Deeper Perception Made Practical

God Wants What from Me?

God Wants What from Me?

God Wants What from Me? Here’s a perspective that might help you a lot if you’ve worried about finding your purpose.

God Wants WHAT from me? Today’s article is for you if you’d really like to know, What does God want me to do? What is my purpose?

  • For you, is that a fear? As in, If I don’t find out what God wants me to do, my life will be a waste.
  • Or do you react to that question with a desire for surrender? Like a wish to open up to what’s meant for your life? As in, If only I can find out what God wants me to do, both God and I will be so happy.
  • Maybe you feel a bit of both. Or even indifference. Like, Heck, this is my life and I’m going to live it my way.

However you answered, Blog-Buddies, I’m aiming to help. Because you deserve something good for your personal growth. (And not just some consolation prize.)

Likewise with your spiritual awakening and path of self-actualization.

It’s beautiful if you’ve sought an answer to the big question posed in this article. Of course, we have the right to make wise choices and not settle for “Whatever.”

Regardless of how you’ve started interacting with the BIG QUESTION in our article so far, I think I can bring you some peace. Because I’ve had a fair amount of professional experience, helping people to find practical answers to that so-serious question.

Interacting. Did You Notice that Word “Interacting”?

Right in the last paragraph. Starting with the word “Regardless.” There it was. Interacting. As in, “Regardless of how you’ve started interacting with the words in our article so far…”

In this article, I’m going to introduce you to a juicy concept that is probably new. And then, Blog-Buddies, I’ll do my best to explain how this juicy concept can help in your quest to learn, What does God want me to do?

Juicy Concept? What Juicy Concept?

Positioning your consciousness, that’s what. Until you know some essentials about positioning consciousness, you’ll likely feel stuck, Blog-Buddies. Therefore, let’s agree on a basic definition.

First of all, consciousness is one of your great resources for connecting to God. Consciousness means the flow of awareness you have as soon as you first wake up in a new day.

Until you fall asleep, day over, you have a flow of consciousness.

About 100 years ago, Virginia Woolf and James Joyce began to write novels about “stream of consciousness.” They noticed how our consciousness is always flowing in one direction or another.

What else matters about what people noticed about consciousness 100 years ago? It was THE transitional century before The Age of Awakening began – starting with the Shift on December 21, 2012. Remarkable though it is that these writers wrote about the flow of consciousness…  by today’s standards, that’s too basic. Because, living now, in The Age of Awakening, we can choose to position our consciousness.

God Wants WHAT?

Could God Really Want Us to Do Technique Time Each Day?

During Technique Time, we purposely direct our flow of awareness one way or another into something “higher.” Not that we would ever purposely do this for extended periods of time, which would be a strain (and possibly even crazy-making). But for a short period of time? Sure, it can help us to deliberately position our consciousness by doing 20 Daily Minutes of Technique Time. And then, depending on what sort of technique we select, that can help us to find a meaningful answer to the big question, What does God want me to do?

  • But which kind of Technique Time?
  • Which sort of answer?
  • And how helpful an answer?

Answering questions like these may require some new understanding, a kind of understanding that few people today possess. As I share this knowledge with you today, let’s see if your hard-won sophistication about personal growth includes this….

Essentially, You Have Three Choices for Positioning Your Consciousness?

Within you, as you are right now, not doing anything… You’ve got three main options, Blog-Buddies.

Not just HUMAN versus THE OTHER SIDE. Let’s explore!

Human Vibrational Frequencies

Basically, these vibrational frequencies involve everyday reality. Positioning consciousness there, you pay attention to what people say, what people do, facts, statistics, and what would show in a YouTube video.

During most of your waking hours, ideally, your consciousness is positioned at Human Vibrational Frequencies. Because, gee, what if you have a choice to make about your career, or your love life, or even which outfit to wear today? Doesn’t it make sense to notice human reality, rather than some advice from spirit guides?

And yet, it can seem puzzling, making choices based on  human life. It’s just so complicated!

Pondering God Wants WHAT from Me?

at Human Vibrational Frequencies

Given human confusions and complications, what then?

Sometimes we may long for a “higher” kind of understanding. Which is why it matters that two other vibrational frequencies are available for positioning your consciousness.

Astral Vibrational Frequencies

Whenever you notice energies or vibes, probably you’re noticing something astral.

Also, if you seek to probe psychologically, aiming to gain wisdom from your subconscious mind, that’s another way to position your consciousness at Astral Vibrational Frequencies.

  • Exploring deep causes
  • And patterns
  • And trauma.
  • Seeking to discover what’s happening under the surface of my everyday thinking….

Of course, that’s astral.

Although it’s not common knowledge, paying a lot of attention to astral anything can be seductive. Even addictive.

Does that allure mean that God Wants Some-Kind-of-Astral-Flashy experience for me?

For reasons I’ll be explaining soon, Astral Vibrational Frequencies have great allure. This can cause us to believe we’re making contact with the third type of vibrational frequency — what’s Divine.

Even though we’re not.

Because, which is the very most elusive way to position your consciousness? Bringing awareness to….

The Divine Vibrational Frequency

Notice, regarding THE Divine Vibrational Frequency. There’s just one — in contrast to the innumerable experiences you’re having right now, at the human level.

Also compared to the even larger number of astral-type inputs that you might have if, for instance, you’re reading this article while stoned on weed. (Not that I recommend this. Marijuana positions consciousness in the astral, not the Divine.)

Ever-changing! That’s the nature of the other two types of vibrational frequency, human and astral. By contrast, the Divine Vibrational Frequency is never-changing.

God Wants What?… And Gives What?… at The Divine Vibrational Frequency

Think about God, for instance — or about Divine Beings, like Jesus, Kwan Yin, or St. Germain. Their attributes include:

  • Perfection
  • Omniscience
  • Omnipresence
  • Great spiritual power
  • Bringing joy and bliss
  • Bringing peace
  • Being able appear before humans in innumerable versions of their bodies. Simultaneously!

Divine Beings seem ideal for helping you to figure out, What does God want me to do?

Except there’s a catch…

Divine Beings Don’t Necessarily Know about Your Problems

Likewise, they don’t care about your problems. Not in the ways that you do. With your human eyes you can look at a paycheck, or the face of your beloved. By contrast, Almighty God doesn’t have human eyes.

What if you ask God to help you to decide what to do with your paycheck or your beloved? I doubt that God would perceive them as you do. More likely, God understands your intent and could read your aura. (Or the aura of that sometimes-annoying “beloved.” )

You see, Blog-Buddies, it’s no use, expecting to God to be Divine and also human. Closest you can come? You’re human! Also, besides being human, you’ve got quite a bit of Divine spark within you. Deep down, that divinity within can support your human life.

However, other than that Divine spark within you, God isn’t only MORE than human. God is NOT human.

Did You Ever Wonder… What Is God’s Language?

Really, what kind of things does God notice? That would be pretty vital for answering the BIG QUESTION, wouldn’t it?

Suppose that you want to know What does God want me to do?… At which vibrational frequency can you get an answer? Here’s a hint.

Even if you had an excellent mobile phone, does that necessarily mean that you’ve been given God’s personal phone number?

Of course not. if you aim to receive help from God, how you position your consciousness — that’s how you connect. Doing this takes Technique Time, usually. But which kind of technique?

Using Stage Three Energetic Literacy it is possible to research with precision where different techniques position consciousness. (To learn more about various ways I research consciousness when people use different spiritual techniques, you might like to sample these links for: Energetic Holograms, Vibrational Re-Positioning®, Consciousness Positioning Consults® , and 21 Stages of Energetic Literacy)

You can go trial and error. Or you could have a session with me to receive technical feedback.

Either way, what follows is not just a theory. Last year I spent 1,000+ session hours helping RES clients, and the same for many previous years. Much of that time I was using energetic literacy to research what really happened to my client’s consciousness when doing various techniques to gain wisdom. Summing up what I’ve learned…

Shocking or Not

Many forms of Technique Time don’t deliver the Divine connection we’re hoping for. Some examples follow.

Prayers spoken aloud, affirmations, and mindfulness meditation.

All of these position your consciousness at Human Vibrational Frequencies. The ideas may inspire you. However, you’re receiving human-type guidance.

We could even call it “The faith-based placebo effect” or “The religious placebo effect.” Sure can put a person in a fine mood. But that’s at Human Vibrational Frequencies. With all respect, nothing Divine about it… except for the sacred beliefs from our spiritual background.

How about sacred chants or singing hymns?

Again, your consciousness is positioned at Human Vibrational Frequencies. One thing is different here: One or more Divine Beings may enter the room, inspiring you.

Yes, inspiring you. But not telling you, either directly or indirectly, What does God want me to do?

Feeling in a good mood can lead us to think we’re receiving Divine guidance. In reality, though, we’re receiving a mood about receiving Divine guidance.

Contemplative practices.

These could be as simple as closing your eyes and asking, What would Jesus do?

Or, to put it in a way that gives me 2,330,000,000 hits on Google today, What would God have me do?

Or asking – you guessed it — What does God want me to do?

Automatically you’ll position your consciousness somewhere at Astral Vibrational Frequencies. Sadly, you’re probably not receiving information at the Divine Vibrational Frequency.

Psychic readings or asking your guides what to do.

Many people find comfort and inspiration from connecting to beings like these, sometimes called “angels,” or “God’s Messengers.” But which person would you rather meet, your local UPS pickup messenger or the UPS CEO?

In terms of vibrational frequencies, spirits are astral beings – akin to God’s delivery guys. Sure, they’ll gladly tell you their version of What does God want me to do? But why believe them? And why believe in them. They live at Astral Vibrational Frequencies, and if you’re opening up receptively to their messages, guess where your own consciousness goes?

That’s right. Astral beings are not Divine Beings. So why put yourself (and your consciousness) in power of astral spirits, taking their orders?

Transcendent meditation.

Many people believe that all forms of meditation take you to the feet of God. Sadly, if these people gained dependable Stage 3 Energetic Literacy, they’d become smarter consumers.

With good skills, it’s easy to research where a particular meditation technique positions your consciousness. Usually, the answer is that the meditation brings your awareness to an Astral Vibrational Frequency.

Even if you do manage to meditate in a way that positions your consciousness at the Divine Vibrational Frequency, what then?

You still won’t receive any answers to What does God want me to do?

Because when awareness is positioned at the Divine Vibrational Frequency, you’re not paying attention to Human Vibrational Frequencies. Not unless you’ve got an extra head or two…

Being human, just one head per person, we’re able to position consciousness at just one vibrational frequency at a time.

In Conclusion

This article has aimed to help you understand why it’s a struggle to figure out What does God want me to do?

One way to succeed is to learn how to co-create with God. This book can help. And so can my next series of online workshops… currently being fine tuned. (Aiming to launch this Sparkling series this very month. If all goes according to plan.)

Meanwhile, here’s something you can start doing right now.

Start using your savvy about the three vibrational frequencies. Could be, you’ll encounter a lot of confusions and wishful thinking, where techniques are supposed to be Divine but are really astral or human.

Know that you don’t have to take claims at face value, not if you’re committed to using your full potential in life. Because you can make progress at that every day. Settle for nothing less than psychological growth — and also spiritual actualization — until you’re using your full potential.

    Rose,

I don’t think I have ever seen this concept written in this sort of way. I personally found it very useful.

“What does God want me to do?” is quite a mysterious question.

Us humans, in our intentionally limited perceptions, often struggle to grasp and digest that big WHY. We are human after all.

  5. 5
    Leo Watts says:

But we can do that being human thing well.

And if we believe in God, then there’s probably a reason we are human, now. And there’s probably intrinsic value in this fun and wacky and challenging journey of human life.

Thank you for this thorough article!

I noticed when I’ve given my self-authority to God in ways like, “what am I supposed to do, God?!” the long term effect has never been enjoying my human life more.

I well remember those days of wrestling with this very question: what did God want me to do?

I did the mental equivalent of beating my breast and stamping my feet, demanding to know, feeling so frustrated at not being given a clear answer..

When it began to dawn on me that God did not have an ‘agenda’ for my life (which I was supposed to discern), it was tremendously freeing – and also a little scary, at first.
