Spotting Empaths

Spotting Empaths

Spotting Empaths — does that seem obvious to you? Because maybe all us empaths are bleeding hearts, so emotional and fragile?

Spotting Empaths? Well, yes. Aren’t you curious? Wouldn’t you like to be able to tell right away who’s an empath and who isn’t?

Maybe just by looking at that person’s face. Hasn’t anyone given you a tip about that yet?

If you have a favorite way of spotting empaths… Then today’s blog post from a professional Empath Coach might surprise you.

Regardless, if you’re curious at all about how to spot an empath, today’s post is for you.

What Inspired Me to Write a Post about This?

Today a lot of smart people are fascinated by empaths. Because empaths are just 1 out of 20 people. And you’re either born an empath or you’re not.

Contrary to a lot of mythology on the internet now, no! You cannot make yourself a empath. If you’re not born an empath, you’re limited to about a gazillion things you can do in life. 😉

SARAH, our recent Contest Winner, expressed empath-type curiosity in her entry:

“Something about Tyler is magical to me. I think he is an empath (though I’m not sure face reading has anything to do with that?)”

High time I wrote a blog post on the theme…

Spotting Empaths. Not Through Face Reading.

Telling from somebody’s face if that person’s an empath?

Nice Try Dept.

Neither face reading nor expression reading can tell you a thing. Concerning whether somebody is an empath. Or not.

Hey, no prob. Because you have only a gazillion other things you can learn about Tyler Joseph. Or anyone else. Through expression reading. Plus through face reading.

(Caution: Expect that face reading part to be reliable only…  If you’re using a reliable system and you’ve developed decent skills.)

Spotting Empaths by Their Vibe?

Have you heard the joke about empaths being “Bleeding hearts, so emotional and fragile”?

Sadly, that’s not really a joke. It’s simply a lot of hooey!

Do you have any idea how many kinds of empaths there are?

In case you’ve read that empaths “Feel other people’s feelings,” for instance. Definitely ridiculous.

Might I suggest? Read the article at the end of the previous link. Then you can tell at least the names of empath gifts. And if you’d like to learn more than just the names, I’ve written a whole series of books to make you an Empowered Empath.

Spotting Empaths? I Understand Wanting to Know.

How can you tell about other people?

Only then can you become eligible to carry out the grave responsibility of assess who is an empath and who isn’t.

(And if that doesn’t seem like a big deal, grave responsibility to you…. You’re definitely not a professional-level Empath Coach. Not yet.)

But Can’t You Spot Empaths Once You Get Your Own Empath Skills?

Not really. Let me give you a very clear example.

Probably you know that I’ve trained many RES Experts, including the ones who asked to go public. And be listed here.

I refer clients to them, as well as to me, because they have excellent skills.

But skills for what?

These RES experts have skills for two of the four specialties of Rosetree Energy Spirituality (RES)

  • RES Energy READING Skills
  • RES Energy HEALING Skills

That’s a whole lot of skills. And that’s it. Training for them, thus far, includes neither:

In short, even these RES Experts — skilled empaths all! — don’t presume to tell people which empath gifts they have.

And this Empath Coach almost never does it. The occasional blog post is the rare exception.

Spotting Empaths? Just Plain Confusing!

What happens if you try to spot an empath based on a special way that person makes you feel. Or just a hunch. Or whatever…

Then you’re playing a guessing game about something that’s really quite important.

I appreciate in the words from SARAH, quoted above. Very respectful.

In her honor, I’ll tell you a bit about Tyler Joseph.

He is not an empath. Period. Not any kind of empath.

But if you read my last blog post you know some other things about him. Strictly from a face reading perspective.

  • He comes across as somebody who talks the deep talk.
  • And he talks — and sings — in a way that seems extra resonant for people.

In Conclusion

Blog-Buddies, I’m really glad you’ve taken the time to educate yourself through this article.

Fact is, it’s rare to have gained the ability to discern which empath gifts another individual might have.

But you do have the power to tell if you’re an empath. And even to find out which kind of empath you are.

Not by guessing, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can learn about your empath gifts from my beginner book for empaths, “Become The Most Important Person in The Room: Your 30-Day Plan for Empath Empowerment.”

And guess what? In that easy-breezy resource for empaths, you’ll also learn why… Telling somebody else “You’re an empath. And you have x, y, z empath gifts” would be dis-empowering. Not empowering at all!

So what can you do with all that valuable curiosity of yours? I recommend learning aura reading. (For instance, check out this free online series of lessons.  With clear on-demand instruction to follow in the workshop called “Aura Reading for You.” )

How many juicy bits of info about people… can you get that way? Only about a gazillion.

I had all the misconceptions about being an empath before I discovered RES.

“Empaths are bleeding hearts, so emotional and fragile” was one of them.

    Funny, isn’t it, EXPLORER?

Sometimes, hearing a “No” helps more than receiving a “Yes.”

Hehe, definitely! Oh did I ever hear that a lot 🙂

I had layers of STUFF so badly wanting a ‘yes’ but in reality needing a ‘no’.

I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I applaud your continued determination to say it like it is Rose. Much respect!
