Question 1. Is It Okay to Do Skilled Empath Merges on the Fly? Just for a Minute?

Today I was inspired by a Skilled Empath, responding elsewhere at this Energy Spirituality® Blog on Medium. I’ll call her “Gladys.”

Wisdom Seekers, I’m going to do something unusual today. Gladys, at that article, shared a few responses that struck me as enthusiastic, yet unclear. At this point, I haven’t been able to check with her personally, finding out what exactly she meant.

Nonetheless, I’ll do some problem solving here, for the sake of all you Skilled Empaths.

Because it has been quite a few years — 25 of them — that I’ve done personal sessions and workshops to help to refine this utterly new system for empaths, Empath Empowerment®.

Although I haven’t seen everything, I have definitely seen more than I ever expected.

For instance:

• I’ve encountered some empaths who received wonderful insights, safely, by following instructions that I’ve given them for “Skilled Empath Merge.”
• One of my students facilitated a Skilled Empath Merge every single day in 2026. And wowee, did she ever evolve fast spiritually! 💚
• You can find many dedicated techniques for Skilled Empath Merge in Book 4 of the series of Empath Empowerment Books: “The Master Empath.”
• I can also teach you techniques designed for different empath gifts. That would be in a personal session of Empath Coaching. First, though, go through “The Master Empath” and, at least once, do every technique in that book.
• Sadly, I’ve also encountered some empaths who considered themselves authorized to do their own thing. Something they made up, kind of. But they’re Skilled Empaths now, so why not do their own whatever???

Any responses, to that last question, Wisdom Seekers?

Question 2. Are All People Who Experiment as “Skilled Empaths” Doing What This Empath Coach Recomments?

I wish!

Wisdom Seekers, talk about experimenting! As you probably know, many empath “experts” claim to teach what I teach, yet they’re approaching “Empath Empowerment” as pop psychology, or random ways to vibe out energy. Not what I coined the trademarked term Empath Empowerment® to mean. So, that’s one problem with people making things up for empaths to do.

Another problem is this: Sometimes a Skilled Empath will start adapting the skills laid out in my books for empaths. Likewise, skills that I rigorously taught in my online workshops for empaths. These enthusiastic empaths don’t mean to improvise on purpose, I suspect. Rather, they slip-slide into it.

In that context, that’s how I heard one of the responses from Gladys. She wrote:

“Machines just make sense to me. The sounds they make, there is an octave and each note may mean a different type of distress…”

I wondered if that was what she was doing. Since I saw how she was writing about what it is like to have the empath gift of Mechanical Empath Ability:

This sounded to me like doing a kind of quickie “Skilled Empath Merge” on the fly. “The sounds they make?”

Personally, I can’t imagine making a statement like this. Although I’ve facilitated many hundreds of Skilled Empath Merges, I’d never make an offhand comment about “The sounds their energies make”, etc.

So This Empath Coach Began to Wonder

• Did Gladys begin with the official Preparation Process?
• Did she follow the steps of a dedicated technique designed expressly for use by Skilled Empaths with Mechanical Empath Ability?
• Or was it more that Gladys did something as an experiment? For instance, assuming, “I’m a Skilled Empath, so I’m free to do empath merges whenever and however I like.”

Whether Gladys experimented purposely or accidentally — or not — it can be helpful to include this topic in todays Empath Coaching through Dedicated Responses.

Fact is: Not all the things that Skilled Empaths do are appropriate for them to do, especially when they are experimenting with ideas of what they “should be able to do”.

Do all you readers know what it means, exactly, becoming a Skilled Empath? If not, feel free to ask. Also, it wouldn’t hurt if you would tell us what you believe it means, living as a Skilled Empath?

Maybe Like Being Given the Title, “King of England”?

Does it make sense to all you readers that becoming a Skilled Empath isn’t a kind of official title in life? So that whatever you improvise now is going to be helpful for you?

Kind of like King Charles of England deciding to do something that “feels kingly”😉.

What do you think the consequences might be for an empath, Skilled Empath or unskilled empath, if that person“samples” doing mini-empath merges?

Look, I’m used to questions related to my four published books for empaths. But nobody has ever asked me directly, “I made something up and I’ve been doing that for a while. That’s good for me, isn’t it?”

Question 3. Is There Such a Thing as Doing a Skilled Empath Merge for Just a Minute? Like a Consciousness Quickie?

Absolutely not.

Let me make an analogy to something that may be familiar to all you readers, whether you’re an empath or not. An analogy to reading auras.

Do you know people who “read auras” all day long. By which they mean they “vibe people out” or “get a feeling” or “read the energy” of random people, whenever they like?

Usually, they think they’re doing something fabulous. Very advanced!

How Fabulous Is This REALLY?

The “aura reader” is using Stage 1 Energetic Literacy. I introduce you to that at the YouTube video that I just linked you to.

How fabulous, REALLY?

• The quality of this kind of “Aura Reading” is inaccurate and undependable.
• While the Truth Value tends to be very small.
• Well, the equivalent would be true of a Skilled Empath who does Consciousness Quickies and calls them “Skilled Empath Merges.”

Playing Around with the Energies of People or Machines

That’s what those on-the-fly aura readings and Consciousness Quickies amount to, playing around.

Only playing with consciousness isn’t good for you.

Question 4. Why Won’t Doing an Empath’s Consciousness Quickie Be Good for You?

Let’s consider what happens to your consciousness if you do an Empath’s Consciousness Quickie. Or, for that matter, if you do an Aura Reading Quickie.

This time I’m not going into reminding everyone that this kind of energetic quickie feels good, but the info that comes from it is not valuable. Probably, too, that info is not valid.

For sure, there are consequencies for doing an Empath’s Consciousness Quickie. Here comes our short list:

An Empath’s Consciousness Quickie Does Not Enhance the Quality of Your Consciousness

Quite the opposite. Think for a moment, if you would, about what Skilled Empath Merges have in common with the aura reading system of Aura Reading Through All Your Senses®:

#1. Using those skills properly, there is no such a thing as a quickie. You do the entire procedure. Otherwise, it’s like you’re breaking an exquisite crystal vase; later, you might wind up with the equivalent of a few small shards of glass getting into your bare foot.

That is to say, very likely you’ll have the equivalent happen to your aura. In Energy Spirituality®, the technical term for this is “Astral Static.”

#2. When using your skills properly, as taught, what happens right away? Even before you begin to research your Discovery Person, you’re cocreating. Otherwise, you’re probably not.

The skills I teach for Skilled Empath Merge and for energetic literacy are designed for Divine Cocreation. Right from the get-go, you expertly use your Power of Command to set up cocreating with the Divine Being of your choice.

• Don’t expect to casually connect to a Divine Being. For instance, because “Jesus loves me.”
• Though an astral being is exactly what you’ll probably wind up connecting to, if you improvise.
• Or you might just make things up. Either consciously or through seductive ideas that roll in from your subconscious mind.

Thus, consciousness quickies might even become a do-it-yourself project. Really not good for you, and not bringing you reliable information, either.

#3. Every time you do a Consciousness Quickie, you will succeed at something. Only that something is not good for you.

To do your own quickie aura readings or “Skilled Empath Merges,” what happens to your consciousness? You’re positioning it an ASTRAL Vibrational Frequency. This can feel very good.

But, did you know, doing this counts as Spiritual Technique Time? It’s all too easy to do way more than the recommended 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time.

As you may know, usually, that leads to the consciousness lifestyle of Spiritual Addiction. Entertained you may be, astrally entertained. Until you move into a more self-actualizing consciousness lifestyle, you cannot grow emotionally. You cannot evolve spiritually. Period.

Does that seem like a great tradeoff for breaking the rules you’ve been taught for skills that help you to evolve? And that, with a bit of practice, bring you good quality information!

Question 5. What If You Mix in Things You Learned BEFORE Encountering Energy Spirituality®?

Does It Help If, While Making Things Up, You???

• Say a prayer to your favorite saint?
• Use all your favorite techniques to ground and shield?
• Believe that, because you eat vegan, you’re too pure to ever have problems with your consciousness?

Your Simplest, Easiest Way to Go

This is to just say no. Don’t mix in anything outside Energy Spirituality® in order to bypass or improve upon any technique I teach you.

I have worked diligently to provide you with tested skills that produce the desired result.
