Which ones are available to me now? For instance, what if you have a session of Energy Spirituality with me? Quite likely I might use one of these Energetic Literacy skills to help YOU.

Note: Energy Spirituality® is NOT psychic but spiritual. Psychics can’t get past Stage 2 Energetic Literacy. They work with spirits, which was the best folks could do during the Age of Faith. But now we can learn skills to cocreate with God or Jesus, Archangel Gabriel or other Divine Beings.

Stage 1 Energetic Literacy: General Energy Readings

Sometimes this is called “aura reading.” As if! It’s such a beginner’s version.

• Extremely incomplete
• And often done as a form of psychic reading

Stage 3 Energetic Literacy: Where Good Quality Aura Reading Begins

Also Known as Reading Chakra Databanks

Quite astounding how few people even know what a chakra databank is.

• Under 5 THOUSAND hits on something so important!

Compared to Confidence is the most important thing. Not even true, is it?

• Yet that just brought up 1.6 BILLION hits on my Google.

Speaking of what’s true: Reading chakra databanks is essential for all the rest of today’s skills of energetic literacy.

In case any of you are wondering, “Who was the first person to read chakra databanks in auras?”

The answer to that would probably be yours truly. Stage 3 Aura Reading was documented in an article in the Los Angeles Times. Back in 2013. During the first year after the Shift into the Age of Awakening.

The picture of me below… was taken with that kind of camera, a really high-quality one.

First things first about this Stage 8 Energetic Literacy: If you’re an empath, you have at least one empath gift. (To be sure, you can read the full list at the link just provided.)

Depending upon which gifts you have as an empath… You’re eligible to learn dedicated techniques that are related. Such as:

• Skilled Empath Merge as an Environmental Empath
• And Skilled Empath Merge as a Crystal Empath

Compared to any other form of energetic literacy, Stage 8 maybe the most astounding.

1. Specialized skills are available in case you would like to be coached at one or more of these skills. For this, I’d recommend a dedicated session of Empath Mentoring.
2. As a prerequisite, remember: Before learning Skilled Empath Merge, for your own protection, you must first become a Skilled Empath.

Stage 9 Energetic Literacy:

Stage 10 Energetic Literacy: 

Specialized Arrays of Chakra Databanks

Each array represents a kind of aura research protocol. Once you’ve developed Stage 9 Energetic Literacy, you can always research them on yourself. Stage 11 Energetic Literacy: 

Research Your Own Energetic Holograms

Discovering this skill of energetic literacy can be a real game changer.

For an aura reader, this is as good as cocreating a time machine. Because within you, subconsciously and energetically, you store Energetic Holograms. Innumerable ones:

• From every split second of your waking hours… in this entire incarnation.
• Energetic Holograms about you.
• Also Energetic Holograms about every single human being who has been in the room with you. (At least, has been with you in energetic real time. Regarding a person who sent you a text? No Energetic Holograms come from that.)

Where ARE All These Energetic Holograms within You?

Deep within your aura and subconscious mind, in many ways, consciousness upholds your life. As of the last few years, I’ve been in the process of understanding this subtle anatomy.

Currently, suffice it to say that within you is this: a Storehouse of Energetic Holograms, perhaps #3 up from the bottom. Way deep within you, yet this info is accessible. Hey, all you need is Stage 11 Energetic Literacy.

Stage 12 Energetic Literacy: 

Explore a Client’s Energetic Holograms — for Research Purposes

One exploration at a time, during a session, you can pull out an energetic hologram of that client. Or, at least, ask me to do that for you.

• For practical purposes, this skill is a little like aura-researching comparison photos of the same person. Differently put, that’s a Comparison Aura Reading.
• However, photographs aren’t always available. Despite all the pix that folks today store on our mobile phones!

How, exactly, does this work? In session, the client briefly describes an incident when alone. Then I can pull out an Energetic Hologram and provide a ton of details.

You Can Learn to Do This  — Some of You Can, Anyway

Technical Note: From here on out, I’ll mostly be listing some super-advanced skills of energetic literacy. These are taught ONLY to Energy Spirituality Practitioners. Experienced ones.

(By now, I have taught many of these skills… To a small number… Of very experienced Energy Spirituality Practitioners. Their experience of service to clients, plus curiosity — That’s what gives these thought leaders the standing to learn these super-advanced skills.)

So from here on out in this blogpost, hmm. For clarity, how about this? I’ll just let you know about exceptions to your eligibility to learn certain advanced skills of energetic literacy. I’ll continue to flag them with: YOU CAN LEARN TO DO THIS.

Meaning, you can learn how to facilitate these skills. Granted that, in my professional opinion, you are ready to learn one particular skill or another. Then I can teach that particular skill through personal mentoring sessions.

Stage 13 Energetic Literacy: 

Explore Energetic Holograms of One Person, plus the Client

Also done for Research Purposes. For instance, when I was in session with Sam, he was curious to learn about his yoga teacher.

Sadly, I could research this only if he had been together, in energetic real time, with that teacher only. During a class, or any other time when three people or more are present? No go. It’s too complicated, too difficult, attempting to pull out Energetic Holograms with more than two people together.

Stage 14 Energetic Literacy: 

Snapshots of Consciousness

Note: Beginning with Stage 14 Energetic Literacy onward – the aura reader gains subtle access to CAUSATIONAL qualities of consciousness, related to the aura research.

Basically, not only WHAT you find within a person’s chakra databanks (through Stages 1-13 Energetic Literacy). The aura reader begins to gain access to some of the underlying WHYs that may be involved. That means, facilitating Stage 14 Energetic Literacy and higher can bring CAUSATIONAL knowledge.

YOU CAN LEARN TO DO THIS. For background, this way of using energetic literacy came out of research I was doing into consciousness lifestyles. And, specifically, habits that people had developed for using their new Consciousness Positioning Superpower.

You’ll find the first published samples anywhere in “Seeking Enlightenment in the Age of Awakening.” Part II of this self-help book is loaded with them.

YOU CAN LEARN TO DO THIS. And technically, these are easy to do. Although interpreting them may not be so easy for you. Why not find out, though?

Once you develop good Stage 3 Energetic Literacy, just find a good aura reading photo. Then research the smallish number of chakra databanks in this array. Following that, perhaps, you might apply what you know thus far about consciousness lifestyles.

Stage 15 Energetic Literacy: 

Explore Human Consciousness during the Age of Faith

Do you have imagination and curiosity? Then YOU CAN LEARN TO DO THIS.

The context is expanding your own frame of reference about The Spiritual Meaning of Human Life on Earth. 

Since the Shift into the Age of Awakening, I’ve been doing research about how human consciousness has changed. Although I still have much to learn, already what’s clear? Consciousness is generally far more awakened for those of us living now.

For example, see my aura reading of First Lady Dolley Madison: Despite being a very, very spiritually awake person for her time… she was born during the last 100 years of the Age of Faith. Maybe you’ll be surprised to read what I found in her chakra databanks. Strengths and limitations, both.

When cocreating the series of Energy Spirituality Online Workshops for The New Strong, wow! Once you’ve learned how to use this Stage 17 Energetic Literacy, wow! You can free yourself up from dwelling on certain incidents from your past that keep coming up on you… like an undigested meal.

Stage 18 Energetic Literacy:

Besides gaining a ton of clarity on a particular troubling incident when the client was alone, hello! There’s permanent energy healing.

Stage 19 Energetic Literacy: 

Vibrational Re-Positioning® for a Client Plus One

Until you’ve learned how to do this skill, guess what? You’ll need an exponentially greater level of effortlessness and trust. Compared with using the energetic literacy skill at Stage 18.

This time you’re doing the most advanced form yet of Vibrational Re-Positioning. Which means what?

1. Besides reseaching relevant chakra databanks in an Energetic Hologram of your client.
2. Also, you’re reseaching relevant chakra databanks in an Energetic Hologram of the person who was with your client. You know, as reported during that incident.
3. Social skills can be upgraded for your client’s future relationships.
4. Always, you’re facilitating a skill of Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING. Nothing is going to impact that second person in any way whatsoever. However, regarding your client…
5. That client of yours receives permanent energy healing.

As always, with any session of Energy Spirituality, there’s no fuss. No “astral flash.” Simply a session cocreated with your choice of Divine Being, supporting your intention for that particular session.

Stage 20 Energetic Literacy:

Researching within Chakra Databanks

Experience helps to prepare you to do this. Plus a bit of mentoring. Possibilities are huge, gleaning this kind of information. For instance, you can use this Stage 20 skill to supplement whenever you’re using Stages 11-19 of Energetic Literacy.

Merely adding a bit more detail, that’s all. And yet…

Thus far, I don’t know of a single aura reader outside of Energy Spirituality who can do this. Do you?

Stage 21 Energetic Literacy: 

Consciousness Positioning Consults®

Such a useful source of insight about how you are using your consciousness: For instance, if somebody has taught you a particular kind of mindfulness. Or you’ve made up a self-help technique on your own.

Through this kind of aura reading, you learn what a technique actually delivers. In contrast to what you were told. Results from Consciousness Positioning Consults® are a quick way to learn what’s really true.

Stage 22 Energetic Literacy: 

Causational BELIEF Transformation

Exceedingly deep within your subconscious mind — and aura — lies your Storehouse of Causational Beliefs. According to my current understanding, that’s just up one level from your Storehouse of Energetic Holograms. (See my introduction to this topic at Stage 11 Energetic Literacy.)

To be clear, this advanced energetic literacy skill is done in conjunction with energy healing. On the topic of energy healing:

1. Technically, every Causational Belief we transform with this healing centerpiece is Causational STUFF. Rather than a regular form of STUFF. 
2. Practically speaking, what does it mean to remove Causational STUFF rather than regular STUFF in auras? Extra-significant results for you as the client, that’s what!
3. Even more technically, each Causational Belief that we transform is a Causational Thought Form. If left within you, it can continue causing quite a mess. However, when it’s gone, you can expect to live free from one discombobulating subconcious habit that has limited you.

In short, it’s only possible to facilitate this super-helpful skill of energy healing… if you’ve also developed Stage 22 Energetic Literacy.

Stage 23 Energetic Literacy: 

Causational AGREEMENT Transformation

Located in the #2 position within your subconscious mind — and aura — lies your Storehouse of Causational Agreements. According to my current understanding, that’s just up one level from your Storehouse of Impressions.

Blog-Buddies, Causational AGREEMENT Transformation demands a very advanced degree of energetic literacy. Always, this sacred research into someone’s aura will be paired with energy healing.

To some extent, this Healing Centerpiece is similar to Stage 22 Energetic Literacy: Causational BELIEF Transformation. Only the results bring a different kind of freedom.

Most relevant to energetic literacy, discernment of a Causational Agreement demands a unique quality of energetic literacy.

Stage 24 Energetic Literacy: 

Emotional and Spiritual Significance of Ancestral Frozen Blocks

First of all, it’s unlikely that you’ll find anything else posted at this blog regarding Ancestral Frozen Blocks. They only become relevant after somebody has been living in Age of Awakening Enlightenment. Only then it is possible to use this Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING centerpiece.

In terms of energetic literacy, yes, that skill does involve something new. Unlike, for instance, the Energy Spirituality skills for Removing Small, Medium, and Large Intensity Frozen Blocks in a client’s aura. Definitely powerful for producing results for a client. Yet this doesn’t stretch the energetic literacy skills of the practitioner. By contrast, yes. It does count as a stretch to facilitate the Removal of Ancestral Frozen Blocks.

Included is research into a causational form of STUFF. Does that take a new stage of energetic literacy? I’m here to tell you, YES.

Incidentally, I’m not taking questions at this blog about Stage 24 Energetic Literacy. If any of you do have questions, please ask them during a personal session.

Stage 25 Energetic Literacy: 

Cutting Cords of Attachment in the Age of Awakening

Again, here’s a need for some advanced aura reading skills in order to facilitate a centerpiece of Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING.

One of the earliest trademarks of Energy Spirituality has been this skill set: “12 Steps to Cut Cords  Attachment®”.

Since the Shift into the Age of Awakening, however, I no longer recommend that folks facilitate cutting their own cords of attachment. Although the self-healing skill continues to be effective, the context has changed.

1. Many of you readers know about the emergence of consciousess lifestyles since the Shift on Dec. 21, 2012. Such as what I found in my annual survey last January. (See the previous link.)
2. Among these consciousness lifestyles is Extreme Spiritual Addiction. 
3. Sadly, at the time of this blogpost, this is quite common. Sadly… for many reasons.
4. One is that a far more sophisticated procedure is necessary in order to: Remove a cord of attachment to a cordee who is living in Extreme Spiritual Addiction.

As an Energy Spirituality Practitioner, I’ve facilitated this skill set often. Of course, I’ve taught it when training my apprentices and practitioners.

More advanced aura reading is necessary to Cut a Cord of Attachment to Somebody in Extreme Spiritual Addiction:  Not only developing skill at accurately discerning consciousness lifestyles. But also researching cord items, as part of the procedure. Technically, these cord items have different qualities compared to regular cord items. You can get a sense of what’s involved from the link just provided.

Fear Not, Self-Healers

Quality Energy Spirituality skills are still available for you to learn. Just stop using this one particular skill set: The 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment. At least, stop for as long as folks are living in either Extreme Spiritual Addiction or the Astrally Compromised Consciousness Lifestyle.

Stage 26 Energetic Literacy: 

Untangling Threads of Causation

These are karmic in nature. By Untangling Threads of Causation, the client can be freed up significantly.

Of course, many additional healing centerpieces are available from Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING. Each one aims to help a person to move forward in life. Freeing oneself from a relationship that isn’t helpful any longer, yet the client can’t stop stewing over that aspect of the past.

At the discretion of the Energy Spirituality Practitioner, this Causational Healing Centerpiece can be just the thing to help a client. Again, it’s a combination of advanced skills of energetic literacy with a distinctive healing centerpiece.

And yes, facilitating this requires a more advanced skill, Stage 26 Energetic Literacy. This time the energetic literacy includes causational information tucked into chakra databanks.

Stage 27 Energetic Literacy: 

Awakening Wholeness 

On the receiving end, this healing centerpiece is easy to receive. To facilitate it, though? Suffice it to say that this skill is currently at the very leading edge of any skills of Energy Spirituality.

Considerable energetic literacy is required, to put it mildly. Look, if you ever have this Healing Centerpiece in a session, I’ll give you the context. Note: After publication of this article, I’ve had a couple of days to think about other useful discoveries that deserve acknowledgment as stages of energetic literacy. So here come more additions, as of November 1, 2023.

Stage 28 Energetic Literacy:

Discerning Consciousness Lifestyles

Until the Shift, there really were no consciousness lifestyles worth mentioning. During the Age of Faith, people with normal mental functioning had… the normal way of using consciousness. After all, the Psychic Barrier was in place.

Some people weren’t normal, of course, such as people with what today we would call “mental illness.” Also, there were alcoholics and drug addicts. Also, a very small number of people attained Spiritual Enlightenment.

However, Since the Shift into the Age of Awakening

Consciousness lifestyles emerged. So too, there emerged the use of energetic literacy to discern them. In 2013, within a year after the Shift, I began researching and blogging about these consciousness lifestyles. 

Why do consciousness lifestyles matter? For one thing, unless people have a self-actualizing consciousness lifestyle, they have trouble making contact with objective reality.

Stage 29 Energetic Literacy:

Favored Vibrational Frequency

Before the Age of Awakening, who used aura reading to probe into how people were using their consciousness? Very few people, I suspect. Including very few Enlightenment Teachers. Well, now we have good reason to do this, given how relatively few people are making good contact with objective reality.

Refining the ability to identify how people position consciousness has become practical. Also, as important as using energetic literacy for other reasons — such as the 100 down-to-earth techniques listed in my how-to book on “Aura Reading Through All Your Senses.”

Stage 30 Energetic Literacy: 

Auric Modeling

Know it or not, Blog-Buddies, you are doing auric modeling right now. Every time you see or speak to another person in energetic real time, your auric modeling is fully available to every single person with you.

And vice versa. You gain access to the auric modeling of every single other human being you’re with… in energetic real time.

Those Energetic Holograms that a person can learn to research are stored subconsciously. These are all collected from past events. In the present, auric modeling is part of your everyday experience. Appreciating the impact of auric modeling is a novel use of energetic literacy, and imo, a very practical application.

Stage 31 Energetic Literacy:

Enlightenment Validation

This skill brings integrity to the job of every Enlightenment Teacher today.

There could be many ways of developing this skill, doing justice to quality energetic literacy. The Discernment Jamboree at the link just provided invites readers to supply urls for Enlightenment Coaches who are doing this.

Stage 32 Energetic Literacy:

Enlightenment Eye Flash

Pleasing anecdotes about Spiritual Enlightenment are traditional. However, they may not all meet our standards for High Truth Value in the Age of Awakening.

Applying energetic literacy to life experiences, including previously-listed stages of energetic literacy makes it possible to validate that there really is such a thing as Enlightenment Eye Flash. Often this happens when a person is new to Spiritual Enlightenment.

Stage 33 Energetic Literacy:

The Spiritual Significance of Blinking

Here’s another fascinating energetic literacy stage, useful for exploring an aspect of life that may not usually be considered “spiritual.”

Researching the significance of a person’s name is one of the most important uses of energetic literacy. Particularly helpful for clients is to use the trademarked skill of energetic literacy for Name Alignment. This makes it feasible to find one’s personal Name of Power.

What is always a highlight of Name Alignment for my clients? To research the Vibrational Signature of a Name of Power. And that, folks, requires Stage 34 Energetic Literacy.

Stage 35 Energetic Literacy:

Discerning the Psychological Bypass

Many practical applications of energetic literacy flow from Consciousness Positioning Consults®. (Stage 21 Energetic Literacy, as discussed previously.)

Isn’t it fascinating how psychotherapists have developed the term “Taking the SPIRITUAL Bypass.” Then use it often. (Googling that just now, I found well over 32 MILLION hits.)

However this is found in clients or patients, energetic literacy is probably not a factor. Otherwise — if it were standard practice for mental health practitioners to use at least Stage 3 Energetic Literacy… Then these seekers of truth and wholeness might rapidly develop increasingly sophisticated applictions of energetic literacy.

Not speculating, here. In my case, I do have access to discerning common “side trips” that people go through. One of the most common ones is “Taking the PSYCHOLOGICAL Bypass.” (Googling that just now, I found exactly 3 hits.)

Yet, in my experience, the Psychological Bypass is likely at least as common today as taking the Spiritual Bypass. Back in 2020 is when I first began publishing online about the Psychological Bypass.

Stage 36 Energetic Literacy:

Soul Retrieval and Validation

Mainly, this is an Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING SKILL. Yet built into this skill set is the ability to discern what has been going on with a client’s “Soul Expression Support.”

According to some shamanic healers, soul retrieval has been available for at least 10,000 years. To this day, there are many who practice shamanic-style soul retrieval. Sometimes it is blended with psychological work.

At one of this blog’s Discernment Jamborees, we’ve had many comment conversations about how those venerable Age of Faith practices are — guess what? They’re completely different, in theory and practice and sourcing. Different compared to the Age of Awakening skill of Soul Retrieval and Validation.

Of course, psychics and healers with Stage 2 Energetic Literacy, at best, have not been able to coach anybody’s Soul Expression Support. No ability yet to perceive it, let along coach it. However, this Stage 36 Energetic Literacy is one of many reasons why clients can benefit so much from this unique Healing Centerpiece.

Stage 37 Energetic Literacy:

Identifying Age of Awakening Enlightenment

Oboy, remember Stage 31 Energetic Literacy: Enlightenment Validation? 

Not only is an advanced degree of energetic literacy quite essential now, in the interest of validating Spiritual Enlightenment.  I’m so used to researching the second kind of Enlightenment available now, oops! I almost forgot to add that kind of perception to this list.

Age of Awakening Enlightenment is real. It’s valid. It’s distinctly different from Traditional Enlightenment.

Since this version of Enlightenment became available after the Shift, it has actually become more popular than the beautiful age-old version. Differently beautiful!

One thing I’ve learned from my work with Enlightenment Coaching is this: Our souls choose which form of Spiritual Enlightenment we’ll develop as we evolve. Blog-Buddies, it sure is useful to be able to tell one kind Enlightenment from the other. Especially for serving as an Enlightenment Coach, don’t you think!

Stage 38 Energetic Literacy:

Synergy from: Body Language, Face Reading AND Aura Reading

How to combine these skills so that the whole is more than the sum of its parts? Rather that less. Rather than downright weird.

Seems to me, there could be more professionals who do this kind of profiling. Granted, the flexibility involved in going from one modality to the next is a process-oriented skill of energetic literacy.

And not just professionals. YOU CAN DO THIS.

Here’s the combo of skills that I’d recommend:

1. Use Aura Reading Through All Your Senses® to develop Stage 3 Energetic Literacy.
2. Become familiar with the system of Face Reading Secrets®.
3. And add skills from contemporary research into Body Language.

Stage 39 Energetic Literacy:

Chakra Databank Exchanges

You know how it is, Blog-Buddies. What happens if you go out at night, when the sky is clear, to look at the stars? At first they’re not easy to discern.

Yet after you’ve adjusted to the light, you can find innumerable stars.

Like that, after facilitating many thousands of aura readings, I’ve discovered Chakra Databank Exchanges. Most often — though not always — Chakra Databank Exchanges distort the Heart Chakra Databank for Emotional Self-Awareness. 

Basically, folks sometimes lose a normal emotional setup for registering their emotions. Subconsciously and energetically, they misinterpret reality in consistent patterns. Gladys’ pattern of Chakra Databank Exchanges may cause her to misinterpret her emotions in terms of popularity. Or making money. Or something that interests her a  whole lot about sex. For example:

• For Gladys, any Happy emotion means: “I am popular.”
• Any Scared emotion means: “I may never be popular enough.”

Long story short, Stage 39 Energetic Literacy makes it possible to perceive and describe a very specific problem. Without this aura reading specialty, everybody would be blindsided by this pattern: both Gladys and everybody who knows her.

Aren’t movies already entertaining enough? Hey, there’s more. And once you’ve gained Stage 4 Energetic Literacy, YOU CAN DO THIS.

In role, does an actor change all the way down to that subconscious-and-energetic level of chakra databanks? Rare, world-class talents do this. Others don’t… and sometimes to a degree of nonchange that is downright comical.

In general, my remit as an Empath Coach requires that I do not tell clients which gifts they have. Although I can always devote a few minutes during a session to telling them: Empath or not? Yes or not?

The Three Causational-Level Alternatives for Any Chakra Databank

Any given chakra databank, for somebody living after the Shift into the Age of Awakening, can — at any given time — emphasize either:

1. Spiritual Consciousness
2. Human Consciousness
3. Or Animal Consciousness

In the summer of 2026, I began to add a new kind of discernment about these three alternatives, and their implications for a person’s qualiative experience and personal growth.

Many of my students, being brainy pattern seekers, are trying to make up theories about what is supposed to be good, or what a person should have. Whoa! Slow down that racing horse, folks.

This is a very new kind of discernment for a human being on Earth to gain. Seems to me, you’ll learn faster and better (in the long run) by reading 50 examples or more. Allow yourself to learn about one person at a time, rather than theorizing.
