenging time to live on earth, with our new vibrational freedom. You know, Blog-Buddies. You’re energy sensitive. Everybody is — or easily could become — energy sensitive.

The trick is to use it in productive ways, so that you can accelerate your personal path to Enlightenment. Or, if you’d rather think of it in psychological terms, hasten your progress at self-actualization.

We still have a few more seats open for taking this workshop, BTW. 🙂

If you can’t take it, I hope you’ll get yourself a copy of “THE NEW STRONG” and read it slowly, which is your second-best option. You’ll adapt so much better to The Age of Awakening.

Anyway, this week I’m posting more often than usual because I want to get this Ayahuaca theme done.

You’all asked for it. Well, I’m glad you did. Because there couldn’t be a better example of terrible adaptation to The Age of Awakening than shamans’ empty promises of spiritual awakening through Ayahuaca.

For links to previous articles on this theme, skip way down in today’s post. At the very end you’ll find some background on aura reading — helpful for those of you who stumbled upon this article and don’t really know what on earth is meant by aura reading in general or “chakra databanks” in particular.

A Shaman Who, Sooner or Later, May Well Feel Ashamed

Today I’m going to do aura reading research on the last of the three “curanderos” (shamans) in the Ayahuasca documentary, Vine of Souls. This one is Ronin Niwe (a.k.a. Dave). This Canadian has been an apprentice of Guillermo Arévalo for the past seven years, and has been deepening his knowledge of “the plant teachers.”

A fascinating expression, that! I haven’t watched “Vine of Souls.” I don’t know anything about Ayahuasca save what I’ve found by doing aura readings in this series, plus reading the bios that go with each photo. But right from the first Ayahuasca-related reading I’ve been finding astral lowlifes, power-hungry ones.

So is this what they call themselves, “The Plant Teachers,” eh?

How offensive to me and real teachers everywhere! Look, I’ve been a teacher of personal development since 1970.

To me, a true teacher empowers the student! Helps the student learn what is true!

To me, it’s a desecration to call it “teaching” when “students” will come off of their high and then, one trip at a time, fall ever deeper into astral enslavement.

Okay, these words are off my chest now. So back to work. 🙂

As Ronin Niwe plans to bring this form of drug tourism back to Canada, wouldn’t it be useful to learn more about him? I’ll use the photo at the last link as a basis for today’s exercise in energetic literacy. If he’s like the other two in this series, this aura reading will be a doozy.

Okay, Let’s Start with Something Positive about Ronin Niwe

For today’s energetic literacy research, let’s begin with a gift of his soul. In the system of Aura Reading Through All Your Senses® you read one chakra databank at a time.

Every chakra databank contains a soul-level gift, a distinctive and beautiful potential that person has for life. In Enlightenment a person uses every one of these gifts of the soul; before then, it’s chancy.

Chakra databanks also contain information about how the person is doing now, at the time of the photo or while in person with you, receiving the aura reading. This changes a lot, and is the practical part.

Mostly I’ll be reading that “business end” of chakra databanks today. But let’s start with saying something positive about this shaman who surely is doing his best, in his way, to help people.

So, reporting on a gift of the soul at Ronin Niwe’s Root Chakra Databank for Connection to Objective Reality:

Independence of thought and courage — sweet!

So that’s part of Ronin Niwe’s potential in this lifetime.

How much of this gift is he actually using at the time of this photograph? That remains to be seen….

Root Chakra Databank for Connection to Objective Reality

80 feet. Ronin Niwe’s version of reality has really been overtaken by the twisty, rooty, lower-astral beings who live in the part of Peru where his apprentice trips have been spent. And I’ll say that, to Ronin Niwe’s credit, he sure has been following his master, Guillermo Arévalo. In a very big way.

Some of you Blog-Buddies may remember an article where I researched a client’s experience of BDSM. (Glad to say, that client is so over the bondage scene now, and it took just one session, phew!)

Why bring up sadomasochistic sex? Because Ronin Niwe’s way of relating to life strikes me as a combo of Guillermo Arévalo‘s way of being sold out to the astral beings associated with Ayahuasca… and the experience of enjoying sexual bondage.

Kind of gross? You think? And we’re just getting started. Oboy!

Solar Plexus Chakra Databank for Personal Power

90 miles. According to my research, Ronin Niwe is totally identified as a person with the astral beings of Ayahuasca consciousness. They want to grab power by influencing as many humans as possible and, well, enthralling them to collaborate, following orders.

What is in this for Ronin Niwe? A vicarious taste of power. As he helps the beings aggrandize themselves, Ronin Niwe feels like a big man. Really important.

Solar Plexus Chakra Databank for Power Integrity

2 inches. Feeling shame and slime. Ronin Niwe knows what he’s doing, and that it’s truly creepy.

The knowledge isn’t just deep down. (Reading chakra databanks always informs you about what is going on with a person’s subconscious awareness — that is, “deep down.”)

But the quality of this particular chakra databank tells me more. Seems to me, Ronin Niwe has conscious feelings and thoughts, on occasion, that what he’s involved with hurts people. Compartmentalized moments, though. Mostly shoved into denial.

What else about Ronin Niwe’s Solar Plexus Chakra Databank about integrity of action? It is almost completely shut down at the time of this photo. The symbolic size of this chakra databank has shrunk because, subconsciously, he can’t hide from the fact that his actions as an Ayahuasca shaman are the opposite of integrity.

Heart Chakra Databank for Emotional Growth

1/8 inch. Within the shutdown bit of this chakra databank, Ronin Niwe recycles old feelings of bitterness, shame, and worthlessness.

It’s easier for him to no longer concern himself with “mere emotions” but to seek something “grander,” provided by the “plant teachers” — those little astral beings  that Ayahuasca causes people to experience. And, rather than recoiling, many will become hooked on the glamour.

Low-level or not, astral beings can dazzle those who don’t know better, bringing The Romance of the Astral.

Blog-Buddies, for every Ayahuasca high, that person will pay a price.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not coming from some fundamentalist belief that “People who take the drug are going to Hell.” I’ve done way to much work in Rosetree Energy Spirituality (RES) to believe in a hell.

RES helps clients move on from many ways of being stuck emotionally and spiritually. Usually simple sessions are all it takes to help folks grow by leaps and bounds — the phone or webcam or in-person sessions. STUFF removal for the asking!

Then, for some people, it may be appropriate to also do a bit of past-life regression, the version I use being Soul Energy Awakening Hypnosis®. In this way, I’ve helped some clients to move out STUFF that causes them to have to otherwise live in recovery as a painful process of “One day at a time.”

Yes, I’ve helped clients to completely stop drinking alcohol or to stop taking drugs. Although I am not a substance abuse counselor, and don’t claim to be. My services are an adjunct to the assistance given by recovery experts.

Anyway, back to something less pleasant than helping former druggies who wish to be helped. Back to researching the aura of this very interesting Ronin Niwe.

Third Eye Chakra Databank for Connection to Astral Beings

90 miles. Astral beings are moving this man around like a puppet. To any of you conoisseurs of energetic misery, this isn’t like extreme spiritual addiction. Nor is it like someone with the rare and icky kind of STUFF that requires spirit releasement, because one or more entities lives inside the person’s aura.

Nah! This is like a guy who lives in a kind of energetic stupor where he can hardly think and move.

Dull as a burned-out tree stump. Unless he follows orders, which he tends to do while awake.

Who is giving those orders, BTW? “The Plant Teachers” of Ayahuasca.

Fascinating! The over-riding feeling with this arrangement goes, “He was always weak (as a person).”

The low-level astral beings know it. Ronin Niwe knows it, too.

Sadly, he believes it. This contributes to the energetic arrangement. Deep down uncomfortable for Ronin Niwe , yet he lacks the will to change.

Third Eye Chakra Databank for Connection to Spiritual Source

1/8 inch. Total shutdown, for now. The quality of shutdown is nearly identical to that of Ronin Niwe’s teacher, Guillermo Arévalo.

Lack of interest in the Divine is profound, the absence of spiritual light quite entrenched.

For now.

Back at what I’ve learned from sessions of Soul Energy Awakening Hypnosis, such things are cleaned up after a lifetime.

Ronin Niwe is an immortal soul, like you or me. Beautiful!

I have no doubt, he’ll be able to move forward from this experience. (Of course, like all the Ayahuasca salesmen, errr, shamans… he’ll have a bunch of awful karma to pay back here on earth.)

Third Eye Chakra Databank for Spiritual Growth

1/8 inch. Not only is Ronin Niwe’s spiritual growth in a stage of long-term shutdown.

The quality emphasizes a sexual kind of slime, akin to what happens in the aura of somebody with a porno addiction who especially likes … erg, gross alert to readers in case you want to skip this… porn about torturing people or having sex with animals.

Okay, DONE! And after this article goes live, you can be sure I’m going to facilitate cutting my cord of attachment to Ronin Niwe! He is, perhaps, the most revolting of all three of these Ayahuasca salesmen.

More about Aura Reading

Skills for depth aura reading are so important for Rosetree Energy Spirituality (RES). The Ayahuasca pushers simply could not survive that kind of simple scrutiny, being able to tell what’s what. Not the empty promises on the surface of life! The revolting reality at the astral level of a person’s aura, as a result of Ayahuasca involvement!

As a smart consumer in the Age of Awakening, you’ll find that energetic literacy is — quite simply — indispensable.

For a spiritual seeker, energetic literacy reveals what’s really happening with the consciousness of a shaman or a religious advisor or a televangelist or a spiritual teacher or an Enlightenment Coach.

Talk is cheap. Results from bad teaching… can be very expensive.

But energetic literacy protects you from false teachings, false prophets, spiritual advisors who mean well but are really in no position to teach you a thing.

As Blog-Buddy AJ wrote recently here, “Do you know what I find inspiring? That many of us readers here at the blog may very well be closer to Enlightenment then the “inspiring” people we nominate sometimes.”

Curious about learning to read auras? Rest assured, aura reading doesn’t have to involve psychic development.

Read about reading auras as a form of energetic literacy, at our Top 10 List about Energetic Literacy.

And, if you’re really curious about the full range of energetic literacy skills, as they can be developed by YOU, here’s an update about that was published in April 2016.

Sure, you can learn skills for deeper perception. No drugs required!

Hard to even read this. Uck.

Can’t think of much worse than that.

  2. 2
    Irene says:

This would explain why I didn’t want to even look at his picture when I was searching for these photos. Just my vague energetic literacy stage 1 impression was ‘ick’.

This research is much appreciated, Rose.

    Irene says:

In other (happier) news, I just finished reading The New Strong. Just in time, because I fly out tonight for the workshop.

    In a word: WOW!

If I got all that out of the book, I am really really looking forward to this weekend 😀

    Kira says:

I don’t seem to have the “ick” reaction that others do, but I certainly wouldn’t want to live this way, either.

Irene, glad you’re going to the workshop! I can’t make this one, but I hope to meet you in person at one someday!

  6. 6

Hooray, IRENE! (KIRA, I second your sentiments in Comment #5.)

ISABELLA CATES, thanks so much for your feedback too.

Of course I prefer more normal aura readings, which are far more pleasant. Yet ugliness like this does exist, and I’m fed up with having people not notice.

Everybody has the right to an opinion, but at least let it be based on what basic, workable energetic literacy would show to anyone!

  7. 7

For you, IRENE, and anyone else who has finished “THE NEW STRONG,” please take a few minutes to send a review to

It can make all the difference for book sales. You may have no idea.

And big thanks to our two lone reviewers so far. 🙂

This has been fascinating, Rose. In my early days of learning I went for shamanism but it was not satisfactory. This has helped me to understand why.

There were Ayahuasca trips on offer. I remember thinking I was delicately enough balanced already – it was a big NO!

So glad in retrospect that I made that choice. This is truly icky!

    For joy, AMANDA!

    Literally. 🙂

    An Avid Reader says:

I read a book years ago written by a French anthropologist who spent time in the Amazon with shamans who worked with ayahuasca.

The shamans would tell him what various plants could be used for.

  12. 12
    An Avid Reader says:

When the anthropologist would ask the shaman how he knew this info, the shaman would respond that the plant told him (under the. Influence of ayahuasca).

I don’the know how different things were years ago and if the auras of authentic shamans not hungry for westerners’ money would read any different.

  13. 13
    An Avid Reader says:

I am a plant empath and I had had experiences of plants and trees speaking to me (no drugs involved!)

And had the experience of deep communion with nature and can relate to the term “plant teachers” as I have had direct experience of it.

  14. 14
    An Avid Reader says:

I would not ever consider taking ayahuasca or any drug nor have I in the past for any reason.

So, I do not condone this path. I am simply wondering if a cleaner, purer, uncorrected, traditional use of this substance existed within the context of the native culture before it became the corrupted version of what I have read about here.

  15. 15
    An Avid Reader says:

Once again, as I am not a native person living in the amazon.

This holds no allure for me for many reasons (even before reading these aura readings!)

  16. 16
    An Avid Reader says:

I just want to honor that there may be a different story or a different context somewhere either in the past or maybe even the present if there is somewhere where this plant’s,use has not been corrupted.

  17. 17

Interesting points, AN AVID READER. Here come a couple of responses.

Regarding your Comment #16, I agree wholeheartedly. You realize? Much of that different context, and story, reads: The Age of Faith. Not The Age of Awakening.

During The Age of Faith, especially hundreds or thousands of years ago, the veil between human and astral was so impenetrable that, of course, certain people would eat or drink or do just about anything to get more knowledge of The Other Side.

  18. 18

Although I know very little about shamanic traditions I have some knowledge through past-life regression (facilitating for two different clients and once AS a client) for removing frozen blocks from a lifetime with a rather prestigious job at the time: Delphic Oracle.

  19. 19

This job included making quite a pharmacological sacrifice, because The Delphic Oracle had to take drugs again and again.

It wasn’t enough that a candidate for that job needed psychic talent. And had training from childhood up. It still took a chemical boost to help others in this way.

And man oh man, did those dedicated women in Greece pay a heavy personal price! Clean and pure though the use of the drugs was regarding intent, back in the day.

  20. 20

Living now, in The Age of Awakening, we really don’t need to pay such a price. Awareness is so fluid.

    We can co-create with God!

Anyone with average intelligence and a bit of persistence can develop Stage Three Energetic Literacy, and thereby research what is going on with anybody at an astral level.

Energy spirituality skills are there for the learning.

    Energy medicine systems abound.

    There’s energy psychology.

No longer do we have to take drugs to access deep knowledge, nor to create energy healing, do we?

  21. 21

Also, AN AVID READER, just think about Comment #13 in the light of common sense.

The shaman takes the plant and then the plant tells him what it is for?

With all respect, I wonder if the consciousness of those shamans was developed enough so that they had more power in this learning relationship.

  22. 22

Why couldn’t the shaman have mustered up talent, training, and self-preservation enough to demand of that plant:

“You show me. Give me this knowledge without my having to subject myself to your influence.”

  23. 23

My theory? Those shamans didn’t have enough of a sense of identity, or consciousness development, to make such a demand.

Besides, old traditions pressured the shamans to learn in such a revolting way. (With all respect, again. Ouchers!)

  24. 24

Fast forward to now, AVID READER.

    You’re a plant empath. I am too.

We can do “Questioning” or a Skilled Empath Merge to ask any plant, “How can you help me?”

Plus we can request additional feedback, like, “What is the impact on me of eating this (or drinking this or smoking this)?

  25. 25
    An Avid Reader says:

I also want to add that I find these aura readings to be a wonderful source of education and wisdom that is very much needed in our world.

  26. 26
    An Avid Reader says:

Even though the situation they represent is not pretty, the information contained in these readings could potentially be life saving for readers and I am so glad that Rose is doing this important work.

  27. 27

AMANDA, just read your review of “THE NEW STRONG” at

And that of a certain perspicacious Norwegian reader as well.

    Thank you both so much.

  28. 28
    An Avid Reader says:

Hi Rose, I completely agree with you that we are now in an age where using ayahuasca is not a good choice— to say the least! Maybe, it was not ever a good choice! I imagine, however, that it was previously taken within a sacred context. And, maybe, the people taking it today are equally seeking the, sacred—however misguided.

This is, of course, what makes your aura readings so relevant, important, and highly educational!

  29. 29
    Irene says:

Kira, hopefully we’ll get a chance to meet at another workshop! 🙂

  30. 30
    Irene says:

Re #7, my review is submitted, Rose 🙂

  31. 31
    Irene says:

I really appreciate this exchange from #11-26. I think it is so important to know that things are in fact different now. And knowing how that works means all this, ayahuasca in particular and human history in general, makes a lot more sense.

    Especially what’s happening now.

We have so much freedom now, and that means our choices are very important.

  32. 32

Oh yes, AVID READER. I completely agree with you… that people are of course seeking the sacred.

I wasn’t aiming to make fun of that. But to stand for truth as best I can. That has been the whole point of this series of articles, to help people make use of energetic literacy to decide if what is being PROMISED as sacred really is. Or not.

  33. 33

Intent is not all. Promises are not all.

    What is the truth?

Will truly sacred work wreck a person’s aura?

Although I’m not usually a big Bible quoter, this one gives a great perpective. “You will recognize them by their fruits.”

  34. 34
    Sylvia says:

    From comments #21 and #22:

With all respect, I wonder if the consciousness of those shamans was developed enough so that they had more power in this learning relationship.

Why couldn’t the shaman have mustered up talent, training, and self-preservation enough to demand of that plant:
“You show me. Give me this knowledge without my having to subject myself to your influence.”

Wow — what great points about power, Rose. Thank you.

  35. 35
    An Avid Reader says:

Hi Rose, you are preaching to the choir! I am with you on this, one!

Am so glad that you are shining the light of truth on this, ugly form of “healing” that is,actually only hurting people and that is, preying on their quest for higher wisdom that will only be met with destruction and disaster and, in some cases, death.

  36. 36
    Sam says:

AVID READER, wait until you see my reading.

That is EXACTLY what I got from my BEFORE picture of my guest post. It was so clear this person really wanted to experience something spiritual, something sacred.

  37. 37
    Sam says:

Ayahuasca had nothing to do with that desire. She clearly wanted to have a richer experience with her spirituality.

It was the real deal, totally present in her aura.

The AFTER picture, on the other hand, wasn’t what she signed up for ?

  38. 38
    Sam says:

I previously had a lot of doubts about this topic before using Stage 3 Energetic Literacy.

When you read Chakra Databanks … Oh Em Gee (the long-form of OMG!) … it is so clear.

You’re working with Divine Beings, so everything you get while using techniques of Energetic Literacy is valid. You don’t have to worry about objectivity, you just have to do the technique.

  39. 39
    Sam says:

When Rose says that there are loads of astral entities involved, trust me, it’s not her opinion—it sticks out like a sore thumb when you read chakra databanks!

It’s so clear, even to a beginner!

  40. 40
    Irene says:

(I also appreciate the rest of that conversation in #28 and 32-33)

A train of thought that came up as a result of #24: When I first started learning about RES, it sounded like circular reasoning – learn aura reading, then you can tell the impact of various choices. Except I didn’t have the skills at that point to know if RES was a beneficial choice.

  41. 41
    Irene says:

At that point I took it on faith, because even though it was different from everything I’d encountered elsewhere, it made sense in a way those other things didn’t.

Then I quickly found it to make my life so much better, and the rest is delightful history.

  42. 42
    Irene says:

One thing I didn’t entirely grasp until I achieved energetic literacy stage 3 is that there is both an objectivity to what you read and a protection during the process.

It’s reading just like reading words on a page. You see (or otherwise experience) the information, and then interpret it, like seeing and understanding the meaning of a paragraph.

  43. 43
    Irene says:

Doing an aura reading (and I presume, though I have not done, a skilled empath merge) is a very different thing than just trying a hallucinogenic drug and then afterwards trying to determine the impact or believing what the ‘plant teachers’ tell you.

With aura reading, your sense of self is very clearly in charge. And you get the bonus of Divine help also. Works really well 🙂

  44. 44
    An Avid Reader says:

    Hi Sam,

Thank you for your comments. I look forward to your aura readings.

  45. 45
    An Avid Reader says:

    Hi Rose,

Referring to your comments #20, 21, 22, 23, and 24–I agree with you!!!

I personally think RES is the way to go which is why I am an avid reader of this blog and also, VERY gratefully, your client! 🙂

  46. 46
    An Avid Reader says:

I actually agree with everything you have written on this topic.

I do not think drugs are the way to go.

I am not a fan of shamanism. I found the place I felt most comfortable from an intellectual standpoint when I found your work.

  47. 47
    An Avid Reader says:

Who would want to work with astral beings if you could work with divine beings?

Made (and still makes) perfect sense to me!

Am grateful for the aura readings which provide the data for folks to make informed decisions.

  48. 48
    Irene says:

Sam, I’m also looking forward to your post. #36-39 is just great. 🙂

  49. 49

LILIAN, about your Comment #49, here’s the deal. I am not a psychic.

Yeah, yeah, you’ve heard that before. 😉

The point here is that I don’t specialize in astral beings. I concern myself with them only to the extent that they are messing around with a human being’s free will. I care about personal development for human beings. That is the focus of Energy Spirituality.

  50. 50

What do you have in common with Ronin Niwe? You were born human. You have sovereignty over your consciousness. You can make choices that help you to grow, or not.

This blog post warns you, and other readers, that it is possible to become way too involved with astral beings. In The Age of Awakening, we don’t need to do that. We just don’t.

Certainly not for the sake of spiritual growth.

  51. 51
    Lilian says:

Thanks Rose. Just thought to ask.

  52. 52
    Brandi says:

Rose thank you so much for this series.

I am so much better educated to be able to say, just once, to someone why this drug isn’t what it they think it is.
