Deeper Perception Made Practical

New Home Available

New Home

New Home Available. Who will become the lucky new roommate?

New Home Available. Sometimes it’s hard to find a new place to live. Well, maybe this open-ended blog post + its comments can help.

  • Need a roommate?
  • Or are you seeking a new place to live?

Let’s experiment with a little, free, low-key, real estate service. Where you Blog-Buddies can post, one place at a time, one comment at a time.

For Starters

Blog-Buddy HOLLY inspired me to start today’s post.

She lives in an apartment in San Francisco. It’s big enough for three roommates. However, one of those bedrooms is vacant right now. Not only is this a chance to live under the same roof as HOLLY.

The place is gorgeous.

And you can even pay a bit extra to get a parking space.

HOLLY deserves a fabulous new roommate. So I offered to list info about this fine place, creating today’s blog post.

And then, since I tend to think big, creating a chance for you to add listings as well.

New Home Available. Listed Here. Why?

Because of the quality of you Blog-Buddies. Upstanding, smart, thoughtful people. Like HOLLY! Folks interested in personal growth. Maybe even interested in spiritual awakening.

Chances are, the people you know are magnificent, too.

So here’s our FIRST listing of NEW HOME AVAILABLE. Please share this post with anybody you know who might be interested.

And What about Extra Listings for YOUR New Home Available?

No prob! Are you a regular reader of this blog? Do you either HAVE a good place to rent? Or you NEED one?

Simply comment below.

Also, might you know an extra venue for HOLLY to list her apartment opening in San Francisco?

(Besides Craig’s List.) Then please do tell!

Now, here we go… with the first such listing at my blog… Yes, I suppose you could say that I’m starting a free service for real estate listings.

Disclaimer: I’m not responsible for whether anybody lives happily ever after.

Useful Thought

Whenever you’re thinking of moving, I might be able to help you.

For instance, say you’ve found possible roommates. Why not set up a session of RES Energy READING? On the day of your appointment, email me photos of all of them. I’ve helped other people avoid awful roommates. And also find good ones. 🙂 Why not you? Just sayin’.

In case you’re wondering… Am I opening up a real estate sideline as a way to drum up RES business? Of course not.

Holly inspired me. I think the world of her. So here are details about her listing.

Hello, Londoners. New Home Available?

Here comes our first response, courtesy of EMILY and her Comment #2. If you have an opening in your flat or home, do consider contacting her. Sounds like, any time this year is fine.

Although if you know EMILY, you might jump at the chance to share a home with her!

My new roommate found me on Roomi app. She moved in yesterday!

    Holly says:

I found several high-traffic roommate apps online. Two required payment up front. One was free to register but required payment to converse with roommate matches.

One spammed me like there was no tomorrow. One found no matches. Roomi app was the only one that I liked.

    Holly says:

Roomi app is not currently in London. There are probably some that are local to the UK.
