Deeper Perception Made Practical

Strengthening Personal Presence – Humanly. Part 2

Strengthening Personal Presence -- Humanly

Strengthening Personal Presence — Humanly. Bringing structure to your life helps it chime out sweeter than ever.

Strengthening Personal Presence — Humanly. That’s kind of the point, isn’t it? Let’s explore down-to-earth ways to bolster your presence.

This is Part 2 of a short series that began here. A series about personal growth bringing a stronger presence.

And don’t be surprised if this Enlightenment Coach has tucked into this topic… some ways to evolve spiritually as well. Sometimes the biggest spiritual awakening on a person’s path involves guess what? Acceptance of our humanity.

Strengthening Personal Presence Rule #4.

DO Get Exercise.

Embodied human beings have a more effective presence than couch potatoes. In part this happens because somebody who exercises has the energetic presence of somebody who exercises. Beyond that, daily exercise can boost your health, also improving your muscle tone and overall appearance.

Granted, not everybody sees the need. Ever hear this quip? “Whenever I feel the urge to exercise I lie down until it goes away.” Cute!

By all means, Important Reader, if just now you’re reading this quip for the first time… enjoy the laugh. After that, if necessary, pick yourself off the floor you’ve been rolling on, laughing, complete with vigorous ROFL snorts. Following that, though, please figure out what other kind of exercise to keep doing. Or to start doing (beyond rolling around on the floor). Because workouts can be so much fun, and also so helpful for strengthening your personal presence.

Did you know about this amazing way to strengthen your bones? Do 12 minutes of yoga per day, doing 12 different yoga positions.

Yes, that’s a thing! Check out the research online, maybe starting with an article in the New York Times on “12 Minutes of Yoga for Better Health.”

Recently somebody told me about this idea and I began doing it. After five days, I’m sold: It’s fun and invigorating and, amazingly, already producing stronger muscles — what’s not to like about this way of adding to one’s bones, one’s looks, and one’s presence?

Strengthening Personal Presence Rule #5.

DON’T Keep Cleansing Your Aura All Day Long

So ironic! Many of us presence-seekers have been scrubbing away at our auras. Vigorously! Off and on, every day, all day long!

Makes sense in terms of upgrading our auric modeling, in theory at least. But here’s the prob, Important Reader. What do we use to clean up our auras? Easy-Off® or Comet® or Scrubbing Bubbles®?

Ouch, no! Because our auras are made of energy. Therefore, we use energy healing techniques that involve our consciousness. And the irony is, spending more than 20 minutes of Technique Time in a day creates aura space out. No matter how good it feels while we’re inwardly scrubbing away or whatever.

So all that work… doesn’t work. In fact it becomes counter-productive. (Fear not, though, just continue on to our next tip.)

Strengthening Personal Presence Rule #6.

DO Learn Effective Energy Healing Skills

Of course all energy healing skills aren’t equally effective. What we need do is to find something that works well. And what’s the acid test for that? With something that works, just once per day does the job.

Really, basic aura maintenance can be that simple. As for depth cleaning, what I like to call STUFF removal, you can learn a variety of effective self-healing skills for different purposes, or else go to a professional energy healer you trust. And then how often does one need a good aura shine-up, to upgrade auric modeling and personal presence? Effective skills take a ridiculously small amount of time. For instance, here are a few examples from the Spiritually Sparkling Skills® that I teach:

  • Psychic Coercion Removal. Once every two months. Total time: 10 minutes.
  • Negative Thought Form Removal. Once every two months. Total time: 5 minutes.
  • Facade Body Upgrade. Once every six months. Total time: 10 minutes.

You get the idea. Energy healings can support your life and your presence. They don’t have to become your life.

Strengthening Personal Presence Rule #7.

DON’T Make “Comfortable” Your Look in Public

Do you happen to think that physical comfort is what matters most about how you dress? Important Reader, surely you’ve noticed that many in mind-body-spirit — and likewise many brainy college teachers — favor a comfortable look (Okay, maybe even a rumpled look. Or a style of attire that hasn’t changed much since the person turned 20.)

Perhaps it might seem that dressing comfortably counts as “signature style,” and hopefully this sartorial self-acceptance will produce a trickle-down effect with auric modeling — along the lines of, “Because I feel good, my aura looks good.”

Only that doesn’t actually happen, not according to this aura researcher. Mainly because your mood doesn’t impact your aura much. However, your clothing still can help you a lot with your presence. And you know why, don’t you?

Dressing well, when in public, can garner you extra respect. Granted, when that stranger’s eyes linger over your excellent outfit, the real-and-ultimate you won’t necessarily be seen. But at least you won’t become socially invisible. And, when it comes to having your presence be noticed, that’s not a bad beginning.

Strengthening Personal Presence Rule #8. DO Stay Reasonably Stylish

Back in the day, we might turn to fashion magazines for updates about what to wear. Now we can watch YouTube videos. Knowledgeable fashion advice? Just a few clicks away. And free.

Why expect your vibes to suffice, especially when it comes to having a powerhouse presence? Dress current. Dress cute! People are watching you, assessing whether or not to respect you. So why not make it easy for them to notice your amazing presence?

In Conclusion

Important Reader, you deserve to be noticed, not overlooked. Your presence is magnificent and, I suspect, it matters to you to be an effective force for good in this world.

Well, your presence will help others decide whether or not to listen to you. I hope this article has motivated you to do yourself justice in life, clothing and presence and all.

Have you ever heard this saying? Man does not live by bread alone. So true! Life has a spiritual dimension, at least if you’re open to that. However, we humans do not live by vibes alone, either.

For presence, be present — and not just present spiritually. Important Reader, here’s to being present humanly!

“You deserve to be noticed, not overlooked.” Thank you for these great tips Rose. I will admit when I younger I was noticed more-even though my aura was messed up and I indulged in drugs/alcohol, was stylish and thinner.

Now I’m doing better than ever, and sober, (somewhat stylish still lol) but really not noticed-I feel that is what happens in this vanity culture as woman age or are not super thin. I look forward to reclaiming my powerhouse presence through your tips!

Thanks for these great reminders, Rose, especially about using the healings from Spiritually Sparkling. I am going to mark them on my calendar!

Just to check though – do you still recommend doing the Remote Negative Thought Form healing from The New Strong every day? Or do you recommend a different time interval?

Thanks for your comment, “WOES.” I hope the Presence tips in these articles help you to be noticeable for who you are.

As for the admiration that comes due to youth and slenderness, the former “admirers” may just have wanted someone with certain attributes that have zero relevance to who you are as a person. Interchangeable pieces of well cut meat!

GRAHAM, always so good to hear from you. In general, these days, I’d recommend doing the Negative Thought Form Healing not more often than once every two months.

And also doing the Remote NegativeThought Form Healing (in “The New Strong”) every other day. This update is related to changes that I’ve noticed in the impact of each kind of STUFF, and best practices with the healings, after five years into The Age of Awakening.

I love these tips, and have found all to be very true.

Exercise, for me, seems especially helpful for strengthening my human presence.

Thank you Rose – great post. Just did the 12 minutes of yoga and feel better.

Also just read that even a ten minute walk has many positive affects for the brain and body.

Appreciate your thoughts around clothing/appearance when in public.

All helpful to strengthen personal presence for this middle ager!

I think context matters here as well. It’s great to dress stylish for work; however, I would never disrespect someone for dressing comfortably when appropriate, such as on a weekend hike or if they’re recovering from a 12-hour trip off-duty.

In those types of cases I think it’s appropriate to dress comfortably, especially if they’re doing lunges 😉
