Astral Romance? Avoid It

What is The Romance of the Astral according to Rosetree Energy Spirituality?

Astral Romance. What is the Romance of the Astral?

Astral Romance. One easy way to improve your life a LOT is to stop falling for “The Romance of the Astral.” What is this? Why can it mess up your life?

With this year’s movie awards behind all of us, and snow swirling around some of us, does there seem to be a distinct lack of glamour in your human-type life?

Maybe that’s a good thing.

Today let’s consider why you can help your life bigtime by NOT falling for a certain type of glamour.

Astral Romance Means What?

Have you’ve heard that term, yet? Sometimes called “The Romance of the Astral.”

Good for you, if you know about this dangerous confection. What’s so bad about something that seems so shiny and sweet?

To start explaining, here are some basic spiritual facts of life that can help you to avoid getting sidetracked on your path of personal development.

1. Vibrationally, life on earth has always included three worlds

There are human frequencies, our objective and subjective realites

There is the Divine frequency

And then there’s the largest and most diverse group of vibrational frequencies, which is astral (a.k.a. psychic)

2. Where’s the glamour?

Divine experiences, peak experiences, are THE BEST, the ultimate best.

However, this isn’t glamour. It’s joy and peace and Perfection Everywhere Now.

What about human experiences. They’re magnificent, especially for children. Or if you’re in love. For every human being, the glorious freshness may awe you or bore you (like a bad rhyme: awe/bore?) (;-))

For example, how glamorous is the bit of snow around here in Northern Virginia.

  • Wrecked my precious plans for a play date with someone I love. 🙁
  • Yet so sweetly, slowly falling. 🙂
  • Soon I will have to shovel the driveway. 🙁
  • Though I love watching for the little fox footprints in snow. Often they decorate my front yard. Fox footprints in snow are my little treasure hunt. 🙂

You get the idea. Already, this very day, Blog-Buddies, before you began to read this blog post…

haven’t you already experienced mixtures of delight and repugnance? Not exactly big glamour. Simply human.

3. Astral frequencies are what provide glamour

At any level, within the huge range of vibrational frequences that count as astral, behold! Astral includes incarnated creation at all worlds that are vibrationally higher than Earth School. Plus it is hidden within our world.

Our beloved world, so dense-intense! Earth life is purposely designed to run at a very heavy low-life set of vibrational frequences — so that spiritual evolution can proceed here so powerfully.

Astral glamour of various sorts? Definitely. The quality of glamour depends on whichever version of astral appeals to us:

  • Low astral, like beer commercials
  • Mid astral, like spirit guides finding you a parking space
  • High astral, like seductively supernatural trips on heroin or cocaine

By definition, astral is flashy, glamourous. Yes, even more than the fabled casinos at Las Vegas, astral frequencies contain the flashiest vibrations. Hence the term “astral flash.”

Preferring the astral is what it means to fall for The Romance of the Astral. Certain people have had that problem throughout human history. But as a way of life… for millions of people… now that’s new.

And it’s very much related to the recent and energetically historic Shift into The Age of Awakening.

When Astral Romance became so-easy to find.

Vibrationally What Changed?

Moving into The Age of Awakening wasn’t astral-flashy. And wasn’t human, either.

No wonder so few people noticed any difference at all.

But external drama wasn’t the point. So, no, people didn’t die on 12/21/12, when that New Age clicked in (a.k.a. “The Age of Aquarius” or “The Age of Energy”). That doesn’t mean nothing happened, however.

That energetic change has been huge. Not physical, the change has been vibrational.

It has brought a new flexibility to human consciousness.

Previously, The Age of Faith

During The Age of Faith, the three worlds were quite separate. If you lived as a fairly normal human being, what happened during your waking hours? Your awareness was plonked firmly in human vibrational frequencies.

Perhaps you might have done some prayers. Or there was a peak experience, a Divine gift. Back in the day, after considerable dedication, people contacted the Divine or the astral. But that was unusual.

Big religious ceremonies and religious authorities held high status back then. For most humans extra support from religious experts seemed needed, so sturdy were the barriers between human and astral and Divine. Sure certain mystics slipped through. They were big, glorious exceptions, earth’s spiritual heroes.

What Changed with The Age of Awakening?

Mostly one thing. One very important thing.

It has become super-easy for your consciousness to move into astral frequencies.

We humans do it often without thinking “The Romance of the Astral.” We trip away, without consciously meaning to.

And when we position our awareness there in the astral, what happens?

  • If we’re empaths — until we gain skills of Empath Empowerment — we’re perpetually traipsing around other people’s auras by doing unskilled empath merge. We pick up that nasty Imported STUFF. (You know, some of that STUFF that can always, always, always be healed. So no repining, fellow empaths. Just get yourself skills.)
  • Whether we’re empaths or not, we’re at risk for spiritual addiction.

Just yesterday, I helped my client JOE to identify a very subtle, bad habit he had while talking to people: Pausing and going into deep introspection. Not used to answering a simple question with a simple human answer. (Except that now he has discovered, hello! He can do that just fine. Hooray, that JOE learns fast!)

In the Age of Awakening, millions of people have moved into spiritual addiction. Or extreme spiritual addiction.

To avoid this, it helps to limit your daily Technique Time to just 20 minutes. (For tips, check this out: Balance Your Life Energetically and Heal Spiritual Addiction, Top 10 List)

In conclusion, if you care about having a good life, avoid Astral Romance.

Thank you so much Rose. What do you think of this ‘Access Consciousness” program that is popular right now by these two guys. I wonder if you’ve heard of them before?

Thumbs up! So important. Can’t wait to write a comment.

We have white stuff falling here too – only it’s plum blossom petals. 😉

Sorry – do awe and bore rhyme for you? Or am I missing the joke?

    David FB says:

Great advice, Rose. The astral is like the song about Hotel California – it can be a trap. But you can leave. 😉

I would also note that Divine experiences can be wonderful but as long as they remain on the level of experience, will end. Seeking their return has caught many a person. The key is developing enlightenment. Once you know who you are, then the divine can flower in awareness and become always accessible.

    David FB says:

But even then, you’re here in a body to live a physical existence. Nice to have the divine around and a larger sense of whats happening. But you got a life to live.

I would further add that not only is the astral more accessible but the divine as well. Plus enlightenment has become much easier than it has been in recent history.

    So beautifully put, DAVID FB.

The poet’s joke, re your Comment 3, is that awe and bore don’t rhyme at all. They clash in a really ugly way, at least if you pronounce “bore” as I do, rhyming with “door.”

I’ve never understood the attraction to the astral. I’ve always thought it would be opening the doors to who-knows-what, and I don’t want to meet what’s on the other side of the door!

LOUISE, I have never heard of the “Consciousness Access” program.

Here’s as close as you can get to a direct comment on this program at my blog: These two people could each be nominated for my Enlightenment Life List.

Let’s see what kind of consciousness they offer.

Otherwise this blog is not a place where I critique different offerings of people who might be considered my colleagues as spiritual teachers or healers.

At the Enlightenment Life List, please see in the main article the simple requests for submitting candidates for the free service I offer:

    An interesting read, thank you.

I suppose that astral energies are like foods. Some of them ‘agree’ with some people, not with others.

Patricia Arquette, for example, she seems to be thriving with all her astral energies.

Maybe it is more sensitive people who need to be cautious.
