Hello, everybody, we’re living in the Age of Awakening now. It’s no longer the Age of Faith.
Gradually, the implications of this are dawning on us all.
Definitely, I’m included in the group of human learners. As the founder of Energy Spirituality, I have a related responsibility. Which is to continue to help all my students to update their skills. Consequently, some of you will gain better results by making a different choice of Divine Being for cocreation.
Divine Cocreation shapes every system, every trademark of Energy Spirituality.
Thus, today’s update will inform you about many of these different skills.

These Work in the Age of Awakening
What exactly does that mean? Finally, I’ve come to understand this about living in the Age of Awakening:
Now is the second consciousness era on Earth. Only the second consciousness era in the history of humanity. In the Age of Awakening, each of us can evolve much faster along our chosen path. And let’s keep in mind, Energy Spirituality is not a path or a religion. Rather, it is a way to help you to move forward even faster-and-better along your chosen path.
Due to living now, choice of Divine Beings matters in a new way. Essentially, we gain the best results from choosing wisely. As it were, choosing more selectively about Divine Cocreation.
Of course, God remains God. In addition to that name, we can continue to cocreate effectively by calling on Allah, the Holy Spirit, the Love that Rules the Universe, the Intelligence that Rules the Universe.
All that I’m sharing with you today? Absolutely serious. And with a sense of gravity. Also gratitude. That’s me here.
To put it differently… Today’s recommendations are based on research and conversations with the Divine Beings listed below.
Thus, I’m sharing with you exactly what I am doing as of now. Both for personal growth and spiritual awakening. As an Enlightenment Teacher. And also as somebody who happens to be living in Age of Awakening Enlightenment.
Likewise, what follows is… Nothing more or less than what I recommend for you do on your own. Whenever using Energy Spirituality skills.

If you have had a strong personal relationship, please say goodbye to any of them. Following that, cease to co-create with them any further. They’re fine with that, really.
You see, these magnificent Beings have their glory in Age of Faith religious and practices. Acknowledging them with the greatest respect, they cannot strongly walk with you on your path in the Age of Awakening.
- St. Brigid
- Tara
- Kwan Yin
- Mary, the Blessed Mother of Jesus
- St. Francis
- Ganesh
- Lakshmi
- Saraswati
- Vishnu
- Brahma
- All Greek and Roman Gods and Goddesses, such as Athena and Hercules
- All Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, such as Isis
- Sananda, a name given to the same Divine Being as Jesus, but known throughout the universe.

It’s nice not to take on people’s physical pains and this is something that’d happen all the time!
Actually, one of the most powerful sessions I had with you was when you facilitated cutting my cord of attachment to my mother and it contained a “Process-Oriented Cord Item.”
Being a Process-Oriented Cord Item, the impact of it was to switch on my empath gifts automatically whenever that cord item went through me.
It became sooo much easier after that session because I wasn’t having my empath gifts automatically turned ON because that cord of attachment was running through me.
As a result, I found improvement in these ways: to notice details, be less clumsy, be more focused and less scatterbrained.
And I wish I were consistent with doing the “Coming Home” technique you developed for empaths but I guess I had to learn to do it daily by the hard way.
Gradually I put it together, because what happened when I stopped doing “Coming Home”? Sometimes I’d act “crazy” and “unlike myself” and going back to using this powerful technique for empaths actually helped me stop this behavior.
As you’ve explained in your how-to book “Empath Empowerment in 30 Days,” being an unskilled empath throughout these years lead me to constantly taking on some serious Imported STUFF from my family members.
Then I started going through your books and started having Energy Spirituality sessions again and I feel sane now!!
I don’t know why I didn’t register some things few years ago when I first read your books and why it took me so long to see what was really happening but I know one thing for sure. Never again will I stop doing the “Coming Home” technique, especially when you teach a quick version of how to do it in “The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing and Managing Your Special Gifts.”
Why wouldn’t I spare 1-2 minutes a day in order to protect myself against taking on Imported STUFF?
And thank you for all the work you do to help us improve our lives! ?

Thanks, Rose, for going into detail about why the Divine Beings you mentioned are still Divine Beings, only they’re not recommended for teaming up with nowadays.
I wonder if you would go into detail about the rest of the holy beings on your second list, like St. Francis. I’d appreciate more understanding. All of this is a very, very important and sacred topic to me.
PATRICIA, that’s a big question — requiring quite a detailed answer — as well as a very important question.
I’ll be glad to answer today.
Let’s group together the Catholic saints:
* St. Brigid
* St. Francis
In life, they were great Catholic saints. After death, they were canonized.
To this day, they live in their energy bodies, at a very high astral frequency. And they’re of service to those who pray to them.
But are they Divine Beings? No, they’re very beautiful astral beings, of service to humanity.
During the New Age Years (1980 until the Shift into the Age of Awakening), many spiritual teachers named them as Divine Beings.
Unfortunately, I was influenced by some of them, and took this on faith. I never questioned this until recently, but I’ve researched by using Energy Spirituality skills.
Embarrassing but true, I was wrong about this. Correction now made.
Then, PATRICIA and other Blog-Buddies, we turn to bona fide Divine Beings who served humanity during the Age of Faith… and still help those who are stuck in their awareness and beliefs, oblivious to the potential and magnificence — and the plain, honest truth — that now Earth School is in a new era, the Age of Awakening.
Who are these beautiful Divine Beings?
* Mary, the Blessed Mother of Jesus
* Ganesh
* Lakshmi
* Saraswati
* All Greek and Roman Gods and Goddesses, such as Athena and Hercules
* All Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, such as Isis
Magnificent and divine though all of them are, you won’t get terribly good results from co-creating with them now. Since you’re living in the Age of Awakening. You know this. And all Energy Spirituality techniques exist in order to help you to evolve in the Age of Awakening.
What’s done is done. But I don’t recommend working with them in the future.
As for the Goddess Tara, whether Green Tara or White Tara — she’s an Asian saint. Like St. Francis and St. Brigid, only not Catholic.
And like them, why not leave Tara as well to the worshipers. I don’t recommend mixing her in with Energy Spirituality practices.
She understands.
(I just used some of my personal Technique Time to have a conversation with her. No prob. She has her job, and it doesn’t involve helping Energy Spirituality clients.)
Then what about:
* Vishnu
* Brahma
????
They’re Divine Beings, of course. But, like Seraphs, Cherubim and other higher-level Divine Beings — as mentioned in yesterday’s blog post — they’re above the pay grade of helping human beings.
That’s the job of certain Ascended Masters and Archangels. (I’d recommend sticking to the ones on the new Recommended List.)
As for Sananda, he was discussed on Page 2 of our set of comments, here, in Comments #114 – 120.

I’m not proud that I was influenced by earlier teachers who lacked discernment about the difference between Divine and astral beings. As for the fascinating distinction made here in Comments #322 – 324, I’m just glad that I’ve finally developed the discernment to appreciate this distinction. Consequently, Energy Spirituality will be better than ever.
I was quite alarmed by the vortex comments starting comment #276.
I found out about Vortex in early 2015; what allured me to Vortex was working with Merlin. At the time, I had just left a cult that I was involved in for three and a half years. I was planning to take some Vortex classes as early as September 2015.
It was recommended to me by a friend of mine at the time who had completed many vortex classes.
I also directly experience what vortex healing was like too. Although to my experience, this was an Astral experience, definitely not Divine to my knowledge.
I made a whole list and planned three years worth of classes, and how I would make all the money to pay for the classes, then in July 2015, I had my first session with Rose which was a revelation.
I received an education on using technique time 20 mins tops.
It didn’t take me long to drop the Vortex classes as the thought sickened me.
I knew Vortex healing would use considerably more than the recommended 20 mins of technique time.
Also, after directly experiencing a Divine Being in my first session with Rose, I did not believe the person who runs Vortex was actually channeling Merlin; can someone even channel a Divine Being?
I believe this is an Astral Being portraying the identity of Merlin and not a Divine Being, although I don’t know this or had any STAR research on this topic.
I do think this is true as I used to know many people who were communicating with Astral Beings and many people who desperately wanted to do the same; this is before I knew about Extreme Spiritual Addiction.
The friend I mentioned earlier claimed to be communicating with at least six Astral Beings; this didn’t seem to be uncommon for people I knew taking Vortex classes.
CARL, thank you so much for all you’ve shared here. I’m so glad you made the choices you did.
Regarding your Comment #333, it’s an interesting question. Let’s keep the answer simple. In the Age of Awakening, nobody can channel a Divine Being, but astral beings can (and do) lie about who they are.
I think it was very perceptive of you that you could tell a qualitative difference, where an Energy Spirituality Practitioner was cocreating with a Divine Being versus other types of healing whose oomph came from astral beings. Interesting!
This newer blog post can help all of you readers to take your next step of discernment. Find out why energy work can be downright dangerous, when people don’t have enough energetic literacy to know enough about what they’re doing.
Or even tell the difference between Divine and Astral Vibrational Frequencies. Must reading, Blog-Buddies — since many proud energy healers have a muddle-headed trust that all energy comes from “Spirit.” And that “Spirit” means “God.” (Supposedly) Again, here’s your link.

I know not everyone has personal sessions or comes to the blog regularly but it is one of the ways to stay current on Energy Spirituality.

After I spent about an hour doing updates, I discovered that this article became pretty buggy.
