The Trump Hair Prison — Free Yourself. Gals and guys, you can free yourself from ignoring this soul-squelching trend. Since lack of recognition increases this hairstyle’s pervasive influence on American society today.
That’s my goal, at least. Calling attention to this well groomed mess. As we social activists used to say in the early days of American feminism, back in the 1960’s: Let’s do some consciousness raising.
“Consciousness raising” bolsters our social consciousness, of course. Not helping us with spiritual consciousness, such as is involved in my work now as an Enlightenment Coach.

Yet, to this social observer, The Trump Hair Prison evokes a Handmaid’s Tale-type ideal: what good, conforming women should look like. Keep on reading and make up your own mind.

Now let’s get down to specifics about this socially demeaning hairdo.
How to Spot The Trump Hair Prison
The woman has:
- LONG hair, as long as it can grow and still appear reasonably healthy.
- STRAIGHT hair. No waves allowed. Definitely no frizz, no curls or waves. Kinky won’t do, either.
- The hair frames the woman’s face, like a picture frame. (Her face is more likely to seem acceptable if she is wearing the Trump hairstyle.)
- If long enough, this hairdo frames the woman’s bust.
- And that’s really the point. Whatever else you might notice about that woman? None of it counts. Does she fit in or doesn’t she? That. Is. The. Point.
Seem simple? Seem easy?
Only if you fit the ideal demographics. Most of us have no idea how much work must go into achieving a pleasing approximation of the Trump Hairstyle. Keep reading . . . .
What Makes The Trump Hair Prison So Offensive?
Offensive, that is, to women with a strong sense of self.
In contrast to women who want nothing more than to be a nice wifey. A willing female who fits in socially. Perhaps a woman who agrees with trump that abortion is an issue that women no longer have to worry about.
The Trump Hair Prison may not seem offensive to you yet, but think about this. In order to meet the requirements for this look, it helps to:
- Be young and fertile. Preferably no more ancient than 35 years old. With each decade that follows, hair changes. Upkeep is going to cost you extra money and time.
- Be White-White-White. What a shock: You may not be a natural fit for this hairstyle if you’re a biracial woman. A Black woman. A Jewish woman. Any woman who doesn’t have naturally straight hair. Either you’re totally excluded from having Good Trump Hair. Or else your attempt to wear The Hairstyle will disqualify you from looking like an A Lister. And as with older women, upkeep is going to cost you more money and time than the “lucky” ones. A keratin hair treatment — or similar — can help women to achieve the look. (According to the article at our last link, how much does this cost? One keratin treatment runs anywhere from $350 to $600.)
- Naturally, if at all possible, you’ll do best with the Trump look if you’re blonde — like the nine Fox Broadcasters pictured at the top of this post. What, you didn’t know? Blondes in American earn more money.
- Ideally, a large bust is part of the look. Remember, the main point of this Trump-inspired hairstyle is to frame however large a bust the hairstyle wearer can display. Of course, cosmetic surgery can always help today’s females overcome the problem of “too-small” breasts.
- Assuming that she achieves Good Trump Hair, a woman demonstrates how much she cares about fitting in. That is, proving herself to be valuable female merchandise.
- One problem with the Trump Hair Prison is this: A woman’s value as a sexual commodity should matter more than having people actually notice her face. Besides, non-standard facial attributes can always be fixed with cosmetic surgery, right? (Unless you know about the Power of Face Reading — in which case you might appreciate the motto of Face Reading Secrets®: Your face, as it is right now, is a perfect expression of your soul.)
- Today’s ambitious American women urgently need to achieve The One and Only Acceptable Hairstyle. Otherwise, we risk social invisibility to MAGA men and women.

What if a woman has the weird idea of wearing a hairstyle that flatters her face?
Tough luck. Sure, you’ll see cute hairdos in fashion magazines, on fashion blogs, etc. But how often do you see this in real life? So many women in corporate America wear Good Trump Hair.
Basically, The Trump Hair Prison boosts your worth as a desirable form of merchandise. Consider, this look means far more than a hairstyle. It’s a make-or-break test about whether any female rates a second look. Period.

How to Set Yourself Free from The Trump Hair Prison
Like the hero in a famous story by Kafka, “In the Penal Colony,” you can choose to walk out of the prison. In real life, all you need do is get yourself a hairstyle that does your face some favors.
And in case you might be feeling slightly rebellious after Election 2024, you have an extra reason to liberate yourself from the trumpian prison. Let MAGA women spend time and money at winning this game. The rest of us can just say NO.
Get yourself a different hairstyle and maybe society will begin to openly acknowledge the Trump Hair Prison. If one woman after another takes action, this unflattering look could lose its cachet as the gold standard for ambitious American females.
You see, even though you haven’t known about this before consciously, hello! Ever since the first trump presidency, Good Trump Hair has become an unofficial test of your attractiveness and worth. Ladies, conforming to this social requirement could be considered a test.
A test as in: Do you approve of The Trump Hair Prison or not? Are you going to live as a nice, attractive little female who knows the score? Is your main goal as a person to fit in socially?

Incidentally, we’re all used to seeing photos of Melania as a star prisoner at The Trump Hair Prison.
But she sure looked different before all of her Trump-attracting cosmetic surgery. Melania looked like a real person, with some life in her. Maybe see the photos in this linked-to video and weep?
Example 2. Cassidy Hutchinson
Avid watchers of the January 6th Committee Hearing have good reason to respect Cassidy. I’ve even read her memoir. (And scathingly reviewed it on Goodreads.)
Thank goodness for Cassidy’s moral integrity and standing up for the truth. I wonder what it will take for Ms. Hutchinson to get herself a new hairdo.
Example 3. Kellyanne Conway
“Counselor to the President ” Kellyanne Conway famously coined the phrase “Alternative Facts.” Such a MAGA stalwart! Need I say more?
Except, hey. I will add this: Getting yourself Good Trump Hair may not be entirely possible for a 57-year-old woman with hair that is so very blonde, so very processed. (Yes, you’ll see a photo in the link just provided.)

Hey it’s Sebastian. I’m here to stick up for the Trump Hairstyle. It’s a tremendous improvement, now that you mention it. One reason I love Trump is that he is strong. He brings so much clarity. It’s genius.
Male or female, that’s all. No more gays. Forget about trans. This is how God wants sex to be.
America belongs to straight white Christians. Get over it everybody else. You can live here but don’t think you’re equal to the rest of us.
A friend showed me this article. It made him mad but I like what you said. Why not have a uniform when it comes to your hair. If you make it, you’re in. If not, you’re a loser.
So much clarity now.
Nobody has to try to have great Trump hair but any woman is free to try.
Meanwhile we guys can sit back and rate the women and do whatever we want with them. Trump in office means no more rules and no more trying to be what women think is a good guy!

Hey, before I complete posting the rest of this important comment, I’d like to make an observation about what it means to grow up “deep in the Mormon religion.”
Although many organized religions qualify as cults, Mormonism may lead the pack.
Why do I think so? Because I’ve read the unforgettable book, “Leaving the Saints,” by Martha Beck.
Inspired by you, JANICE HOOPER, I just returned to my book review on Goodreads for “Leaving the Saints.” I added quite a bit to the review, then commented as well, quoting you here at this blog.

One thing that stuck with me from this video is that she says it was harder to leave MAGA than it was to leave her 24-year abusive marriage.
Her Youtube channel is called, “Life, take two,” which I love. I think she’s really brave.

Now I’d like to write more on the topic of cults, and then share an anecdote about Mormonism.
As some of you Blog-Buddies know from direct experiences, one of the lesser-known specialties of Energy Spirituality® is helping clients who have quit a former cult, but haven ‘t quite exited. So it’s like having that cult live inside your head, ever after, even after you moved away from living in Cult Headquarters.
I don’t hold myself forward as a deprogrammer.
Rather, my standing to help folks to exit cults is that I use skills of Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING.
Most of you readers know about energetic STUFF that can land in auras.
Far as I know – and I hope I’m wrong about this – Energy Spirituality® is uniquely leading the way at helping people to permanently release different kinds of energetic STUFF in auras that can otherwise nag at them, subconscously, for the rest of their lives.
Using whichever Healing Centerpieces are appropriate for a client who aims to exit a cult, we have some 55 minute sessions. That simple. No commitment needed. In that way, I have helped Energy Spirituality clients to exit cults that were:

Ironically, Blog-Buddies, I have never helped a fellow member to exit the cult known as “Transcendental Meditation,” aka “TM.”
The cultiness of TM crept up on Maharishi and his teaching. When I first got involved, personally, in January 1969, Maharishi was simply a monk who taught a technique of meditation.
After a few years, though I didn’t notice what was happening at the time, TM definitely turned into a cult.
Based on my knowledge of what has happened to most of my former friends from TM, whether they stayed in “The Movement” or not, they became very susceptible to join different cults, ones that were just as bad as worse. Such as:
* John of God’s cult (which may have broken up after he was arrested).
* The cult belonging to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
And more.
From that perspective, it totally makes sense to me that “she says it was harder to leave MAGA than it was to leave her 24-year abusive marriage.”
If any of you readers have kind-of left a cult, only you’re not sure you were in a cult . . .
And you’re completely out of that group, kind-of . . .

Finally, back to that anecdote I promised you about the Mormon religion. Living in the D.C. area, one local highlight of the Christmas season is the Festival of Lights at the Mormon Temple in D.C.
There’s an awesome display of half a million lights, and entertainment.
Mitch and I went once, decades ago. The lights were magnificent, no doubt about it. What I remember, though, is altogether different.
In one part of the lobby at this Temple, one wall held an enormous painting. (I couldn’t find it, searching on Google Images. Evidently this LDS painting has been replaced by now.)
“LDS” = Latter Day Saints = Mormons.
A friendly tour guide showed us this painting. In realistic fashion, this showed two groups of people who had died. One group depicted faithful Mormons who were going to Heaven. The second group showed other Mormons (naughty? messed up?) who were headed straight to Hell.
The friendly, but rather solemn, tour guide told us that the painter of this work of art had just one wife.
When creating this work of art, he painted this wife twice, once in each group of dead Mormons, and why?
Because, to paraphrase, “The artist wasn’t sure whether or not his wife was going to Heaven.”
My tour guide made this sound rather cute and jokey. (I wasn’t having it.)
Perhaps because I have lived experience as an ex-cult-member, I immediately was struck by this artist’s judgment of his wife . . .
His wife, for crying out loud!
Because, evidently, the artist didn’t believe his wife was sufficently faithful.
As some of my fellow New Yorkers would say, “The Noive.”
Wow, what a story, Rose!
I know firsthand that spouses don’t necessarily respect each other, but the story of that painting at the LDS temple- what a doozy.
It’s also very interesting, what you’ve learned about people going from one cult to another, and how you have been able to help people truly exit cults with Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING skills.
Yes, the unique version of cult exiting through Energy Spirituality® removes confusion and pain that can otherwise last for a lifetime.
But our motto here is: Energetic STUFF in auras can always, always, always be healed.
I definitely believe it, having experienced how Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING skills have tremendous transformational power. And always in a good direction, the best direction, since they are co-created with the Divine.
In the case of the former MAGA Youtuber, Jenny Gage, rather than jumping between cults, I believe the cult memberships were overlapping – she says she was in Mormonism, “Christian Nationalism”, MAGA, white supremacy, and “the prepper community” all at once.
Quite a combination.
You know what, JANICE HOOPER? Overlapping cult memberships don’t surprise me.
Especially since I read “Cultish,” a brilliant expose by Amanda Montell.
While reading that book, I put 1 and 1 together and realized, Aha! A close friend of mine is simultaneously a member of 2 different cults.
