Deeper Perception Made Practical

Being Somebody Wonderful. Summertime Empath Contest

Being Somebody Wonderful. Thanks, Melinda Gates, for inspiring our latest contest for winning a free reading.

Being Somebody Wonderful. Announcing a new contest where the three winners will receive a free aura reading: A Skilled Empath Merge.

How perfect is that for summertime? Details here.

Being Somebody Wonderful

Recently I watched Melinda Gates in an interview with David Letterman. As you may know, she’s the Co-Chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Bill and I have eliminated polio,” she said. And she wasn’t kidding. Nor bragging, either.

According to Gates, they’ve nearly eliminated polio. To be technical, there are still maybe 30 cases left in the world. But those folks live in remote areas, torn by war. It’s impossible to reach them.

Otherwise, yes. Melinda Gates, a mother of three, whose husband sometimes does carpool duty… She has helped to eliminate the disease. In America alone, during the early 1950s, for instance, some of us still remember. Polio outbreaks caused more than 15,000 cases of paralysis annually.

What kind of person works to make the vaccine we’ve got in this country… available worldwide? What kind of person manages a philanthropic organization with 50 billion dollars? And who talks with less attitude and affectation than a fourth-rate, aspiring rock star?

With zero attitude and affectation, actually. Sure, she speaks with exceptional social polish. But that’s different from preening. A five-year old could tell the difference.

Seems to me, Melinda Gates is being somebody pretty darned wonderful.

Being Somebody Truly Wonderful, Melinda Gates Inspired this Contest

In fact, she inspired me this much: For the three prizes, I’m going to do Skilled Empath Merges.

Not free aura readings. And not free face readings. Also, of course, not the kinds of reading so popular elsewhere. As contest prizes, I will NOT be offering:

  • Free chakra readings
  • Free psychic readings
  • Uh, to use today’s more trendy term, free intuitive readings
  • Or free energy readings

You get the idea, Blog-Buddies. No psychic readings of any kind.

Because, speaking of “truly wonderful,” it’s amazing that we’ve got several alternatives. All 10 of the trademarked RES skill sets provide a healthy alternative to psychic readings.

What makes that possible? Because psychic readings involve working with astral spirits. By contrast, I developed all RES skills by co-creating with the Divine. When you learn those skills, you learn how to co-create in that way. (Quite a different impact on the person doing the readings.)

An “Empowered Empath” can do a Skilled Empath Merge without any negative personal consequences. And so that’s what I’ll offer to the three prizewinners for this contest.

Being Somebody Wonderful Contest, How to Enter

Blog-Buddies, I think you’ll find it easy.

  1. Enter as often as you like. Simply comment below.
  2. Deadline for all submissions is August 1, 2019. (Whenever is midnight in YOUR time zone.)
  3. For each entry, name a public figure.
  4. Summarize for us. Why you think that person exemplifies being truly wonderful.
  5. List 1-3 questions you have about that person. Questions that you think or hope could be answered through use of RES skills for Deeper Perception.

Note: Unlike many of my contests here at the blog, I am NOT asking that you send me a photo link of anybody you nominate.

True, only three entries will win a free Skilled Empath Merge, as a blog post. However I’ll add an educational feature to this contest? If you ask questions that lie outside the scope of a Skilled Empath Merge, I’ll explain WHY. Otherwise I’ll summarize WHY your questions could be answered by doing a Skilled Empath Merge.

In the future, doing this deepest form of Deeper Perception may become the standard. Imagine if every Celebrity Reading you can find through this link… Involved Stage 3 Energetic Literacy at a minimum. Bringing so much truth into this world!

Meanwhile, loads of empath coaches have sprung up over the years. Yet how many of them manage to do Skilled Empath Merges? Nobody else on that first page of hits. Pretty wacky!

Even If You Don’t Win, You Can Gain a Lot from this Contest

Any way, I hope you enjoy this contest, Blog-Buddies. Check back often and benefit from:

  • Meeting outstanding (new?) public figures.
  • Sharing three questions you think that a a Skilled Empath Merge might answer?
  • Reading all the educational exchanges that develop in our COMMENTS section.
  • Later, reading the three blog posts for our winners.
  • And maybe you’ll even become one of those winners!

I would like to nominate Kelly Brogan MD. Here is a link to her photo on her website:

  2. 2
    Call me Curious says:

I think she is wonderful because she is one of the pioneers with medical credentials who is questioning the conventional wisdom of treating psychiatric symptoms with pharmaceuticals.

She is insteading looking at nutritional deficiencies and other physical illnesses as some of the root causes of depression, anxiety, and other commonly diagnosed mental illnesses.

  3. 3
    Call me Curious says:

Her work is grounded in studying the scientific literature.

One of the questions I have is what gives her the courage to buck the medical establishment?
While I have not read her books, I have read her blog and have watched some interviews with her on youtube.

  4. 4
    Still curious says:

I would like to nominate Michelle Obama who serves as a strong example for women and girls in terms of living with dignity, self respect, and speaking up for oneself. More recently, she is talking about the importance of women putting themselves first. Here is a photo:

  5. 5
    Still curious says:

My question is how did she develop her inner strength and fortitude?

Is any of it directly linked to a connection with the divine?

  6. 6

Thank you for your leadership in nominating the first two people for our Being Somebody Wonderful Contest.

Regarding your question in Comment #3, “[What] gives her the courage to buck the medical establishment establishment?” Interesting! This is where you win the prize of understanding better the sort of information that one can — or cannot — get from a Skilled Empath Merge.

  7. 7

Given what a sophisticated thinker you are, I’ll give a bit of a detailed response.

#1. It’s so important to know what a Skilled Empath Merge (or Energetic Literacy-style aura reading) is NOT. It is not like chit-chatting with your friends about someone you admire, like Dr. Brogan, making theories about what gives her courage.

  8. 8

Instead, you’re learning about one chakra databank at a time. And, in the case of a Skilled Empath Merge, you’re learning about it in a very personal way, as if directly experiencing it.

By contrast, aura reading gives you information, but it’s clearly about the other individual. Not received in a way that is quite as detailed and personal.

  9. 9

#2. The closest you could come would be learning about how she uses power. Since she (and you, and I, and all you Blog-Buddies) have a Solar Plexus Chakra Databank for Using Power.

That might show nuances of courage, or not. There is no chakra databank for courage. IMO, that’s because courage is an interpretation that one makes of the actions and speech of those we admire.

  10. 10

#3. Dr. Kelly is, evidently, choosing a confrontational approach. Based solely on what you’ve written, she’s not taking the tack of supplementing how doctors prescribe psychiatric medication.

A different approach might have been to say she was supplementing what doctors already do, finding methods that might be more effective than drugs, such as flagging problems with a patient’s diet.

  11. 11

Either way, she could do the same work, right?

That’s why, if I were to research Dr. Kelly, I would also research her Throat Chakra Databank for Communication During Conflict. As her fan, CALL ME CURIOUS, you interpret her way of communicating as courage. We might find something relevant, either supporting your view or not. For sure, the desire to help folks with mental health problems is beautiful!

  12. 12

Now to comment on your Comments #4 and 5, this time naming yourself “STILL CURIOUS.” First of all, one sad thing that I mentioned quietly at this blog… evidently too quietly for it to register on you or others.

In 2018 I researched former First Lady Michelle Obama, former President Obama, and former First Lady and Secretary of State, nearly the winner of our last presidential election, Hilary Clinton. All are off my Enlightenment Life List. Sadly, they are now living in Extreme Spiritual Addiction.

  13. 13

Back to your questions in Comment #5, it would be very complicated to research, ” how did she develop her inner strength and fortitude?”

Best I could do would be to line up a series of photographs, at different ages in the life of Michelle Obama. Then I’d research a handful of chakra databanks. Doing comparison readings.

  14. 14

At best, that would be a lot of time spent researching in order to develop a theory. You see, STILL CURIOUS, Skilled Empath Merge is not at all like explaining why somebody does things.

I’d leave that more to a psychotherapist. Or maybe to a psychic. Around here, we’re doing Deeper Perception. A far humbler task.

  15. 15

But good news, regarding your other question in Comment #5, “Is any of it directly linked to a connection with the divine?”

We can, of course, research her Third Eye Chakra Databank for Connection to Spiritual Source. Thus, we can learn about the qualities of anybody’s connection to the Divine, at any given time. The time of the photo.

  16. 16

To experience and put words to a person’s unique sacred connection to “Highest Power,” — that’s pretty fascinating.

Still, to be thorough, I want to clarify that this is not the same as linking or explaining why a person shows strength. Again, that’s a question for a different specialist, whether a psychic or a representative of a particular religion. Could be, many a Bible Study group has speculated inspiringly on this very topic, but it’s outside the scope of anything RES.

  17. 17

STILL CURIOUS, I’m very glad you stepped forward and nominated these two candidates for a Skilled Empath Merge. We’ve done Energy Spirituality sessions together for so many years, and I know that you have a tremendous thirst for understanding.

I have a hunch that you’ve enjoyed my feedback, rather than taking my clarifications as criticism — sure hope so.

  18. 18

Never before have I opened up a contest like this one, and it’s such a great opportunity to gain greater understanding: What can we learn from a Skilled Empath Merge?

  19. 19
    Still curious says:

    So sad to read #12….

I did miss the previous time you mentioned it.

  20. 20

I know what you mean. Of course, my emphasis at this blog is not to bemoan people who aren’t doing well any more. It’s to do all I can to give you understandings and skills so that YOU can do well.

Non-celebrities like us can’t really imagine all the pressures that the biggest politicians and performers and sports figures face. We have it relatively easy, when it comes to living as ourselves. Never having to impress anyone, let alone millions of followers, etc.

  21. 21

Rose, I would like to nominate Jessica Cox:

Ms. Cox was born without arms, but still managed to earn a black belt in Taekwondo, and to attain her small-craft pilot’s license.

  22. 22
    Kylie says:

I don’t know if this person is all around wonderful–I can’t really think of too many public figures who fit that description and aren’t politicians. I did read an article the other day about a very young activist in Hong Kong, Joshua Wong.

I think he must be incredibly courageous. He probably has quite a lot of “stuff” but it isn’t stopping him from taking action to make his country more free. I wonder about his talent for leadership, his ability to communicate in a high stress situation and about how he handles anger.

  23. 23

The questions I would like to ask her:
    1) what are your personal qualities which contribute the most to your achievements (despite having no arms)?
    2) how has being armless affected your close relationships?

  24. 24
    Kylie says:

Also, I don’t know if she’s wonderful or not, but I’m curious about Christine Lagarde, who was just elected to the European parliament.

I haven’t done aura reading of her, but she looks like someone who is smart, powerful, and has a lot of personality. I’d be curious about her leadership ability, how she shares power, and her spiritual connection.

  25. 25

SANDRA HAERING and KYLIE, thank you for your wonderful nominations.

And yes, every single questions you’ve asked… can be answered by doing a Skilled Empath Merge. Excellent!!!

  26. 26
    Living on Earth says:

Thank you for this beautiful contest Rose!

Skilled Empath Merges are fascinating. Providing a deeply intimate level of understanding someone.

  27. 27
    Living on Earth says:

I’ve always found Natalie Portman as someone who has multiple layers of maturity to her.

At my Stage 1 Energetic Literacy she seems very intellectual and charismatic yet also can be on the very sensitive side. She seems to balance being strong yet gentle quite well. Especially for someone in the public eye.

  28. 28
    Living on Earth says:

    I’d be interested to know:
    – how she handles her emotions?
    – how she handles emotional connections to others?
    – If she is able to use her personal power in the objective reality?

  29. 29

Wonderful nomination, LIVING ON EARTH. To get a bit technical about your questions, at this educational blog:

The third question? Excellent. A Skilled Empath Merge could reveal that.

  30. 30

Your other two questions come close to something that a Skilled Empath Merge could answer.

Yes, there are Solar Plexus Chakra Databanks for Handling Anger; and one for Handling Fear. Also, there are Crown Chakra Databanks for Handling Anger in Collective Consciousness, and one for Handling Fear in Collective Consciousness. Also one for Handling Sadness in Collective Consciousness.

  31. 31

Aha, right! As my fellow consciousness geek, you’ve probably figured out the difference by now. There are chakra databanks about handling a small number of emotions. But there’s nothing about “How a person handles emotions.”

Because my work involves making precise distinctions, these Heart Chakra Databanks are different too:

  32. 32

    1. Emotional Self-Awareness
    2. Emotional Self-Honesty
    3. Emotional Receiving

  33. 33

I could write something similar about how there’s no chakra databank about “handling” emotional connections to others.

It’s more about simply having them. As in the Heart Chakra Databanks that I named in the previous comment.

  34. 34

So here’s my recommendation to you and other Blog-Buddies. Please consider that assessing, in general, how a person handles a huge aspect of life, or controls it, or seeking overall patterns with it….

That’s more what pop psychology has trained us to do. Even mental health professionals, who’ve got rigor and professional training, may sometimes generalize in these ways. By contrast, energetic literacy is different. Likewise, every other skill set within Energy Spirituality is different.

  35. 35

You see, with Stage 3 Energetic Literacy (or higher), you don’t make theories about patterns. You go right to capacities — energetic chunks called “chakra databanks” — about how human beings are set up to learn and evolve and even self-actualize. Then you find out how the person is doing right now — or at the time of a research photo. What do you get instead of theories? Bits and bytes of highly specific information at a subtle level. (And sometimes an Energy Spirituality Expert will help to co-create healing, when energetic STUFF gets in the way.)

As an Enlightenment Coach, I use a lot of skills. Yet none of them involves theorizing about a person’s patterns. Interesting?

  36. 36
    Living on Earth says:

Very well put Rose thank you!
I’m very surprised at myself that I missed that the first time. Easy to blame it on my full blown flu symptoms at the moment but still.
How about changing the first two questions to finding out about her emotional self acceptance and her ability to handle conflict.

  37. 37

LIVING ON EARTH, my gosh, I hope you feel better soon.

Yes, those are wonderful new questions, very researchable through a Skilled Empath Merge. Thanks to Teachable You.

  38. 38
    Kylie Sparks says:

I’m also going to nominate a musician from the Dominican Republic, Juan Louis Guerra, because his songs make me smile. Songs like “Kitipun” and “La Billirubina” and “Ojala que llueva cafe.”

His songs are light-hearted, quirky and fun and he seems very compassionate.

  39. 39
    Kylie Sparks says:

I also appreciate that the couple of music videos I’ve seen by him feature normal looking human people, not scantily clad models.

I’m curious about his spiritual connection, his communication for creative expression, and about his chakra databank for serving others through work.

  40. 40

From what you’ve written here, KYLIE, I’m already a fan of Mr. Guerra.

And, yes, the questions you’ve asked about are all CAN DO for Skilled Empath Merge. Hooray!

  41. 41
    Holly says:

    Hi Rose,

I would like to nominate Chris Hemsworth, please. He is an Australian actor who plays Thor, the Norse God of Thunder, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

  42. 42
    Holly says:

Chris got bored of playing a serious Thor and worked with the director on creating a more comedic Thor. He’s known for being a goofball while on set.

I have seen clips of Chris dancing, jump-roping, and surfing with his children. During interviews, he has no problem making fun of himself.

  43. 43
    Holly says:

I find him funnier as himself than when he is in a role. I wonder how different his sense of humor is when he is being himself versus when he playing a character.

  44. 44
    Holly says:

Chris put on a lot of muscle for the role of Thor. He has said he would rather not have shirtless scenes. But he also just released an app on working out and nutrition with access to routines from some of his personal trainers.

So he probably has a healthy connection to his physical body?

  45. 45
    Holly says:

Chris and his family recently moved from L.A. to Australia. There are also lots of pictures of him with his wife smiling while facing each other.

I wonder if he has Divine support for bringing joy into such a competitive industry. Or maybe he just has a lot of charm and charisma.

  46. 46
    Holly says:

He is a big movie star and also brother-in-law to Miley Cyrus, but hopefully he is still himself.

  47. 47

HOLLY, thank you for your delightful and detailed nomination of Chris Helmsworth. Let’s do a bit of educating about what kind of information is — or isn’t — available through a Skilled Empath Merge.

#1. “I wonder how different his sense of humor is when he is being himself versus when he playing a character.” Yes, I could research this, if I were to up the scope of work for this simple kind of contest prize. Which is ONE Skilled Empath Merge with ONE person in ONE photograph.

  48. 48

Also, I’m not quite sure if photos are even available of Chris “being himself.” To research what you’ve asked for, I’d have to find one of those. Then compare it to one when he is playing a character.

#2. About that intriguing Comment #44, my answer is “sorta.” I could research Chris’s Root Chakra Databank for Connection to his Physical Body. However. (Or maybe I could write, “Howevers.)…

  49. 49

As you know, HOLLY, one of my jobs as the founder of Energy Spirituality is to help us sort out what kind of language is appropriate for this field. Versus what isn’t.

Definition time: Energy Spirituality helps people to grow emotionally and awaken spiritually by using skills that work now, in the Age of Awakening.

  50. 50

Meaning to educate, not to criticize, let’s revisit this question from your Comment #44: “So he probably has a healthy connection to his physical body?”

Energy Spirituality is not psychology. And it is not a medical field. Therefore, it is never an Energy Spirituality Expert’s job to assess if anyone has a “healthy” connection to his physical body.

  51. 51

BTW, I have a healthy skepticism about all of Comment #44. Just surface perception here. I’m going to offer some about this:

“Chris put on a lot of muscle for the role of Thor. He has said he would rather not have shirtless scenes. But he also just released an app on working out and nutrition with access to routines from some of his personal trainers.”

  52. 52

Big movie stars like Chris are managed and PRed within an inch of their lives. Let’s use our common sense:

#1. If Chris put on a lot of muscle for the role of Thor, he knew the script in advance. He knew he would have loads of shirtless scenes. It’s disingenuous for him to tell his public anything like, “Oh, I’m so embarrassed. I never knew I’d have all the shirtless scenes.”

  53. 53

#2. Why do you think he managed to put out this app, with all he knows about working out and nutrition? Somebody advising him — or him — must have thought, “Hey, here’s another way we can make a whole lot of extra money.”

It’s so common for celebrities to try to parlay their looks and fame into “expertise.” I’d be more interested in an app developed by one or more of those excellent personal trainers.

  54. 54

To sum up what I find manipulative about what you’ve written:

Chris takes a role with a lot of chest exposure. He prepares for it. Publicly, he pretends he doesn’t want it. Then he flaunts his body and parlays his fame into an app for making more money. In short, ick!

  55. 55

Thanks for bearing with me here, HOLLY. Let’s leap over to Comment #46, which we can do on our own (without seeking the immense wisdom of Chris about nutrition and training).

“I wonder if he has Divine support for bringing joy into such a competitive industry. Or maybe he just has a lot of charm and charisma.”

  56. 56

Tell me if I’m remembering accurately here. Seems to me that you are one of a smallish number of Blog-Buddies who has not only done Soul Thrill Aura Research®. But, on at least one occasion, the research has turned up a Divine blessing for a particular choice.

I write “smallish” because usually Divine blessing doesn’t come up for any research item in a session like that. It’s rare. You just happen to know about it because you “got lucky” (in the Energy Spirituality sense 😉 ).

  57. 57

So Divine support, in this sense, shows indirectly with the trademarked, unique research skill of Soul Thrill Aura Research. You couldn’t seek Divine support directly even if you were using this skill.

By contrast, this contest involves an entirely different kind of research, Skilled Empath Merge. And that doesn’t turn up Divine support.

  58. 58

As for the bigger question you’re asking, I have no ability to research WHY Chris has “brought joy into such a competitive industry” or why he is famous.

HOLLY, you’re such a good sport. Thank you for the opportunity to educate folks who are in the forefront of understanding these new technologies of the Age of Awakening.

  59. 59

Oh yes, regarding your Comment #46, you’ve shared some insider slang that comes up sometimes in Energy Spirituality sessions. Concerning somebody who has slid into extreme spiritual addiction, a state of consciousness where somebody lives more like a puppet run by astral beings, rather than still “being himself.”

Unfortunately, like Miley Cyrus, Chris Helmsworth is also in extreme spiritual addiction. Probably you can find info at the Enlightenment Life List.

  60. 60

Probably both appear on the related Nominated list. But not the Alphabetical Enlightenment Life List.

And also, if you searched on their names, going through the many Comments pages, you’d probably find a comment for each where I noted their consciousness lifestyle. Sorry about that.

  61. 61
    Olivia Swan says:

Hi Rose – I’d be interested in knowing more about Greta Thunberg, the young woman from Sweden who is leading young people in a global climate change movement.

She appears to be a powerhouse who’s ready to take on the world.

  62. 62
    Olivia Swan says:

She also seems to have a very specific type of compassion, my guess is that it’s for the planet. I’m also curious about her communication style. She seems to know how to impact collective consciousness.

    Greta Thunberg link:

  63. 63

What an inspiring nominee, OLIVIA! Thanks for your comments here. And you even supplied a link, which isn’t needed for entering the contest, although I do appreciate it. (I’ll make a note about that in the main post here.)

  64. 64

    There, added!

You know, OLIVIA, I didn’t ask for a photo link but I did request that each entry include 1-3 questions. You haven’t exactly put your questions in the form of questions. But for the sake of clarity, I’ll comment on each of [what I think you meant to be questions] as if you’d written it in the form of a question. Hope this makes sense. 🙂

  65. 65

Putting this more clearly, Blog-Buddies, please ask questions that are, technically, questions. For instance, “She appears to be a powerhouse who’s ready to take on the world.”

Questions might be, “Is she a powerhouse?” and “Is she ready to take on the world.” But I have no way of finding that out from a Skilled Empath Merge. Maybe a question for a psychic? (But I’d recommend, now that we’re in the Age of Awakening, please avoid psychic readings or personal psychic development.)

  66. 66

Regarding: “She also seems to have a very specific type of compassion, my guess is that it’s for the planet.”

Putting that in the form of a question, you might have asked, “Does she have a very specific type of compassion?” And “Is there a form of compassion that is for the planet? If so, does she have it?”

  67. 67

Oh well, questions like these are not within the scope of a Skilled Empath Merge. Maybe, more, they’re a spiritual kind of wondering about a person?

And many folks assume that empaths do that. But this empath doesn’t.

  68. 68

Finally, “I’m also curious about her communication style. She seems to know how to impact collective consciousness.”

Yes! OLIVIA, I could answer a question like, “How does she communicate with people?” Hooray!

  69. 69

As for impacting collective consciousness, you do that daily. Me too. And so do you, if you’re not OLIVIA or me and you’re reading this world.

Everybody impacts collective consciousness, through what we do and through what we don’t do; what we say and what we don’t say.”

  70. 70

Seems to me, you might be looking for an aura way to ask, “Is she going to be effective at changing people’s beliefs and habits?” Because that’s what people do.

Although we have personal impact on collective consciousness, it’s rare for somebody to be truly influential, like Freud or Einstein. Only time will tell if that’s true for the admirable Greta Thunberg.

  71. 71

OLIVIA, I think your nomination has made a contribution to this educational blog. (If not making a seismic change to collective consciousness.) Much like my responses!

Together we’ve teamed up to bring more clarity into the world about: What is a Skilled Empath Merge? Which kinds of insight are usual? Which are possible? And which lie far, far outside the scope of dong any Skilled Empath Merge. So thank you, OLIVIA.

  72. 72
    Holly says:

Thank you for the explanations 🙂

  73. 73
    Olivia Swan says:

    Yes! Thank you Rose!

  74. 74
    Call me curious says:

    Dear Rose,
I am belatedly following up on my comment # 3 where I asked some questions about Kelly Brogan MD, who I nominated in comment #1.

Having read what it is possible to learn through a skilled empath merge, I am curious to learn more about her connection to the divine. And is it possible to find out how her connection to the divine plays out in her work? (Not sure I am wording that correctly).

  75. 75

CALL ME CURIOUS, thank you so much for coming back and continue to enliven this contest.

Question 1 is a YES! A Skilled Empath Merge can always explore how somebody connects to the Divine. (Often one of my favorite things, actually!)

  76. 76

Question 2 was worded fine for me to understand it, I believe. But what would be involved in researching how Dr. Brogan connects to the Divine while working?

For this I would need a candid photograph, while she was actually working. Right? Then I could do that research, but only if I had such a photograph. And it’s unlikely I’d find one, yes?

  77. 77

Anyway, see how that works? Skilled Empath Merge doesn’t just provide more info from what one might get from a psychic reading — more detailed info, more human in focus. Not a speck of “meant to be.”

Besides that, doing a Skilled Empath requires more than consulting a psychic (and that psychic’s spirits). I literally need a photo that shows the Discovery Person at the time of doing something. No photo of the M.D. at work, no research about anything going on with her when at work. Simple, really.

  78. 78
    Call me curious says:

    Hi Rose,
That makes perfect sense. I think that someone’s connection to the divine can tell a lot about a person. Also, I liked your other suggestions in response to my questions (hopefully wording the questions correctly):
How does Dr. Brogan use her power? And what how does she communicate during conflict?

  79. 79

You’re on a roll now, CALL ME CURIOUS. Yes, both of those last two questions are totally research-able with a Skilled Empath Merge.

    You’re just makin’ my day!

Today, Blog-Buddies, I published the first of a two-part aura reading of somebody whom I, personally, consider wonderful. (See it here.)
All this reminds me that this contest runs through August 1, 2019 only. Be sure to send in your nominations. Such fun to ask your questions about public figures you admire!

    Edward Grant says:

Hi Rose, I would like to nominate Satya Nadella. He has been the CEO of Microsoft for the last 5 years and very recently has helped Microsoft re-establish itself as the world’s most valuable company.

From what I have read, Satya helped change the culture of Microsoft from the philosophy “we don’t take prisoners” to “we don’t need to win all the time”. He has also made many other changes too.

  83. 83
    Edward Grant says:

I would also like to nominate Ursula von der Leyen for the Being Somebody Wonderful contest.

Ursula is a German politician and the President-elect for the European Commission. She will be the first woman to be president.

  84. 84
    Edward Grant says:

Ursula was not the front runner or a real contender to be the President of the European Commission, although She became a front runner in the last few days.

It does seem she has been brought in to bring more stability and unity as there are big divides within Europe.

  85. 85
    Edward Grant says:

I did do an aura reading on Ursula; which I enjoyed, and then afterwards I read more about her in the economist and heard her make a speech about what she wants to achieve in her time as president.

She briefly spoke about the United Kingdom (UK) and announced if no deal can be made by October 31st, she will extend the date for making a deal.

  86. 86
    Edward Grant says:

After hearing her speak, I was a little more annoyed that the UK are still going ahead with Brexit, and after Boris Johnson becoming Prime Minister, the UK could be looming towards a no deal Brexit, which is believed to tip the UK into a recession.

  87. 87
    Edward Grant says:

I like what Ursula said on many topics including gender equality. I would like to know more, in the way Ursula uses and shares power. Ursula has a tough job on her hands, and she will need all the help she can get.

  88. 88
    Graham says:

I would like to nominate Jason Fung for this contest. He is an advocate of intermittent fasting, and if the claims he makes are true, intermittent fasting can provide a whole host of health benefits.

  89. 89
    Graham says:

I would like to know whether his aura is as ‘healthy’ as he claims his diet plan to be. Photo of him here:

    Thank you, Rose!

EDWARD GRANT, thank you for your enthusiastic nomination of Satya Nadella. Your nomination has more background than I requested, which is delightful.

I do wonder, though, if you looked through the rules for entering this particular contest. It’s one of the educational ones. For this one, please add 1-3 questions that you hope might be answered by my Skilled Empath Merge, if that entry wins. Go for it, EDWARD!

  91. 91

By contrast, you gave The Compleat Nomination for Ursula von der Leyen. And I think your questions in Comment #87… are excellent.

    Thank you.

  92. 92

Thanks for your fascinating nomination, GRAHAM, in Comments #88-89. Jason Fung is an appealing candidate for this contest.

Still, this is one of our educational contests, where everybody wins some possible discernment about what we can learn from a Skilled Empath Merge, versus which questions wouldn’t quite work.

  93. 93

Asking about having a “healthy aura” is more what you’d ask of somebody who did Stage 1 Energetic Literacy.

While you might know that I don’t generalize in that way, and encourage all of you to set higher standards as well.

  94. 94

I wonder if you meant to ask, how is he doing in his Root Chakra Databank for Physical Health? (Since this is about as close as this Energy Spirituality field gets to weighing in on something physical.)

Or did you have something else in mind? Maybe about emotional stability? Or intellectual growth? There are so many versions of “healthy aura,” depending upon what we value. What think you?

  95. 95
    Graham says:

Whoops, Rose! My apologies – I submitted my entry in haste. I know better than to refer to a ‘healthy aura’ ;).

To clarify, I would like to know about Jason Fung’s Root Chakra Databank for Physical Health, and whether the fasting regime he advocates is helping or harming his physical health (assuming he follows the fasting regime himself, of course).

  96. 96

GRAHAM, thanks for your gracious response. It’s not necessary to literally name a chakra databank. You know, it’s okay to ask about what his aura shows about his physical health — from an emotional and spiritual perspective.

About that last part… That’s the special excellence of Stage 3 Energetic Literacy (and beyond). We learn about the humanity, not the physical machine.

  97. 97

And here’s what tickled me about your sweet Comment #95: “I submitted my entry in haste.” When we do things quickly, or on automatic pilot, what are we likely to do?

Speak out the default, what’s ready-made in Collective Consciousness. And sure, “healthy aura” is a big deal in Collective Consciousness. Because that Stage 1 Energetic Literacy — and treating the aura like the subtle part of a human machine — does predominate still. You and I and other Blog-Buddies are bringing in something deliciously, usefully NEW!

  98. 98

Just for giggles, let’s check out contrasting hits in Collective Consciousness, as shown in a Google Search:

    * Healthy Aura gets 37,700,000 hits.
    * Spiritual and Emotional Growth in Auras gets 8,410,000 hits.

  99. 99

If somebody hurts your feelings, GILLIAN, or you do a bit of Technique Time, will that impact your health? Not really.

But can there be very specific impacts on a range of your chakra databanks? Absolutely. Quite possibly, informative and useful insights are available.

  100. 100

As people adjust to everyday energetic literacy, where you can research chakra databanks in detail, and you can also read auras from ordinary photographs… what a wealth of insight will become available!

Contrasting with the dull, reductionistic, astral-flavored tropes from pre-Age of Awakening!
