Removing Brain Fog with Help from Rosetree Energy Spirituality (RES)

Don't be scared by brain fog. Just do something about it.

Don’t be scared by brain fog. Just do something about it.

What can you do about brain fog? Surely that is a timely question to answer, given the prevalence of mental confusion for many today. Brain fog has even been called a modern epidemic.

Let’s wrap up our recent series on brain fog and get practical about improving our lives.

Today’s controversial post also invites you to spiritual leadership.

Join all of us who are leading collective consciousness, with auric modeling that demonstrates how to live a pretty darned balanced life, even during these early days and years of the new Age of Aquarius.

1. Position yourself vibrationally by limiting technique time

You’ve already read it here at the blog. Limit yourself to 20 Daily Minutes of Technique Time, Tops. This can make such a difference for your quality of life.

No finicky lifestyle recommendation, this will help you keep your balance energetically during this time after The Shift. During this new Age of Energy, all of us are learning how to energetically keep our balance.

Psychiatric Medications and Hidden Vibrational Causes of Brain Fog

Brain fog can have energetic causes.

Brain fog can have energetic causes.

Mental confusion and brain fog are real factors in everyday life. Some of the energetic truth has been described in a previous article about brain fog. Since The Shift into The Age of Awakening, more and more interactions occur between human consciousness and astral — or psychic-level — experience.

It’s almost as though the regular gravity dynamics of the planet have changed, lightened up considerably.

Imagine if you no longer weighed the usual 110 pounds and now it was more like 55. Everyone else was lighter too, although our human-reality scales still read “110.”

Brain Fog, Spiritual Addiction, and How You Can Triumph

Why has there been an increase in brain fog?

Why has there been an increase in brain fog?

Brain fog, or mental confusion, is common today. We have been discussing it here lately, including guest posts on mental confusion by ISABELLA and JEANNE’s brain fog post, replete with many fascinating comments.

Most vivid to me have been the brain fog Comments 9 and 11 about students at one of America’s top Ivy League colleges, where our Blog-Buddy AN AVID READER described how some students have grown so spaced out, guess what? They have come to work after missing their work shifts completely. When you think about those prestigious schools, do you think of ineffective kids, confused and bewildered?

I have been asked if there is any link between today’s brain fog and spiritual addiction.

Also what you can do about brain fog.

Fear not, Blog-Buddies.

Both questions have answers, from the perspective of Rosetree Energy Spirituality, particularly the parts of it involving Stage Three Energetic Literacy and Empath Empowerment(R) skills. No mere conjecture about vibrational positioning of consciousness, these topics matter so that you can protect yourself energetically. With very practical implications.

An Attorney Deals with Brain Fog. A Guest Post by Jeanne

Head in the clouds? Brain fog and mental confusion may have a vibrational cause.

Head in the clouds? Brain fog and mental confusion may have a vibrational cause.

Brain fog — have you noticed it lately?

It’s happening for millions today, I believe, for energetic reasons. All human beings, to some degree, are struggling to get comfortable with earth’s vibrational frequencies after The Shift into The Age of Aquarius.

  • Have you been noticing this for yourself?
  • How about your closest relationships?
  • And if you have noticed brain fog in the workplace, how have you been dealing with it?

One problem with brain fog is confusion between objective reality versus subjective reality. Because, of course, objective reality is the glory of the legal profession, right?

Today’s guest post comes from a lawyer. Such a tricky field when so many folks keep slip-sliding into subjective experiences, deeper astral experiences that are not even vibrationally  positioned at human frequencies. Yet no labels exist, like street signs. We must use our own common sense and discernment to make sense of our lives.

The Promise of Aura Reading to Spot Liars More Effectively Than Other Methods. A guest post by Pete

Wary of liars? Try developing energetic literacy.

Wary of liars? Try developing energetic literacy.

Can deeper perception help you to spot liars? I think so.

Deception detection is the theme of a three-part interview  here with PETE, an expert in this field. So far two of these interviews have been posted. Then discussion at our online community shifted towards exploring today’s brain fog

Mental fog (a.k.a. “Brain fog” or “Clouding of consciousness”) might lead to behaviors that cause you to suspect lack of honesty. Really it isn’t, necessarily. So I’m glad that our conversation on this topic (for now) ended on a note of compassion.

Before releasing the final interview segment in the series, have I got a treat for you, Blog-Buddies! Today I’m excited to share with you a guest post by PETE about the promise of aura reading — in contrast to watcher-friendly YouTubes and other pop culture versions of deception detection that may not quite fulfill their aims.

Pete’s thoughts follow. Again I thank him for coming up with the idea for our three-part interview. Below I will add headings and links and minor edits. Pete adds his expertise, important if you have wanted to spot liars. Or to detect other types of deception in your business and personal life.

When You Aim to Spot Liars, What Is Credible?

The following is based on my experience traveling the world assessing creditability.

First of all, I want to clarify that deductive body language interpretation and micro-expression analysis is useful for observational purposes as they can be used to assist in developing a hypothesis of an individual’s intent when implementing a holistic approach.

They also assist with identifying patterns. For example, perhaps Mr. Smith always gives a micro-expression of fear when I ask confront him about a rather important issue. This gives me insight as to an area of questioning or conservation that is obviously concerning for him. It does not tell me what the problem actually is or why he is fearful.

Brain Fog after The Shift into this Age of Aquarius, a Guest Post by ISABELLA

Could brain fog be a blessing in disguise?

Could brain fog be a blessing in disguise?

A recent topic of interest here at the blog has been Brain Fog, Spotting Liars, and Life after The Shift. You could call brain fog the opposite of deeper perception. The topic certainly has generated some fascinating comments over at that earlier article.

My favorite so far in this thread came to us courtesy of AN AVID READER who works at an Ivy League University.  She wrote in  Comment #11 about “students completely forgetting to show up for work–-definitely not on purpose. Definitely not lying as it is followed by sincere apologies and promises to do better, etc.”

Wow! Do you have any idea what a big deal that is, Blog-Buddies? These aren’t the legacy students, admitted because their forebears went to the college or contributed large sums of money. These are students who need to work. And hardly layabout-type students, either.

Any student admitted to America’s most selective colleges these days is used to major brainiac focus and working really, really hard.

Brain Fog, Spotting Liars, and Life in The Age of Aquarius

Are you managing to avoid brain fog? Count that as a triumph.

Are you managing to avoid brain fog? Count that as a triumph.

Two themes have been lively at this blog lately. Have you put them together yet, Blog-Buddies? Because making that connection might help you.

Brain Fog, a.k.a. Mental Fog

ZELDA introduced the topic — and term — Brain Fog. She wrote in Comment 22:

I’m wondering if it’s just me or if others have had the experience of noticing that more people in general seem to be a bit confused or unfocussed lately.

For example, in recent dealings with health insurance companies, I’m no longer surprised, but still amazed by how often glaring mistakes are made.

In many of the students I teach, too, I’ve been amazed by how many people are just plain unfocussed.

I’m wondering if it’s related to the major energy shifts we’ve been experiencing.

Clouding of consciousness has been a very prevalent problem, increasing since The Shift. This upgrade in collective consciousness began to stabilize around 12-21-12, as humanity entered this new Age of  Energy. We’re still adjusting.

No, I’m not just making it up. And neither are you.
