Balancing Male Sensitivity. A Guest Post by LILIAN

Can strong men be sensitive? Or even empaths?

Can strong men be sensitive? Energy sensitive? Or even empaths?

How long has it been since Caitlyn Jenner dominated the news? Depending upon the kind of summer you’ve been having, your answer may vary. Yet Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce) is still very much in the news, and so are questions about gender identity, marriage equality, and more.

Meanwhile, our recent discussions about Deeper Perception have centered on sensitivity, energy sensitivity.

Well today is ripe for a synthesis of sorts. Courtesy of Blog-Buddy LILIAN, let’s consider sensitivity for men, for women, for YOU, Blog-Buddies.

LILIAN’s turn comes first with this honest and gutsy guest post. Next turn for commenting… might be yours. 🙂

Yeah, Men!

I have so much interest in gender. Most of the people close to me (friends, lover, colleagues, brothers, dads, etc.) are, and have been, very sensitive men. So that’s at least nine significant extremely sensitive men in my life.

Plus two of my bosses at work.  Some of whom struggle to accept their sensitivity, and some of whom are well adjusted.

Big news today for empaths!  All three of my new books for empaths are finally available in some form or other. As of today. Just today.

The system of Empath Empowerment® can help you enormously. This is a unique method — systematically taught and internationally tested.

Ever since writing the first book for empaths in English, I have worked to refine what Empath Coaching could be. Please consider that I did this to help YOU, because I’m here to help you to benefit from all that experience.

Quirky Inspiration for Empaths

Empathic experience without torment -- that's Empath Empowerment(R), agony strictly optional

Empathic experience without torment — that’s Empath Empowerment(R), agony strictly optional

Straight from today’s Washington Post, Outlook Section, come two quirky kinds of inspiration for us empaths.

Because sometimes you don’t appreciate how far you have come in Empath Empowerment until you read such things.

Congratulations if you are a Highly, Highly Sensitive Person

All empaths are HSPs, after all. However, it doesn’t work in the opposite direction. Every Highly Sensitive Person, or HSP, is not necessarily an empath: Just 1 out of 4 HSPS is a Highly, Highly Sensitive Person and, one way or another, possesses lifelong empath circuitry.

Mainstream society in America (and many other lands) still is learning that sensitivity of any kind can be a good thing.

Witness a front-page story in the editorial section of the Sunday paper, describing apologies that are really non-apologies.

Empath Contest Where Everybody Can Win

“Everyone is an empath.” Recently that idea was raised at this blog. I strongly disagree. But don’t just take my word for it. Enter this latest contest.

Who is an empath?

In the system of Empath Empowerment(R), what does it mean to be an empath?

An empath has at least one significant, trainable gift for directly experiencing what it is like to be another person. Hardwired into a person (or not), aura reading research can reveal if somebody is an empath even while that somebody is in the womb.

More Ways to Improve the Tenderness Factor

Let’s continue to explore ways that your life could have more of that tenderness. Because if you have been craving more sweetness in how people to treat you, there might be some more important put-ins that could end that horrible kind of pain where life seems unreasonably and unpredictably harsh.

Please start by reading the first part of our discussion about having more tenderness in life. We’re continuing a thread about the very understandable feeling that you are special and deserve more tenderness in how people treat you.

Who Is an Empath? Our Online Community’s Empath Life List.

Teaching about Empath Empowerment, at this post and elsewhere, is a sacred process that may take you a while to understand. Stay with it for results that are very real.

Teaching Empath Empowerment®, I’m a blur of motion. Maybe this post’s Empath Life List can help to empower you.

Whew, empaths around the world are finally beginning to know they are empaths. Let the process of Empath Empowerment® accelerate worldwide! In this post I’ll kick off an Empath Life List, similar to my Enlightenment Life List.

When I published the first book for empaths in English, even I didn’t use that word consistently. The title was Empowered by Empathy! (Note the absence of the word “empath.”)

The updated new title is The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing and Managing Your Special Gifts. That’s more like it!

“Empath” Is for Life

Today, many people are wondering if they are empaths. That makes sense because my research has shown that 1 in 20 people on earth now have been born as an empath, naturally talented for life.

Notice this important point, “Naturally talented” does not mean “Naturally skilled.” Just the opposite.

Similarly, curiosity about aura reading doesn’t mean you have developed skills of energetic literacy… although anyone could.
